【鳥取砂丘:Tottori Sand Dunes】🏜

The miraculous formative beauty
created by nature over 100,000 years.

I’ve always wanted to go here. My dream came true.
The view was spectacular. One of the world’s largest undulations, unobstructed view of sandy land, blue sky and the deep blue of the Sea of Japan are spreading.
My feet sank with every step in the hot sand.🐾 I was able to see a mirage and I thought it would be terrible if I got lost in a real desert. The barefoot walk was so much fun. There is an information center and restaurants the near parking lot and there’s an area where you can wash your feet so it’s perfect. I saw some people go down and swim under the dunes, but the Japanese sign at the entrance stairs says it’s dangerous to swim in that area so please be aware. Overall, this is one of the most exciting places I visited in Japan. Thank you, Tottori🫶🏻
