I spied Leigh-on-Sea cockles on the menu! 😋 So weird seeing cockles from my native Essex on the menu in Devon, maybe they don't have enough to keep up with demand.
That halibut looked delicious 😋 glad you had a great time. I was not able to see the eclipse as it was too cloudy here in B.C but we finally got some rain 🌧️
We were in a Nandos during the eclipse 😂 couldn't buy any eclipse glasses so we couldn't look at it. We just got to enjoy all the light going weird and a lot of people with glasses and colanders staring at the sky 😅

I invite sharla to check out the hordes of Canadian geese in Ottawa, Ontario. They are everywhere. Edit: The Lobster was pretty meh by what I remember (I watched a few years back). I mostly remember the disappointment.
Two glorious locations! I've not been to both in a LONG time. Devon's my home within my home away from home 😂 There's something about it that is so different from anywhere else. Next time yourself and Chris are in that area, I'd recommend going to Padstow in Cornwall, it's small and extremely comfy and it's close to Rock which you can catch a boat trip over to, Gordon Ramsay's one of my homes is there too. I hope you both enjoyed your time!

we did not see the partial eclipse here but we had a full solar eclipse 2 years ago that we watched happen & that was SICK!! coolest thing I've ever witnessed!
