Exploring Japan’s Most Beautiful Spring Water Village: Oshino Hakkai

For the final stop of our Mount Fuji bus tour, we visited the stunning village of Oshino Hakkai. Known for its eight crystal-clear spring ponds fed by melting snow from Mt. Fuji, this place felt like stepping into a traditional Japanese postcard.

We explore the thatched-roof farmhouses and see the incredible “Waku-ike” pond where the water is so clear you can see straight to the bottom.
