四国一周13日目、スタートです。

この日は雨予報だったので、雨の降らない瞬間を狙って出発。この日の走行距離は一番長いのである。ポツポツ雨には降られたものの、小雨にもならなくて助かりました。

四国中央市の製紙工場に初めて近づきましたが、独特のにおいがありました。

香川に突入し、観音寺市で金運をUP、宇多津でうどんを補給。海辺の道を走ると瀬戸大橋の長さを実感しました。

宇和島→松山が１１０ｋｍ、松山→新居浜が１００ｋｍ、新居浜→高松が１２０ｋｍ、なんだか瀬戸内側を走りだしてから、常に一日１００ｋｍを越えている気がします。

太平洋側はほとんど初めて通る道だった一方、瀬戸内側は車や自転車で走ったことがある道が多く、不安要素が少なかったことが一因かと思います。
