玄関開けたらすぐ、えっ〜〜〜-？ここでどんな暮らしをするのか？この物件は好き嫌いがあると思うけど1階のスペースで暮らしのあれこれと趣味関係でめっちゃ楽しめる物件でした。

一軒目はまあ、時が経っても変な物件は変と😅経年劣化も見えて前より印象が、ねえ。
露出狂デザイナー物件ですね〜(^_^;)
The first one looks like a filthy prison! That "bathroom" is beyond disgusting. You would feel dirtier after bathing just walking on that floor!
The first apartment is so bad it's almost good: a bathroom for exhibitionists, a prison cell for a flower on the second floor (balcony), the third floor is the icing on the cake, despite the air conditioning, it will be +45 in the summer and +10 in the winter. General untidiness: scratched floors, oil stains on the shelf above the kitchen, sloppy unfinished concrete, traces of paint on the windowsill near the bathtub, a broken intercom – all make it immediately clear that this is a shelter for the homeless. I believe that agents show this apartment so that any other one after it will seem like a palace =)
Is the first one a bomb shelter?? 😳🤔. It looks dirty too.
6:30 Sunbathe standing up??
The second one is a lousy floor plan. The toilette is too far away from the living area…it’s wasted space there. Also one only needs a sledgehammer to the door and they’re inside. The upper floor is cute, but since there are no cabinets I’d use that closet as a pantry. Why, though, is there a net around and not spindles like a regular staircase? That’s not safe!

Both apts are a disappointment, Y is the bathrooms all the way down on the first level??? Having to go to the bathroom at night, ur never make it.

Both apartments were very nice, Just weird configurations. But still nice. And would be perfect to live in. Plenty of ventilation and natural light in each apartment. 2物件とも住みづらそう😅
帰宅後に、すぐにトイレ行けても、3階のベッドルームからトイレはキツい😓
That fist apartment needs a pressure wash to get rid of the dirt, grime and mold on the concrete. It feels like a form of self punishment in so many ways. Cold, dark, dirty and the bathroom 2 floors down from the bedroom? The 2nd one there is so much space on the entry floor that there is room for a proper sink, vanity and medicine cabinet why skimp on that? I don’t know both designs are disappointment the stairs coming up right in the middle of the floor of your apartment. Doesn’t seem like a good use of space does it?

The first apartment is definitely a very creative space. But for myself, I'd like a bit less concrete, cabinets for the kitchen, more floor space & not to have myself on display in a see through bathroom, lol. And the only car you could drive into the first floor would be a toy car or tiny motorcycle, (especially since the walkway to the front door is not wide). I suppose a compromise could be an electric bike which I definitely would want to lock up inside, rather than outside.
For the second place, what's with the idea of having a sink on the first floor, open plan area? Why was it put in the middle? It takes up important space that could be put to much better use. It should be under the stairs or on the toilet itself, like many toilets now have a built-in sink.
