    We love your Chanel and I can honestly say been with you from almost the beginning, you are the Chanel the content is personal and engaging ,you have evolved and often rewatch videos from years ago again if I want to visit somewhere I also normally watch on TV so commenting difficult watched on laptop today hence the comment . we have just finished building our dream house in Thailand over last couple of years as we live 6month uk and 6 months Thailand, hoping soon to make the jump to Thailand permanently

    There is NO dowry in Thailand. In Thailand, there is a bride price. !!!!! People from Western countries shouldn't assume that all countries operate the same way as Western countries – Western countries have dowries, Thailand does NOT have dowries. ​

    The difference between a dowry and a bride price is the direction of the wealth transfer: –

    – a dowry is given by the bride's family to the groom or his family (as in Western European countries and India).

    – whereas a bride price is paid by the groom or his family to the bride's parents (as is the case in Thailand).

    They different things, given by different people, for different purposes.

But thats why I stopped watching a lot of creators from "back in the day" cause I am still stuck where I have started watching the India Series.     I really liked Michael in the Antarctica episodes. He has a spunky personality . Reminds me of my friend Keith who is in his 60s and I'm 36 – we are old friends from work, we meet up for coffee and chat all the time despite age gap. Love your videos and glad you are back to health 🙏

Where would you recommend motorcycle gears if i needed? and lastly which of yours video series should i watch for research?

    regarding the ai travel question- I agree with Paddy, people want to see real content. The problem is with the massive amounts of ai slop being put out each day it floods out the good content. I am already having this problem. Aside from my personal travel I take the wife and kids away each year to an all-inclusive in the Caribbean. I like to look up each resort to get a feel for it but the last few years its getting harder and harder due to all the ai videos pushing out the real good ones. I get to the point where I just can't be bothered to keep looking.

    Paddy I love all of your videos and I am watching them since the beginning. your Bangkok neighborhood Videos are something special for me. please don't ask me why or how but somehow with these Videos I am travelling to bangkok and enjoying Bangkok Time even if I am not there.

    I also really enjoy the food Videos with Garry where you roll the dices and count the minutes or bus stops 🙂

    I'm glad you had a good experience with Safety Wing, but that seems to be unusual and likely due to your role as a long-term partner. I would never typically comment negatively about a channel sponsor, especially a channel I like, but there are so many horror stories.

    Wow Paddy was a bit surprised its cost you a lot for your Thai Marriage Certificate..We just walked into the in the District Amphur in Bangkok with paperwork and Translations and sat down at a desk and 30mins later and 150baht later we had it. I think it cost around 3500baht for the translations and embassy paperwork.. I guess agency are easier but you surely do pay…
