  1. What a beautiful video. We are a Mexican couple and would love to visit and stay on the hotel. Do you accept foreigners? (My wife speaks some Japanese) thank you in advance and congratulations Okada-San for the wonderful work that you do and for taking care of the cats!!

  2. I am impressed by what this guy is doing, but it is clear that he has no experience with animals. My comments, maybe he will read them:

    1) food should always be kept in one dedicated room, never scattered around the entire facility (for hygiene and aesthetic reasons, but also because it is better for the animals, as they know where to feed). Of course, when changing the feeding location, you need to show the animals the new place.

    2) next to the food (especially dry food), there must be water, and not from a bowl, but from a waterer (in this situation, a bowl is completely unsuitable – it dries out too quickly, and its capacity is insufficient for several dozen animals).

    3) outside, if possible, food should be placed under a canopy/in a shelter with a roof (the shelter cannot be closed, it must be easily accessible), so that birds do not attack animals while they are eating, because no bird will attack without seeing its target.

    4) such shelters, aesthetically made, can be a decoration of the place and attract residents, thus educating them about the need to care for animals (because that is the goal, right?), which negates the city council's argument about feeding animals in public places. I think that for someone who can afford to buy a hotel, a few kiosks are not a big expense.

  3. Always interesting to see parts of Japan that the media never shows.
    Rural Japan is beautiful.
Normal folk just getting through life.

To taka urocza, nieco ukryta perełka Japonii.
