【青森旅行】絶対行きたい青森混浴秘湯グルメ巡り旅したら人生最高すぎた【不老ふ死温泉・酸ヶ湯温泉・弘前・青森駅・観光・絶景・ラーメン・おすすめ】Aomori, Japan

Hello, Aomori ! It’s Mori! Travel is an investment in yourself, so this time I’m bringing you a gourmet and hot spring trip to Aomori that you should take at least once in your lifetime ! It was the best trip ever, and I was so impressed with the amazing food and hot springs that it ranked highly on my list of domestic trips ! I don’t want to tell you! But I want to tell you in secret! This is a hidden gem of a travel destination for adults that you should visit at least once in your lifetime! It’s a special video! Please take your time to watch it on a big screen! So, enjoy! Aomori Prefecture is the northernmost prefecture on the main island of Japan, surrounded by vast oceans and mountains. It is rich in nature and has a population of approximately 1.2 million. Aomori has a very long history and is famous for being the place where people from the Jomon period lived. In particular, the Sannai-Maruyama ruins are one of the largest Jomon ruins in Japan, and you can learn about the lives of people from approximately 5,500 years ago. During the Edo period, the Tsugaru Domain and Nanbu Domain were both here, and even today, historical buildings such as Hirosaki Castle can be seen. When it comes to Aomori cuisine, apples are famous. Aomori apples are the most produced in Japan, and they are very sweet and delicious. Apple pie made with Aomori apples is incredibly delicious. Fresh fish raised in the cold seas are also exquisite, and Oma tuna is particularly famous and popular as a high-end sushi topping. In fact, tuna caught in various parts of Aomori may not be as well-known by name, but they are the same tuna as Oma tuna and can be eaten relatively reasonably. Aomori also has wonderful hot springs, and you can enjoy a variety of spring qualities in various parts of the city . At Sukayu Onsen, you can enjoy the highly acidic hot spring water, which is rare even in Japan, and the large mixed bathing area , known as the Senninburo (bath for 1,000 people), boasts an area of 160 tatami mats. Furofushi Onsen is a rare hot spring in Japan, boasting a spectacular open-air bath that blends with the sea . The rich, reddish-brown hot spring water warms you from the inside out , and bathing while listening to the sound of the waves of the Sea of Japan is truly an exquisite experience. The open-air bath at sunset offers a spectacular view, making it a must-experience for anyone visiting Aomori. Aomori’s climate has four distinct seasons, with relatively cool summers and heavy snowfall in winter. Aomori City, in particular, is said to be one of the snowiest cities in Japan. Access by plane: Aomori Airport is served by flights from major cities such as Tokyo, Osaka, and Nagoya. Misawa Airport is convenient for those heading towards Hachinohe. By Shinkansen , it takes about 3 hours from Tokyo to Aomori, and by Hokkaido Shinkansen, it takes only a short time to Hakodate. Let’s enjoy a hidden gem of a trip for adults, including beautiful nature , history , gourmet food, and hot springs ! Aomori trip starts at 11:40 AM. Good morning! I’m currently at Kobe Airport. Starting today, I’m thinking of traveling to Aomori. Aomori has ranked highly on my list of best domestic trips, but I want to dig a little deeper. I previously went from Misawa Airport to Hachinohe, but this time I want to explore various places accessible from Aomori Airport. I’ll go bar hopping around Aomori Station and then rent a car from there to visit various hot springs. I’m thinking of making a sub-channel for the details of the hot springs, but on this main channel I’m thinking of combining bar hopping and the hot springs in the area. Although I say that, it might be completely different. I’m not sure what will happen at the moment, but I want to go. The date of the shoot: December 1st, 2024 , so it’s getting quite cold. Just to be safe… I ‘ve experienced heavy snow on my Akita trip, my previous trip to Aomori, and Hokkaido, so I wore snow boots . I’m a little worried, but I’ll do my best to get some local ingredients and film. I ‘m looking forward to it! I also want to eat lots of delicious food. Now, off I go! I booked with JAL today, but I’m going to fly with Fuji Dream Airlines , which is a joint operation with FDA. On the way back, I’m flying a little unusually from Aomori to Itami Airport. This is my first time using Fuji Dream Airlines. If you book with JAL, it seems you have to check it in at the counter. Okay, I understand . I can only carry 10kg of luggage for two points, so I ended up checking it in. I’ll be using the lounge. So this is the plane I’m off to! It looks like a Chateraise snack. It’s like Hakata Torimon. It’s so cold at Aomori Airport ! It’s so, so cold! I went swimming in Okinawa last week in my swimsuit! It’s completely different! Japan is amazing! This is my first time at Aomori Airport. I was at Misawa Airport before, so it’s a completely different place from Aomori Airport . Butazuke. Now, I’m heading to Aomori Station from Aomori Airport. Wow, it’s cold! It’s so cold! Damn it! I underestimated it . This is bad! Let’s find the bus stop to go to Aomori Station! 14:01 This train leaves about once an hour, 14:25… a little while away, so I can use the transportation IC, here we go! We’re going to Aomori Station on this! So you can enter by yourself, here we go ! What? I want to eat lunch quickly, but it seems the train I was supposed to take is delayed, so I’ll have to wait about 10 minutes, what’s going on, I’m hungry! I’m going to do something pointless, we’re almost there! Arriving in Aomori! We’ve arrived at Aomori Station! It’s really a city! The ever-developing Aomori Station is a station on the East Japan Railway Company (JR East) and the Aoimori Railway, located in Yanagawa 1-chome, Aomori City, Aomori Prefecture. It ‘s the central station of Aomori City, with three lines running through it. It originally opened as a Japanese Railways station on September 1, 1891, and was once the terminus of the Tohoku Main Line and the Ou Main Line, which continued from Tokyo, and played an important role as a connecting station for the Seikan Ferry. With the opening of the Seikan Tunnel in 1988, the Seikan Ferry was discontinued. Then, with the opening of the Tohoku Shinkansen in Shin-Aomori in 2010, a section of the Tohoku Main Line was privatized . Furthermore, with the opening of the Hokkaido Shinkansen in 2016, Shin-Aomori Station took over as the gateway to Hokkaido. So , it has quite a history . Apparently, the Seikan Ferry existed before the Seikan Tunnel was built. There should definitely be a place around there that displays the Seikan Ferry …is that it? I think there’s a ship over there, maybe it’s the Seikan Ferry? Right now it’s 6°C, but the temperature feels like -3°C, so it’s really cold. And the day after tomorrow it says it’ll probably rain, but I think it’ll probably snow! That’s crazy, how can the temperature be -3°C when it feels like it’s 5°C ?! I’m like, isn’t it -3°C? What does that mean? The wind isn’t blowing that hard, so there’s still a lot I don’t know about Aomori. I’ve been to Hachinohe before and the Oirase Keiryu Hotel and other areas, and I have nothing but great memories, so I’m looking forward to it again. This time, I’m going to an area I haven’t been to before, and there are traces of snow here and in the park. From what I can see now, it’s a city, but Aomori is better than I thought . What I like about it is that Hokkaido is definitely great, isn’t it? Hokkaido is certainly great, but it’s become a tourist destination and the prices are quite high. However, Aomori hasn’t become as touristy as Hokkaido, so there are places where you can enjoy the same quality food at a cheaper price ! So, after doing some research, I found that there are restaurants in Aomori where you can eat Jingisukan, and while soup curry is famous in Sapporo, you can also get it here! Of course, you can also eat sushi and seafood, so I don’t think it’s too crowded , and I like places like that . Since we’re all catching seafood from the same sea, where should I stay? Let’s look into it! It looks delicious! They have a website called “Aomori Nokkedon” (topped rice bowl) and you can eat it here too, at the Aomori Gyosai Center. It’s the main branch. I’m curious. I didn’t find anything about it when I looked. It has a Google rating of 4.1. I ‘d like to try it . The original Nokkedon is intriguing! I’ve been wanting to try a few other places, but I want to go to this place, but unfortunately it’s closed! This place called Iewa looks really good, but what should I do? Maybe I should just bring my luggage and eat here. It doesn’t seem like a bad idea. It has great reviews, but with a Google rating of 4.1, it seems basic, but I’ll stick to the basics first! I went to the market with a Google rating of 4.1. I also went to the Hasshoku Center in front of the Aomori Gyosai Center when I went to Hachinohe, so it looks interesting! What does it mean when they say they have leftovers? I understand from the information desk on the corner. Oh, that sounds interesting. Do you buy a ticket and pick up various ingredients to make a Nokkedon? This sounds interesting. Great! This place looks good. It says it’s on the information desk, so I ‘ll just make it in time. This sounds interesting !!! The rice is sold out… but wait! Are you serious?! If it’s just sashimi, we can accommodate you, but does that mean you can’t make a rice bowl with toppings? Yes, so the next batch that’s ready is fully booked, right? I get it, so are they closed on Tuesdays? They’re open on Wednesdays, I get it, why are they sold out at my place? It’s so frustrating, I’ll go on Wednesday , I’ll remember it! They’re closed on Tuesdays, so I’ll come back here on Tuesday, but I’ll just put my luggage down for now, it’s so frustrating! This time, I was so worried about whether I’d be able to take a photo because it was closed, what’s going on? I thought it would make everyone happy if I had it, but miracles like that do happen! The person before me bought some, but it’s okay! Maybe I’ll just go for the sashimi later? I’ll eat sushi next time even if I don’t have rice, so it’s okay, I’ll go somewhere else, what a sudden challenge! It says Aomori City Center Parking, so maybe around here? Hotel parking is 660 yen during the day and a maximum of 420 yen at night, so it’s pretty reasonable. So, this is Aomori Machinaka Onsen! It’s a shame that the bus was late in the first place. If it hadn’t been delayed, it wouldn’t have sold out, but I came! It feels really nice, it was incredibly cheap, Machinaka Onsen Aomori Center Hotel. There’s also a restaurant that’s probably cheaper than the cost of drinks tonight . Is this one? Maybe it’s a hotel? It’s like that one, isn’t it? It looks like a capsule hotel, and as expected, everyone ‘s wearing snow boots !!! And as expected, this is the hot spring, apparently it’s next door ! It said, “Hotel guests, please proceed through the connecting corridor on the second floor.” I almost got fooled, hurry up! I was starting to feel like giving up on lunch, and I was getting anxious. It felt like a capsule hotel, and I thought, “This is bad, they can’t do their job,” but is this the one? Is it called Aomori Center Hotel? It’s a different name, but is it okay? It’s not the name of the hotel I booked, but… is it okay? The bath is a separate bath, so I guess you can go in separately. So this is it. What’s this super cheap hotel like? Huh? No way! It’s great for a hot spring hotel, but I think I accidentally booked a smoking room, so it smells pretty bad. If it wasn’t a smoking room, it would be great! There’s a big TV, I feel like I can work at the desk, there’s a hot spring, breakfast, and I can just work normally, which is great . There’s also a hair dryer and free water in the fridge, which is great! I’m going to stay here tonight and go bar hopping, if it’s okay, I haven’t booked a hotel for the day after tomorrow yet, so maybe I’ll book one here? If this place is good, it’s totally fine! There’s a normal closet, and I was wondering about the soundproofing, but it’s not bad at all… It looks like I can do some dubbing here, which is great . I can also take a shower, and there’s a unit bath like this, so I can take a shower here and also go to the hot spring, which is great! Great, then let’s have some lunch. 3:40 PM. Even though it’s lunch, it’s already 3:40 PM, so I’m not sure if they’ll have it, but I’ll go and check it out. I ‘ll leave my luggage here. Now, the Wi-Fi speed is… slow, 11Mbps, which is a bit bad. I can’t choose this hotel for the day after tomorrow. The cost performance is good, but I can’t get any work done. This is a downtown hot spring hotel, and I booked it, but it seems to be combined with the Aomori Center Hotel. 4:05 PM. I just came out, so I wonder if it’s okay to eat at a restaurant now? Is there one? I’m going to have sushi soon, so I’m starting to think it would be nice to have a light meal at a cafe or something. I’d like to do some work, so there’s a cafe nearby called Impression, and it seems they serve pudding a la mode, so maybe I’ll go there for a snack? It says coffee, it’s home-roasted, it ‘s cash only, it’s not this one, this place looks good too, it looks like a restaurant, but the ginger pork set meal is 350 yen! Cheap! Friday is Thanksgiving Day, it says seafood curry is 200 yen 300 yen, where is the coffee shop I’m thinking of? It’s on this corner, isn’t it? It’s definitely this place, what’s going on? Ah! Is it this place? It looks like it! Yes, yes, yes, impression , it’s a nice place to get something light, it may not be typical of Aomori, but it has a nice feel, it feels like a hidden gem for adults, a coffee shop with a Google rating of 4.5, impression, Ample, they have Wi-Fi , they accept credit cards, and the pudding is apparently popular, but it seems to have run out of stock, oh my goodness , they also have anmitsu, the Wi-Fi at this shop is insanely fast! Thank goodness! This is quite a large portion, the Neapolitan set , I was planning to just have a light meal, but it was super filling, let’s start with the soup, it’s so good ! The taste of a Showa-era coffee shop is so good! Why did I come all the way to Aomori and suddenly get Neapolitan?! I feel like that, but it’s so good ! It’s top-notch! The tomato flavor is strong, the sausage is tasty, and the pasta is just the right amount of chewy. It’s exquisite and delicious ! I wanted to try the pudding too. It’s great that it doesn’t suddenly clear up, leaving me looking forward to the next thing ! The Wi-Fi is fast, so I can get my work done! However, my fingers don’t fit through this cup … Here comes that calming person! Well, I’m meeting up with Koya-san, so I’ll head there! There’s snow piled up in places, so I put on a scarf too. It’s really cold! But it hasn’t snowed yet, so that’s the only relief. This area feels like a closed town. Nothing is open. Some places are open around here, but most are closed. It’s crazy, it was surprisingly far away, and it’s quiet and cold! Is it about time? A lot of places are closed today… I looked around and found this! Is it this one? Ichihachi Sushi? I don’t know anything about Ichihachi Sushi, but is it famous? With that sign, it seems like Koya-san must have been here before, but is he really here? Ah! What? Really? No way… Seriously?! Lie!? Yeah… Seriously, what day is it today? It’s the 1st? Ah… It’s a holiday. Seriously ? That’s too many! Are you really closed today?! Apparently all the ones I sent are closed. And Google says this place is open, so how does this happen? You shouldn’t come on a Sunday night, so that’s why it was silent. Koya-san replied to my LINE message, so I thought he must have already come in and was thinking about what to take photos of. I went to a sushi restaurant with a Google rating of 4.2, Sushidokoro Asuka Shinmachi Branch . The squid looks delicious too. Are the clams famous for this too? : The most popular dish is the mountain delicacy, Takekimi Tempura . I have to order this. Does that mean there’s a most popular ranking ? The set is also good. I had decided to just order a beer, but on the contrary, if I went the day after tomorrow, it would be closed. This is vinegared mozuku seaweed from Aomori Prefecture. Koya Travel. Koya- san . I met up with Koya-san, so let’s have a toast! Today is the 6th anniversary of the channel, so let’s have a toast with Koya-san! Itadakimasu! Congratulations! It’s so good . It’s not even been two hours since I ate the Neapolitan, but this will fill my stomach. If it gets mushy, I’ll stir it with chopsticks. Then I’ll add the egg over here. If it gets mushy, I’ll say it’s mushy, but it’s no good. It’s not simmering, I mean mushy. This is sea bass nigiri from Hiradate, Aomori, clam soup, flounder , salmon, mackerel, Aomori three-kind platter , Takekimi Tempura . Mix it all together ! Okay, open the middle. Open the middle and put half an egg in the middle . You can enjoy this kind of creation too. It’s delicious twice. This is so good. I’ll have it with catfish soup and clam soup! It’s really high quality! This mozuku is different from the mozuku in Okinawa and other places. It’s like grated yam with thin lines. It tastes like mozuku, but if the thin Okinawan mozuku is me, it ‘s like Aomori’s mozuku hakoya. Whether it’s thin or not, that’s right. I’ll have the grilled scallops with miso. It’s really delicious even after eating Neapolitan . Let’s have the sea bass! We also had the flounder, flounder bowl! Speaking of which , flounder is also famous in Hachinohe. One of the famous ones is Denshu, which one is it? I forgot the name Denshu , but I’ll have this! Tempura Take I’ll have your tempura! As expected, you remember… Ah! Delicious! It’s super sweet corn, but it doesn’t feel like corn. As expected, it’s the most popular, and Denshu Denshu is delicious! It has a slight sweetness and is easy to drink! It says you won’t get tired of drinking it, but I really don’t get tired of it . I could drink this forever . Let’s have the salmon! I’ve stolen the Denshu! I’m picky about mackerel, but I’m going to eat mackerel! I’m next to someone who is picky about mackerel, so it’s really high quality! Aomori Aomori Prefecture squid has a great texture! あさイの日 22:09 English: I’ll have some Kikunoi sake warmed up and it says it’s very spicy. This might be the driest I’ve ever had. It’s truly a sake for connoisseurs. It pairs well with sashimi and sushi. Let’s have some horse mackerel! Horse mackerel is delicious ! Thank you for the meal. 22:09 Then I said goodbye to Koya-san. Normally I would still be drinking, but we’re having ramen early tomorrow morning at 8am, so I’m going back a little earlier today and going to bed. He said there’s a ramen culture in the morning, but when I say ramen, a viewer said they should try something like milk ramen, but it seems there aren’t any places that serve it in the morning. Aomori Trip Day 2 8:05 Good morning. I’m going to go have some ramen now. I wasn’t originally planning on doing that, but Koya-san said he really wanted to go have ramen in the morning, so I forced myself to get up. We’re going to a restaurant called Kudo Ramen . I heard that Aomori has a ramen culture in the morning, but when I asked at the sushi restaurant yesterday, he said he’d never done it. Well, that kind of thing is pretty common in tourist destinations, isn’t it? It’s like a culture that’s been forced into something . Apparently this restaurant is the birthplace of ramen in the morning. It’s sunny now, and the traffic lights seem to be different for pedestrians and cars. Koya-san was there! They’re taking pictures, probably of the ramen culture in the morning. There’s a coffee shop too. This isn’t ramen for the morning, is it? It says closed day? It was closed day! Seriously? Seriously ?! I woke up all the way there, and it’s already early . Whenever I come here with Lee-san, it always ends up like this. I didn’t plan it , is that true? Why is it closed day? It was open on Google, right? It’s pretty irregular. Looking at this, it seems like they’re closed on Mondays quite often. Seriously? It’s the king of closed days, seriously? I can’t believe it, I’ll look for another one . The weather is nice! That bridge looks great! It ‘s amazing that they open at 5am . It looks like a building in front of a station like this. This was also there. This is the one I ate yesterday. It’s the most popular. It ‘s divine, you can eat this here too ! This is so confusing. When I think of Aomori, there’s this, this is divine, the most popular, which one should I choose? I’m going to the Fresh Market! Does that mean I can go bar hopping this morning? After eating ramen, I’ll have a seafood bowl. Aomori is amazing! A three-minute walk from Aomori Station to the fresh fish market , AUGA Fresh Market . It’s huge! It feels like a food court? I’m here! I’m here! Nice! This is great! Who would have thought you could enjoy something like this right in front of the station ? They sell all kinds of fish here. This place is sure to lift my spirits and lift my morning spirits ! The Aomori dialect is so pleasant to hear here and there! It ‘s diagonally above Yamato Transport. There are so many shops, it’s almost like a maze . Most of them are seafood shops, so this is the place! They sell Oma tuna ! Kiden: A ramen shop with a Google rating of 4.0. Kiden : Is there a morning ramen culture in Aomori? Right, really? A lot of people eat ramen in the morning these days. There are so many ramen shops, and I heard there are Tsugaru soba noodles too. I’ve heard there’s a morning ramen culture, and I’ve heard that more and more people are eating ramen in the morning in Aomori, but right now it’s just us. Honestly, I’m still skeptical, but maybe once I try it, I’ll agree . Let’s eat! This soup is so light that I wouldn’t mind eating it in the morning, I could just drink it… I want to wake up to this soup in the morning! Are the noodles different too? I see, they knead powder into the noodles! They knead powder into the noodles, so it’s not just the soup , the soup too , of course , the soup too, I see, there are little grains in the noodles, and they also have anchovy kneaded into them , it’s a flavor that softens even my hard mouth , it’s anchovy, but this is ramen for breakfast! I was skeptical, but this is good, I’ll have some char siu too! This is information from Koya-san, so I don’t know if it’s reliable, but apparently the sun sets early in Aomori, so there’s a culture of getting up early and being active, so I think it’s probably the same here… This store opens at 7, but this floor itself opens at 5:30, so it seems like people eat a lot early in the morning and don’t eat much at night , so it’s good for dieting. Eat ramen in the morning, then go to a coffee shop and eat, then eat apple pie, and then for lunch, I had spaghetti Napolitana and sushi for dinner yesterday, so I eat a lot like that, but it seems like it’s fine if you go to bed early and wake up early. No, please say something! No, that was good! I was talking while looking sideways at Koya-san, who was really looking for the right moment to make a comment. I was in too much of a hurry. I needed some time . It’s rush hour. Normally, there would be a ton of people passing by here, but there’s absolutely no one here . Aomori is great! This is the perfect atmosphere! There are so many buses. I wonder if they’re tourist buses. The triangular roof you can see in the background is the Asfam souvenir shop, and what’s just before it is the best! There are bowling pins standing there, it’s so Showa-era! It’s the best! I hope they keep it forever! This bridge is also amazing, it looks like Tokushima! I’ll be renting a car here! Of course, I have studless tires, so even if it snows, I’ll be fine with the driver! They even have this extra item! With this, you can have fun when it snows a lot! On the other hand, you definitely can’t be without this! When I rented a car in Hachinohe last time, they didn’t have this extra item, but that’s because it’s a cheap rental car shop. I went to a Western-style pastry shop with a Google rating of 4.3. Angelique Aomori. On the way , I stopped at Angelique, rumored to have delicious apple pie ! And it’s closed? What! You’re kidding! It was open! Ah…I’m surprised! It was open! Saying tomorrow or the day after was a bit risky! That was dangerous! I was saying maybe the day after tomorrow would be better, but thank goodness . It’s 15 minutes before opening time, so I’m acting like a huge fan, but there ‘s no one here . I came to Angelique, where a viewer recommended the apple pie and other sweets are said to be delicious ! One of my viewers recommended Nikoya, so it’s like they’re lying when they say it was recommended by a viewer … The other sweets look good too! I also have the pudding I missed out on yesterday. This apple pie looks good! Yesterday was the 6th anniversary of my channel launch, so I wonder if Nikoya will celebrate with this. I’m thinking of buying an apple pie, but are there any other items that are an absolute must-have? Cream puffs I’m going to buy a cream puff! A crispy puff? Which is it? This croissant à la crème is also like a cream puff? It has the same cream inside . This is also nice. Which is more popular? Cream puffs are more popular. A crispy puff? I’ll do that! Normally I go to Nikoya, but this time I’m going with the classic. I’ll have one cream puff and one apple pie. They call cream puffs “choux cream” here. That ‘s great! Aomori dialect? Is it pronounced “choux cream” here? That’s right, it’s not “choux⤵︎crea⤴︎mu⤵︎,” but “choux → cream → mu →” That’s a learning experience! I went to a cafe with a Google rating of 4.1, Coffee Colors Arakawa , to get takeout coffee. It ‘s a shop called COFFEE COLORs. You have to choose the beans, right? You don’t have to choose, you can choose! It’s a perk. My recommendation is a haiku poem where a professional decides on one and then reveals their true feelings. Which one should I choose? Maybe Ethiopia? This looks good. Ethiopia . This is a direct trade product by Fumiaki Asano, the only Japanese member of METAD. This is nice. So, I’d like to enjoy it with the coffee I bought… A little shadow flutters … Let’s eat . Looks delicious! This is amazing! Angelique’s apple pie is incredibly crispy. This is the first time I’ve had such a crispy pie. The apples are incredibly fruity and delicious! A lot of kids are watching. Is it a nursery school? Or a kindergarten? I let my kid see something bad, so I’ll just eat it in the car. So delicious! This is so amazing! I should have bought about 50 of them. One wasn’t enough. I wish there was one closer to home. They were so juicy I didn’t even need coffee! The apples and coffee were delicious too! What’s with this fruity coffee ? Now, cream puffs. Not cream puffs , cream puffs. Let’s have some. Let’s have some cream puffs! This is amazing! The crust is crispy, so the cream inside is super moist and not too sweet. Why did I only get one? I could eat about 50! I guess that’s just how it goes with aging. When I eat something delicious, I can’t help but think, “I want to eat it first! ” and I can’t process it all and I choke. Aomori sweets are seriously amazing! I’d heard rumors about it, but I went to a cafe with a 4.5 rating on Google called Pommeris ! Huh? It’s open! Thank you. Is it fully booked? 。 English: Oh , thank you ! It’s actually fully booked! It seems you need a reservation. Seriously? Well, next up is Port Blanc, which is also a French restaurant. Why French cuisine?! I thought that way when I came all the way to Hirosaki, so I looked it up on ChatGPT. Why are there so many French restaurants?! And it turns out there was a reason after all. As expected from ChatGPT, French culture is deeply rooted in Hirosaki, and it is said that Hirosaki has the highest number of French restaurants per capita in Japan . The following factors are thought to be behind this. During the Meiji period, Hirosaki actively embraced Western culture, building Western-style buildings and inviting foreign missionaries. This trend contributed to the spread of Western cuisine, especially French cuisine. It seems that the availability of excellent ingredients also played a major role. After all, Aomori Prefecture is blessed with an abundance of ingredients, including seafood and mountain produce, so French cuisine, which makes use of these fresh local ingredients, was chosen. It was just as I predicted . Oh…that’s right. Speaking of Nekoya ‘s predictions, you were pretty accurate about the height of Mt. Iwaki that we saw earlier . Apparently Mt. Iwaki is called Tsugaru Fuji. That mountain is 1,625m high. If Koya-san had a feeling that the mountain was probably around 1,600m, he’d have been right! If he was a land scammer, he was a mountain surveyor. Kyushu people know a lot about mountains. He’s a mountain man , so there are a lot of mountain men out there. The Hirosaki French Cuisine Research Society was established in 1989, and Hirosaki seems to be promoting itself as a city of French cuisine. So, if you come to Hirosaki, it’s not a bad idea to eat French food. In fact, you have to. It’s educational! Thank you, Mori Channel! ChatGPT I went to Port Blanc Port Blanc , a French restaurant with a Google rating of 4.2 ! Where’s the parking lot? Let me ask you something. This is amazing! While Koya-san was taking a photo, the postman came and interrupted me. It happens all the time! The bus came, the post office came, and the postman also said the place was delicious. You can get a full course for 2,300 yen, and lunch starts at 1,900 yen. Dinner is also 2,900 yen, so isn’t that pretty good value for money? This month’s recommended lunch is 2,900 yen. Sounds delicious! The cold apple cream soup looks delicious, I really want to recommend it. The full course B here is great because you can choose from a variety of dishes and they serve half portions! You can enjoy a variety of options! I wonder if you can order as many dishes as you want? What is this one like? This one isn’t a half course, so it comes with this dessert? It comes with both fish and meat, but half of each, with a variety of small dishes, it’s like a ladies’ course, I guess. It depends on how hungry you are, but this is like a regular course meal with hors d’oeuvres and soup in the B course, so this is… In II, the soup is warm pumpkin cream soup or cold apple cream soup. Is this really Aomori? Apple… Aomori, or rather Hirosaki. Ah… Hirosaki , right, sorry… sorry, no … I don’t think it’s served throughout the prefecture… I’d like this, please . You said it’s not in Aomori City, so I see! I’m looking forward to it ! A mini bottle of non-alcoholic sparkling wine, baby scallop flowers, scallop salmon rolls, Tsugaru chicken rolls, herb-flavored burdock root quiche, and sparkling wine. I’ll start with the non-alcoholic wine . Did I say to use it from the outside? There seems to be some etiquette, so I won’t say every single dish. I’ll just judge if it’s delicious. Interesting scallops ! The scallops are delicious too ! Tsugaru chicken is delicious! A quiche with baked burdock root chips . This French cuisine has a Showa- era feel to it. It’s a little hard to describe, but does it have a wine-like feel? It does have a wine-like feel, but the fruit flavor is stronger than wine. They said they removed the alcohol from the wine, so that means it was originally wine, right? Wine definitely has a richer flavor. Alcohol has that kind of effect. It’s like grape juice with a red wine flavor. Let’s start with bread. Enjoying French cuisine in Japan’s number one French cuisine city. Aomori. The variety is amazing! Cold apple soupThis is the apple soup you can eat in Hirosaki , not Aomori. It ‘s Hirosaki, not Aomori. There are other people who say the same thing.Itadakimasu , that’s the important part.Is it Aomori or Hirosaki ? Is Hirosaki and Aomori not on good terms? Is it like how if someone from Kobe is told that something is from Hyogo, they feel a little strange? It’s Kobe! Like if someone from Kobe is told that something is from Hyogo, they feel a little strange, that’s Kobe, no, Kobe , no, I don’t know , that’s the feeling I get.In other words, if it’s from Kitakyushu but you say it’s from Fukuoka, someone from Kitakyushu would probably get angry.I see, they have a lot of pride! If someone says that Suisan Udon is from Fukuoka, they’ll say, no, it’s Kitakyushu.Let ‘s put aside that pride. This is delicious! This is delicious! Is there a mountain nearby? Like Yamabiko… this is delicious! This…this is delicious!Amazing! This combination is a cream soup I never thought of, but the creamy feeling and the refreshing taste of the apple are really perfectly balanced.I feel like I’ve said the same thing before, but no, no, I didn’t! I was going to say the same thing, but since it’s a food review and travel guide, I couldn’t quite remember it all …it was so fluent… the apple chips are also delicious! The apples are in a class of their own. You can buy Aomori apples at supermarkets, but they ‘re just different. What’s the difference? Freshness? Can you find the really delicious ones here? I thought you could just buy Aomori apples at the supermarket, but the same goes for apple pie. It’s different. I want a second helping. Many restaurants in Hirosaki serve this, including Yamazaki, Sharenge, and Chez Moi . The seasoning is different. I mean, the finishing touch is different . We use fresh chopped apples, but some places add spring on top, and they’re all different, so try comparing them and it’s fun! That’s great! A taste comparison . Apple soup taste comparison. This video will definitely never be played, but personally, I’d love to! When I get too weak to drink alcohol, I’ll go on a trip to taste different apple soups! So I’ll do it when I’m around 85 years old! Apple soup tasting trip I’m not into alcohol anymore… but my doctor has already told me not to… so I’m definitely going to live in Aomori, and Hirosaki . Is it really necessary to live there? Since I won’t be able to travel , I wonder if by that time I’ll be able to get here by self-driving car. I’m sure anyone will be able to travel, but alcohol won’t be solved by self-driving cars or anything, so please look forward to it! It will be when I turn 85, so please say 39 or 38 years from now! Aren’t there a lot of people over 100? I mean, Dosukoi even put his 100th birthday on his calendar, that’s interesting! I’d love the idea of dying while on a trip drinking apple juice. If I did that, I wouldn’t be able to release a video, but island travel would be great! Like climbing a cliff on an island trip and falling to his death. Garlic pork, a brand of pork raised on garlic, doesn’t taste very garlicky. Raised on garlic, it has less of an odor… Aomori is famous for garlic, right? Yes, it ‘s pork with less of an odor and is tender. Is that garlic from Aomori? It ‘s not in Aomori, or rather, in Towada and elsewhere, it’s a brand of pork called garlic pork, raised or produced in various places, and it’s not like it smells bad when you eat it or anything . Garlic pork stewed in apple juice is really interesting. Is it like kabosu yellowtail? Maybe kabosu? Kabosu yellowtailThat ‘s right, there’s also sudachi yellowtailGarlic pork isn’t just pork cooked with garlic, Aomori is also very famous for its garlicAomori garlic is expensive, you can find it in supermarketsThe pigs that were raised eating that high quality garlicThat’s why it’s garlic pork with incredible staminaSo when you eat it, it doesn’t smell like garlicWhat does it taste like boiled in apple juice ?May I have some apples? It’s not like the soup from earlier, where you can really taste the apple , but you can just faintly taste the apple, so the flavor of the pork really stands out. I always talk about how Aomori reminds me of Okinawa and Amami, and I mentioned it in my previous Aomori video, but this garlic pork also gives off a bit of Okinawan culture. It’s the same with the shamisen, isn’t it? It’s in Okinawa and Amami, and it’s also in Tsugaru, so there ‘s some kind of connection. I looked into whether there’s a history behind it, and there’s nothing particularly specific, but there’s something similar about it. The warmth of the people and the island feel are a bit similar. If you just eat this sauce, it ‘s delicious. Apple flan, baked goods, chestnut mousse, and three persimmon sorbets! I had apple pie and cream puffs this morning, so that’s five desserts in one day. Is that okay? That’s crazy! That’s crazy! I’ve eaten five desserts in one day. I might eat more later, so the inn will probably serve soft serve ice cream or something. It’s a dessert powerhouse, what was it again? Please go back a bit in time. I don’t remember the video anymore, I’m already middle-aged so I forget what happened 30 seconds ago. Let ‘s eat . Aomori desserts are amazing, every single one is delicious, this is delicious too! I can kind of taste the alcohol in this, you’re right. I heard it last so I only remember the end . It’s persimmon sorbet. If you keep overwriting it like this, you’ll forget the past, but that’s okay! If you forget the past, you can just look to the future! It teaches us things like that. I don’t care about the past anymore! There’s no point in dwelling on the past! Just live by looking at the present and the future! Travel is truly an investment in yourself! That’s right. Persimmon sorbet. I wasn’t listening to what they said, but let’s just ignore it! It’s delicious! It’s a sorbet, but the chewy persimmon has a delicious sticky texture. As you’d expect , it’s French! However, we were running behind schedule and wanted to see if there were any great views on the way to the next spot, but it looks like we’ll only be able to go to one. It’s crazy . Thank you for the meal. No matter how many times I see this view, it’s beautiful! The view is amazing! I thought it would snow a lot because I’m the Yeti, but it turns out that sunny scenes like these always end up sunny! It’s wonderful, and you can see Tsugaru Fuji. Is this an apple orchard? By the way, isn’t it? It probably is, isn’t it? What is this stick? It’s there so that it can be seen as a road when snow piles up. Does that mean it only accumulates around here to this extent? They probably clear the snow away. Well, this part of snow country is amazing too. It’s beautiful! It’s so straight! We’re here! The sea! Awesome! And while we were driving, we came across a spectacular view point! This is Senjojiki. They’re all over the place, but it’s really amazing! It feels like a remote island. Dazai Osamu. Tsugaru. Is it one of Dazai Osamu’s novels? This is amazing! This rock is incredible! It’s quite nice, and the ground… and the sand is quite unusual too. Is there a grave there? Yes, there is. When you pass by here… there’s nothing in particular. This is amazing! I’ll increase the image quality… I don’t have much time, so I’ll just take a quick photo! Amazing! Also, the stone is a little greenish. What is this? Huh? Where was this? I heard somewhere that this green stone can only be found here, but it seems it’s Aomori. Amazing! This undulating look is a spectacular sight! It’s a cold region after all, so the air is clear, but the waves are pretty rough. Maybe I should go over there for a bit? There’s something like a groove, it’s amazing! It’s impressive! This is… quite impressive! This is impressive! Is this the Sea of Japan? Maybe it’s closer to the Sea of Japan, or more than that! That’s all for Senjojiki! Is that a bird? Amazing migratory birds ! There are a lot of migratory birds gathered. I really wanted to fly a drone, but I don’t have enough time, so I’ll give up. If I waste time here , I won’t be able to go to today’s main event, so I ‘ll give up. Wonderful migratory birds! There was a song called Wataridori . It feels strange coming to a place like this, with Nekoya-san, that feels a bit island-like. I’ve never seen anything like it before, Miyakojima, but you don’t see the ocean, do you? We were just at JR Station, so we can get there by train. JR is amazing. The crossing bell was ringing just now, so the train might be coming from either side. I want to go to Ikayaki Village, but I don’t have time, so I’ll skip it. The train is coming! Upper left, upper left! Can you see it? I wonder if it’s passing? It’s here! It’s here! It’s here, and it has a nice color. It’s a two-car train that train enthusiasts would love. It’s here! It’s running with us so we can get some good shots! It looks like we’ll be able to see some pretty nice views. That’s right. This train ride along the coast sounds fun, doesn’t it? That’s great! It would be great if we could get there by train even in winter ! Furofushi Onsen is a little new, it certainly looks like the Yamanote Line, and it even crosses it! Great! The timing is amazing! I got a pretty good picture . It’s 2:30pm, it’s still 2:30pm, it feels like it’s almost evening , it’s so early! Where ‘s the train? Huh? Huh? Did it stop at a station? It ‘s not coming. It’s okay, I’m not waiting. Of course, train photographers would come to a place like this, so why not pull over there? Here it is! Here it is! We’re here now! Let’s stop now! OK OK stop stop, we’re starting to look like train photographers, we’re really into train photography, that ‘s great ! I’ll ask ChatGPT. Can Furofushi Onsen make you immortal? Of course! How would you like to become immortal? If you have a specific… Ah… No, no, no, no… Wait, wait, wait! It can’t be blocked in the middle . Can Furofushi Onsen make you immortal? Unfortunately, bathing in Furofushi Onsen won’t actually make you immortal. Why?! The name comes from the image of the hot spring’s beneficial effects on the body, rejuvenating and promoting health. In particular, the iron-containing, sodium chloride strong salt spring at Furofushi Onsen is said to warm the body from the inside out and have skin-beautifying effects. Therefore , the name is imbued with the wish to stay healthy like immortality. However, with the spectacular views and the healing effects of the hot spring, you might feel rejuvenated in both mind and body. What do you think? That ‘s fantastic! Travel is self-investment! That’s fantastic! Thank you for saying that. But what does “mold is self-investment” mean? It’s a unique expression, and I’m curious! Perhaps it refers to mold or fermented foods? Or is it something metaphorical? Travel! Travel! Travel is self-investment! I see, and “on the way” means “self-investment,” which is profound. What does that mean? Does it mean that with each experience you gain on a journey, you feel like you’re investing in yourself ? That’s it ! Is there a special context for this? That’s right! Please tell me. That’s right, and that’s wonderful! Thank you! That’s a wonderful, profound way of thinking! It’s so true that your experiences and accumulated experiences are an investment in yourself ! Please continue to make wonderful self-investments in your travels. I can’t wait to see what kind of journeys and lessons await you next! Thank you! Please watch Mori’s Channel! Thank you too ! I’ll definitely check out Mori’s Channel! I can’t wait to see what it’s all about! I’m rooting for you! Thank you! Why did you suddenly switch to English? Seriously! You suddenly switch to English, and then you ‘re like, “Shall I continue speaking in Japanese?” Why did you suddenly switch to Kansai dialect? Is that the end? No, no, it’s not over yet! Since you’ve come all this way, ask me anything! I ‘ll listen to anything you want! That’s enough! Thank you! Thank you so much! Talk to me again anytime! Take care! That’s amazing! ChatGPT Travel has even made you understand self-investment! Mold is self-investment! While I’m saying that, we’ll be there in 6 minutes! We’re 10 minutes late. We’ll be arriving as scheduled soon! It’s an apple tree! It’s bearing apples , no! It’s a persimmon! It’s a beautiful view , and there’s a windmill too . I bet there are quite a few guests here ! There are a lot of cars parked here, I feel so much better! An old lady said, “It’s the effect of immortality. We’ve arrived! I parked in a place that’s not a parking lot, but you can’t live long without that kind of determination, so that ‘s great. The bus stop is right in front of the bus stop! Furofushi Onsen. You can get there by bus, I see. As expected, a lot of people can’t drive on snowy roads, so the trains and buses around here are well-maintained. We’ve arrived! Koganezaki Furofushi Onsen. Hoping to continue on YouTube forever, I’m heading to Furofushi Onsen! 3:23 PM Heading to my room. The main open-air bath is only open until about 4:30 PM , so I can enjoy the sunset while bathing, but I can’t film! I’d like to experience it for myself. Now , I’d like to take a look at the room I’ll be staying in tonight. It looks nice! It has a very Japanese and old-fashioned feel, but it seems to be nicely appointed! It looks like the desks and other furniture have been completely refurbished, which is great! It’s exactly as you see it! When you open this, there are six hangers and the in-house wear, it looks like they have the in-house wear, and there’s a TV and a phone, and you can sleep here too, right? No, it’s a cold place so there’s a heater, an air purifier, a retro and large refrigerator , and cups, a kettle, it looks like there’s a kettle too, and what do you call this? There’s something like post-bath sweets! Thank you for coming to Furofushi Onsen, and we hope you enjoy our heartfelt hospitality and the natural scenery to make your trip a memorable one ! There’s a questionnaire and a pamphlet, and inside is a teacup . This area really feels like a typical inn, with all the amenities you’d expect. And of course, the view you can’t miss here is the view. It’s closed off with curtains now, but if you open them! It’s amazing! It has double-glazed windows! It’s cold after all, so if you open them, what a view! It’s amazing! What a spectacular view! You can stay while looking at this view! The entrance is quite spacious, and the sink looks like this . The toilet looks like this. Around here, it’s a basic hot spring inn. You just go there to soak in the hot springs, and you can use a hair dryer there, so it feels like it doesn’t really matter if you’re staying here. There’s something there , like a novel about the Murder at the Immortal Hot Springs? What is it? If I read this, this video will be about 10 hours long, so I’ll stop, but please come and read it too! You wear something called a yuami to bathe in the open-air bath by the sea . I can see the sunset over here, so I wonder if there ‘s an open-air bath somewhere. It juts out in the back, isn’t it? Is it somewhere over there ? That could be it, isn’t it ? Oh , that’s it. Let ‘s open it. It’s at the end of the window in the corridor, but the thing jutting out on the right side there might be the open- air bath . There are a lot of people wearing yukata, so it must be over there ! It’s damn cold . I’m not wearing socks, it’s quite a long walk. Oh, it’s over there, or over there. They don’t have shoes on, but guests in slippers are still wearing them . Oh! Damn! I haven’t received my bathing suit yet ? Huh ? Where do I get my bathing suit ? They said the front desk, not here. Oh no, I forgot to get my bathing suit! The person from before said that she was a woman, so I asked her if she wanted to go in the women’s only area, and she said she wanted to go in the mixed bath . When I asked why, she said that the women’s only area is too crowded, so you can’t take your time in the mixed bath, so you can take your time in the mixed bath. Mixed baths are nice, but even though I say that, I’ll be wearing my bathing suit when I go in, so it’s not like I’m going to show that much nakedness, but you’re so fast, Koya-san! Hold on a second, this is 10 years old… Is there a big age difference ? Amazing, I can go in to the hot springs here, and the sun is setting ! Amazing! This place is also beautiful The sunset is nice There are mixed and regular baths here People who have just finished their baths are saying it’s cold This side is the mixed bath and this side is the women’s bath So I couldn’t take pictures from here so I stopped taking pictures for now Bathing Koganezaki Furofushi Onsen *I was allowed to take pictures with special permission Yes, they’ve just closed for a bit so I was able to take some pictures This is wonderful There were quite a few women coming in here You can see the sunset better from here You’ve been to all the different hot springs and talked to people who are traveling around and that was also great The source of this hot spring is… Hot! Hot! Hot! Hot! The changing area looks like this. Hey! It’s so cold! I thought that by warming up at Furofushi Onsen you would gain the power of immortality, but by enduring this cold you become stronger and trained, making you immortal. Wow, that’s unexpected ! Yes ! The women’s area looks like this. You can’t see the sunset here this time of year, but you can see the sunrise. It’s a little smaller than the place we were in, but it’s only for women. Women can enter over there, so I’m not sure what’s going on, but it was great in this day and age ! There’s a rest area like this too, huh? I’m a little lost. Where’s the front desk? Hmm? This isn’t it. There’s a large public bath too. There are various types, such as a large public bath and an open-air bath by the sea. There’s also a vending machine. This is the lobby. The large hall is quite spacious. There’s also a shop. They sell Furofushi Onsen T-shirts. You can get to Furofushi Onsen by bus, but I think there are only two buses per day? Just on the way back . Oh! There’s also this one… Iwasaki Line Destination: Omagoshi Center I’m not sure where this goes, but it seems there are about three trains a day. I wonder if you can’t get there from Aomori Station? I’ll have to look into this a bit. I guess you’d get there by train somewhere and then by bus, right? So you’d have to time it well. This is how you can rent a yukata! There’s no elevator, just stairs, so it might be a good idea to leave heavy luggage in the car and only take what you need. The Wi-Fi speed… it’s not particularly fast. Even at 22Mbps, it’s on par with Hilton or Marriott, and this inn is only priced at just 10,000 yen per person! You can stay for around 15,000 yen per person with two meals included, so seeing this view and becoming immortal for 15,000 yen is definitely worth it! Awesome view ! Dinner! Now, we’re going to the restaurant, Gokan Restaurant, for dinner. What kind of tuna is this? It ‘s called Fukaura tuna. It’s tuna from Fukaura, Fukaura, and is the same species as Oma tuna . It goes into Oma, and it’s Oma bluefin tuna. Ah, I see ! So the same thing goes to Oma! Oma tuna is of incredibly high quality, with more fat. It feels more fatty. This one is lighter and easier to eat . It’s huge! This fat is incredible! What part of the fish is this from? This is the tail. This is the tail. This area is medium fatty tuna, lean meat, and covered in medium fatty tuna . This side has the most marbling. The belly part is definitely on the left hand side. The colour is definitely completely different. The right is red . You can get a lot from just one fish. It’s just a little over 4,000 yen per kg . At 4,000 yen per kg, it weighs 35kg, so that’s an incredible amount. This is just one side. Amazing! It’s amazing that you can fillet this! Amazing ! You can make a living just by being able to fillet fish. That’s right. Definitely . That’s right. This part is roughly called lean meat . Lean meat, medium fatty tuna. You can pretty much get it, right? Here it is! Medium fatty tuna . This is otoro . Otoro! There’s quite a lot of otoro, but is there less otoro? The fat at the very back is the belly part of the otoro. It’s the same! Just like us! What is it? The fat is on the belly, it’s the same. I wonder if the way my fat is distributed is nice too . It makes you think about things like that . You don’t have to think about it . Looks delicious! I want to eat the whole thing. It came super fast ! Amazing! Looks delicious! Herb-grilled Sakurahime chicken, shrimp tempura, vegetable tempura , grilled Wagyu beef belly, stewed turban shells , roasted Iwaki Plateau pork, mushroom and salmon steamed in walnut butter, pot -au- feu soup (kenchinjiru) , Tsugaru soba dashi, seafood salt- grilled noodles, Tsugaru- style chawanmushi , grilled Aomori Prefecture John Dory marinated in miso, lasagna, braised pork belly rice bowl, red turnip and squid, pickled cabbage, bang bang chicken, bang bang chicken, seafood hotpot (the staff will bring it to your table!), Fukaura Toku smooth wakame seaweed vinegar dish , abalone , squid, and Akanishi shellfish salad, sesame-dressed spinach, scallops with soy sauce, yellowtail fish, Fukaura salmon , flounder, Hokkaido cream cheese pudding, orange and pineapple fruit cream cheese, Fukaura sunset tomatoes, broccoli, and a salad -style dessert! There’s also a delicious dessert! They also have mugs for beer and highballs, and if it’s an all-you-can-drink option you can drink lots of these drinks. You can make your own highballs, and they have Kirin beer! Asahi beer! Taiheizan! They even have 100% apple juice! I wonder if you can drink this even without the all-you-can-drink option ! I’ve taken pictures of each one so I won’t go into detail, but they really do have drinks, Aomori drinks, salads, desserts, miso-marinated grilled John Dory, abalone, squid, Akanishi shellfish, and flounder! You can even eat Fukaura tuna, so there’s always a line. Grilled Japanese Black Beef Belly is also famous, so you can find everything around here! I ended up picking up a lot like this! I need to order beer again… I forgot. The menu looks like this, and you can order all-you-can-drink, but a single beer costs 850 yen, and if you order sake at Sunset Beach it’s quite expensive , like 2,200 yen. However, soft drinks are free with the buffet plan, so apple juice is free. 90 minutes of all-you-can-drink is 1,980 yen , and you can add draft beer and sake. There are these many brands of sake, but I think the all-you-can-drink option only covers what’s in the all -you-can-drink area, so I wonder if you can drink Furofushi Original? Over there they have whiskey, brandy, wine, and cider, and of course they have cider too, Crazy Cider looks good. Now I’d like to have a toast with Koya-san. Good work! A toast with beer! Koya-san has non-alcoholic beer, so you don’t need to tell me yet! Okay, a toast! Let’s eat. It ‘s great! It’s great! I thought so, no , it’s non-alcoholic! Beer is the best after all! It’s delicious after the hot spring bath! Let’s eat right away I don’t know if it’s right away or not, but I just couldn’t wait to eat, so let’s start with the tuna Let ‘s start with the tuna Let’s eat the red meat that looks like an echo ! Actually, I just filleted it a while ago, so it’s delicious! Fukaura tuna that will become Oma tuna Maybe that’s true for me, and maybe that’s true for you too Maybe you ‘ll already become Oma tuna, but right now you might still be in Fukaura That’s what it is, so maybe I can reach the Oma level too It’s not that they’re on a different level, they’re the same thing. Not many people have noticed yet . Everyone knows about and notices Oma tuna, but they haven’t noticed this Fukaura tuna. That’s why my channel is like that, and so are you all. They teach us things like that, too. This trip to Furofushi Onsen is like, ” Let’s eat ! Is this medium fatty tuna ? This is delicious! What? You can eat this all you want!” I should have taken more! I was a little reserved and only took two slices. I should have taken about 20 slices of each part. I probably won’t have any left. I think this is otoro. This Fukaura tuna is n’t as fatty as the Oma tuna. It’s like me. I’m sure I’ll get more and more fatty from now on, but I’m still in the middle of it. But since I’m eating it in that state, it actually becomes more fatty. As we get older, it’s good for people like that! Oma is perfect for people who find it a little too oily . As I said, it’s catching up quickly . The flounder flounder is also delicious! It’s not quite fatty yet, so I enjoyed it with a pure heart! This chutoro is gradually getting more fatty…and this is also for someone in their 30s, around my age… the analogy is a bit similar, comparing it to age. The hamachi is also insanely delicious! The salmon is also good! It’s on a roll , like a travelling trip, it’s full of fat, it’s Dosukoi Ah! It’s Dosukoi, it ‘s full of fat, Dosukoi I just ate all the sashimi and it’s already amazing! This is on a different level to all-you-can-eat, maybe even better than the sushi restaurant I went to yesterday ? It’s that good! This place is a bit amazing! I was underestimating it ! The sake is warm, I’m still in the middle of my beer, but I’m already in a rush to pair it with the sake It was unexpectedly good , so I’m going for a big round, it’s just Oma ! No, this isn’t Oma, but this flounder is also good This is a hidden gem, let’s eat! Furofuushi What is this cold sake!? It’s so crisp! They say alcohol shortens your lifespan, but I really want to say this! Isn’t there a trend in society these days towards alcohol? If it continues like this, alcohol may become extinct. Videos of people drinking alcohol are banned on TikTok and Instagram, and I’ve heard rumors recently that YouTubers who drink excessively are being banned on YouTube. If that’s the case, I could be banned too. But alcohol is originally a sacred thing. We think of alcohol as something bad, but originally, we offered it to the household altar. Alcohol is originally sacred , so it must be enjoyed with a sacred feeling. That’s why it’s immortal. What does that mean? Even if you become immortal, if you don’t know what you’re saying, then immortality is something to think about. Like the Towada pork belly, this time it’s not a project or anything, so we’ve paid the money properly, so we’re not being biased! No, it wasn’t originally, it wasn’t originally, but it’s even worse. So I thought I would have said it was bad if it tasted bad, but it’s delicious! Aomori is amazing! I had this ranked highly before, but it’s a hidden gem! It’s so delicious… did they have chicken? I remember there was something! It was like grilled herbs, but I forgot to get it. It’s chicken, so please wait a moment. This is also grilled salmon something. The salmon is good. I thought salmon was only available in Norway, but it’s soft and delicious! But I can say with confidence that the sashimi here is overwhelmingly the best! The sashimi is free, which is amazing! It goes well with beer! It’s non-alcoholic, but the tempura is also eaten with Fukaura seaweed salt, which is delicious! This is the head! The collar is also freshly grilled, piping hot, eh? It tastes like tuna, really tuna! It tastes absolutely amazing, like canned tuna! Amazing! Is that where they get the canned tuna from? It’s a precious part. Now that I think about it, I want to make onigiri! This is so delicious! It goes so well with rice! Now that I’ve eaten the rice, I’ll have some turban shells ! Oh! It’s easy to pick up! Thankfully, it was hard to pick up at times, but at Ito Hotel Juraku, it was difficult to pick up, but now they’ve made it so that it can be picked up in an instant . Itadakimasu, this is delicious! Sake… it was already out of stock, but sake. Do you put it in and drink it? Eh? Ah! Really! I’ve never done that. They have crab, how’s it? It’s delicious! Either way, it’s delicious! But it doesn’t have the same flavor as crab, it has an atmosphere! This place is seriously delicious! I mean, I guess Aomori is the best after all, but I think the deliciousness of the sashimi is achieved through corporate efforts, and it’s pretty amazing that you can eat this quality at an all-you-can-eat restaurant ! I don’t think it would be profitable if a lot of big eaters like me came, because there are quite a lot of elderly people here. Isn’t the salmon here really good too? It’s delicious, it’s delicious! Everything is delicious! The salmon was really thick and sweet, and super thick. Just looking at the room, I thought it would cost around 20,000 yen, but the quality of the hot spring was really amazing, on par with the gold springs of Iki Island or Arima Onsen . The atmosphere was great, and although I wasn’t able to take a photo, the feeling of everyone watching the sunset like this is something you don’t get to experience very often! I’ve had something like that on Izu Oshima, and you can have that too , and you can eat sashimi of this quality at this buffet . Normal buffets have a huge variety! I think a lot of them are like that, but this one doesn’t have that many varieties, but they use all local ingredients, such as Aomori, Tsugaru style, and Tsugaru-style, and they even fillet the tuna , the flounder is delicious, and the salmon is local, right? Usually, they just import salmon from Norway and leave it there because everyone likes it, but when you consider that they have their own salmon, the value for money is really good! The room isn’t that great, to be honest it’s nothing special… the view is nice though! The view is outstanding, but the room isn’t particularly nice, and the hair dryer is like a hair dryer that never dries your hair, so I’d like to see that improved, but the food was satisfying. I was just talking at the hot spring, and I happened to be in a mixed bath with a woman, and she said she’d heard that the hot springs here are amazing and the food is delicious. She’s someone who visits a lot of hidden hot springs all over the country that I’ve never heard of, so I guess I was right! It was really delicious! Everyone’s almost finished, so I’m going to take this opportunity to grab as many as I can. Just one last thing. I didn’t say anything about hot pot. I’ll just eat hot pot normally now, so I won’t review it. They said this was Tsugaru-style chawanmushi, so didn’t you take it? You have to. It’s Tsugaru-style! Did they say “Tsugaru-style”? They did . I don’t know what “Tsugaru-style” means, but this is Tsugaru-style! It’s super sweet, rich, and delicious! It’s sweet, isn’t it? It’s a lot sweeter than regular chawanmushi . This is the Tsugaru style. It’s chawanmushi that can be eaten as a dessert, but unfortunately it was cold. I ate it too late, as is typical of YouTubers. Still, it’s delicious. The dessert is a bit mediocre. The dessert is certainly… but I don’t know. The dessert is mediocre, but maybe the desserts they have on offer are really good . Is that possible? That would mean I’ve never had this restaurant before. But the Hokkaido cream cheese looks delicious! I’ll review that later . So, just keep watching without changing the channel! Round 2. As expected, with such delicious sashimi, I thought it would be gone by now, but there was still plenty left! I got a ton! This is it. Here it is. If I ordered it at a normal restaurant, it would cost around 3,000 yen. It’s like a sashimi platter for two people . It should cost more, it should cost even more! This is amazing! It’s amazing! And there was still some left . There are only four sets left , so it’s a real all-you-can-eat buffet! Are people being too reserved? This is great! It’s incredible! I can’t eat that much , eh? You can, right? It’s so delicious , but I won’t eat it! I can’t! Normally… you eat sashimi one piece at a time, but you can eat two pieces at a time! So luxurious! You can even do that! And this, what was it called? Kenchinjiru? It’s called Kenchinjiru, but it’s called something different. This feels like a local dish. Ah! I see, it feels like this kind of flavor is enjoyed by people here, but this place has it! It’s really good value for money! It’s far away, but I think it would be good if it was in the 10,000 yen range. That’s great ! It’s one of a kind, I realized after drinking this apple juice, it’s definitely delicious! It’s completely different from the 100% apple juice I usually buy at the supermarket. Sometimes you get really expensive apple juice, and it costs 600 or 700 yen for less than a liter, but this tastes like that! I quite like apple juice, so I add a little carbonated water to it and drink it , but sometimes it tastes a little bland, so mixing in a little apple juice is the way connoisseurs drink it! It’s delicious! You can even taste the bitterness of the apple! I often had Aomori apple juice, seriously! It looked like that, like something a rich person would get at Green Coop! I had a lot of apple juice of this color in my fridge, seriously! Aren’t you wealthy? I’m not wealthy, I think Green Coop stocked the good stuff, but it tasted similar and I was quite used to it , so if you’re used to drinking something like this , you’re already bourgeois! It was delicious and I often drank it after a bath. Drinking something like this after a bath seems too luxurious, but they say apples are also good for preventing illness. Immortality . I drank immortality liquor, immortality apples, and immortality tuna to train for immortality. So yeah, it’s like super divine water. Does anyone know about it from Dragon Ball ? You don’t know? Super divine water. I don’t read manga that much so I don’t know. All I know is, Climb the Karin Tower and give me energy! Genki ball? Now it’s just us left But there’s still plenty left. Sashimi 7:35pm. Isn’t it just now? It’s too early to get drunk ! Seriously, what time? Eh? And until what time? No, it’s not! So they teach us things like the importance of going to bed early and getting up early. Ah , I see! I’m always late to bed, but everyone else is early to bed, early to get up. That’s what our seniors teach us, it’s amazing! Mold is self-investment! That’s right, not mold, it’s exactly… travel is self-investment! I’m so happy to be able to eat sashimi to my satisfaction! And what a start! But then it’s 7:20pm and it’s almost over, so at the end we have a Hokkaido cream cheese pudding, which is like itadakimasu. If it’s good, it’ll be amazing! This is also super good! Insane! Wow, this is good! This place is really… really good value for money! They don’t really promote that at all, but it’s delicious! We then eat sashimi, which would be a waste, so we finish it all. It’s the morning of the third day of our Aomori trip ! This morning… it’s raining today, as expected . Koganezaki Furofushi Onsen’s open-air bath by the sea. *Photos taken with special permission. I got permission to come here before opening to take photos. It used to be such a clear stream, but now it’s so murky. 8:00. Good morning. I took a morning bath and am now heading off for breakfast. I don’t know about the Wi-Fi in the room, but I can’t connect at all, it’s an emergency! I guess it’s a digital detox to achieve immortality, but quite a few famous people are here! People like Moshimo Tours, Yoshi Ikuzo, and Ishihara Yoshizumi are here, as are Flasher Itamae and Katsumata. I’d also like to see autographs from Saturday Wide Theater and Mori Channel! That’s right! There’s no autograph, but Furuya Kazuyuki is here too . Is that Furuya Kazuyuki ? Furuya? Ah! Koya-san. So… this is Furuya-san. Oh! There’s Koya-san, but it’s not me… Degawa-san is here too! Recharge Travel Mori Channel might be good, right? Even if there is? 。 English: Then this is the breakfast venue. I won’t go into detail here. There’s a flowing menu of deep-fried eggplant , salted squid roe , cod roe, egg dish, surf clam salad , tuna mayonnaise, is that the same as yesterday? Homemade tofu , grilled fish , hand-drawn, is great! There’s grilled bacon , sausages, and barley rice! There ‘s even apple curry! Looks delicious! Of course there’s white rice too! There’s miso soup too! Since it’s morning, of course there are croissants and herb bread, which you can bake! There are vegetables too ! But there’s also a very simple Bulgarian yogurt! Snow carrot sauce, please add yogurt! There’s jam made from green tomatoes from Fukaura! There’s fruit punch and mitsuri apples! The mitsuri apples look delicious! You can eat yellowtail in the morning, that ‘s incredible! There’s grated yam too! And you can drink apple juice and milk! There’s seaweed, natto, and pickled plums! Everything is delicious! Really? I’m looking forward to it! I haven’t eaten it yet. Everything is delicious ! It’s so good! I’ve taken a lot again. Someone said that everything was delicious when I was putting the rice in, so I’m really looking forward to it! They said this apple curry was especially good, so I’m looking forward to it! Itadakimasu ! It’s delicious , right from the first cup of coffee to wake up in the morning. The apple is so good! And the apple curry, the lady said it was really good. But what’s the point of putting apple in curry? There’s a faint apple aftertaste. It’s a little spicy for a curry, but the faint scent of apple means the spiciness isn’t unpleasant. It gradually starts to taste better. The first bite didn’t have much of an impact, but it gradually became more delicious. Let’s have some yellowtail for breakfast. I had it yesterday, but I think the alcohol yesterday might have given me a bit of a boost, but it’s really good! This is also delicious. I forgot what it was, but it was the same last night. There aren’t that many here, so it’s great for filming. If there was a ton, filming would be difficult, but a salad with not that many varieties is actually kind of lame. There’s only lettuce and tomato , so I would have liked a little more of that, but the other ingredients are carefully selected, and each one is delicious! They only bring out the first-string, they don’t have things like, ” They just made up the numbers and left out the third-string and second-string players,” it’s all first-string, just like Mori Channel! That’s right! All the videos on Mori Channel are first-string, too! There are no throwaway videos , so there are no throwaway dishes here either, it’s the best! I’ll just enjoy the rest! The tofu is also delicious! The tofu is elastic, like pudding. Normally, I eat it last, but I’ll review it in advance. This is Mitsurin Gomi Tsuri! It’s Amazon! That’s not right, or did you want me to say something? You just brushed it off. Let’s eat. It’s so juicy! It makes my mouth feel as juicy as the Amazon! Isn’t that a good expression? It’s humid, like the Amazon, and it ‘s delicious ! I’d be so happy every day if I could eat such delicious apples. They ‘re so good! I thought this apple would be soft, but it’s actually a hard one. It’s a super juicy water apple ! They should change the name of this apple. It ‘s not a regular apple, it’s a water apple. Not a honey apple, but a water apple . That’s all. Thank you for the meal. I couldn’t go here yesterday, but I wanted to go. If it’s sunny, it’s so beautiful. Koganezaki Furofushi Onsen Large Bath *Photos were taken with special permission. This is what the open-air bath in the large bath looks like. The temperature here is also well-controlled, which was great! It’s really cloudy, but it looks like this . There’s also a sauna! You can enjoy the sauna like this. Now I want to leave, but it’s already raining, so I’m not sure what to do. If it’s sunny, there’s a great view point nearby, this Yukiaizaki ⭕️ Yukiaizaki. And there’s the big rock that a viewer mentioned. This place looks nice too! The other place I really wanted to go to was the Twelve Lakes, which was also on the poster ! This looks great! I can see the blue lake… but the signal’s a bit weak so the image isn’t coming up. Around here, there’s the Wakitsubo Pond. It’s nice to see the blue pond here too, but with this weather, it’s impossible. Unfortunately, even in the rain, it’s beautiful and mysterious. Should I go? It’s 24 minutes . Should I go ? That’s a good idea! Yes , if you go, this is what you’ll see ! Does it look good even in the rain? Shall we go? The rest is up to you, Koya-san. I just wanted to let you know that this exists , so I hope you’ll use this video as a reference and plan your schedule so you can visit Oiwa and this pond. Please don’t end up relaxing like us and eating too much French food and not having time to stop by ! Please, if you look closely, there are so many ponds! It’s so full of ponds! Pond enthusiasts will love it! This is the pond, right? Who is it? It’s a must-see for pond lovers, and Sobairo Chaya is temporarily closed. What a shame! I won’t be going there, but there are restaurants and inns that are also temporarily closed ! Staying here and touring the ponds might be a good idea for pond enthusiasts! Anyway, today I’m going to Hirozen. It ‘s Hiromae. Hiromae …no, it’s Hirosaki! Hirosaki’s kanji is hard, I couldn’t read it. The weather was nice yesterday, so I wish I’d noticed. Right before the Family Mart I stopped at yesterday, there seems to be a tourist spot called Oiwa. I wrote about how incredibly beautiful this place is, I should have taken a picture of it yesterday, but damn, I completely overlooked it! The weather isn’t that great today, but I still want to go and see its potential! It’s cold! There are so many migratory birds. It’s cold! I’ll have to wear gloves . Oiwa is a no-brainer. It’s cold! There’s a torii gate here too. Why didn’t I notice? It’s so cold. I should have gone today or yesterday . What are you doing? Hey hey! What’s going on? It was really windy last night, so maybe all of this washed down. Something terrible is happening over there too! It’s crazy! The wind was blowing this hard yesterday! There was a lot of thunder at night, and migratory birds… there are so many of them! Migratory birds! Hey! Don’t come over here! They ‘ll poop on you, so stop and come over here! Stop! Stop! No good ! No good! No good! It’s unbelievable! This number is completely different from yesterday. It’s gotten a notch colder , but the water is so clear! The waves are rough, but the clarity is incredible! Even though we’re in Aomori, it feels like we’re on a remote island. This is amazing! It’s so impressive when you get close. Quite impressive! This is scary! If you get swallowed up, it’s over. If you go in, it’ll be dangerous in an instant . We call this “soba no moto.” Sprinkle buckwheat flour over the soba noodles and knead them into ikisoba noodles. Let them sit overnight. After letting them sit overnight, boil them and form them into individual balls. Let them sit overnight again. Then, blanch them and pour the hot soup over them and eat them. This soba, which is left to sit for three days before eating, is called “Tsugaru soba. ” Soba noodles made using this method are n’t really “Tsugaru soba.” The ” Maboroshi soba” is made using 90% of the finest buckwheat flour and the Tsugaru soba method. This “supreme soba” is a must-try! Why is Tsugaru soba called “Maboroshi soba”? In the past, many people traveled from the Tsugaru region to Tokyo for work in the winter, boasting to others about how delicious Tsugaru soba was. They would often ask to bring some along if they wanted to try it, but preservation techniques weren’t as advanced as they are today. These stairs…they’re a little different , I think I’ve seen this scene somewhere before! I saw it somewhere in Hakodate, and the stairs are so narrow, wait a minute! It’ll be like this in 10 years! This is the real entrance! It’s so frustrating, it’s like a life full of detours , it’s a long journey, but you’ll get there in the end, it ‘s good, they teach you that kind of thing , that’s how they do construction, it probably wasn’t like that in the old days, it’s huge in size, but the castle tower is honestly tiny , I’m used to seeing Himeji Castle, so can you stop trying to show off as a local? It’s a fact! It’s the truth! It’s smaller than Shimabara Castle, but you can really feel the history! Shall I look into Hirosaki Castle’s history? Hirosaki Castle is a historic castle located in Hirosaki City, Aomori Prefecture . It is one of Japan’s most famous castles, built in the early Edo period. It is now known as Hirosaki Park and is famous as one of Japan’s leading cherry blossom viewing spots. Hirosaki Castle was built around 1603 during the early Edo period by the Tsugaru clan , who ruled the Aomori region. Construction began in 1610 and was completed in 1611, just 16 years after construction. The castle tower was destroyed by a lightning strike. The lightning was incredible last night, too. Since then, the castle tower has not been rebuilt for a long time. The current castle tower was built in 1810 and rebuilt in the late Edo period, so it is smaller than the original, with a three-story, three-story structure. So, it’s small, but it was originally much larger. After the Meiji Restoration in 1868, Hirosaki Castle was abandoned, and the Tsugaru clan’s rule ended . The castle came under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of the Army in 1871, and some of the buildings were demolished. In 1895, it was developed into Hirosaki Park. Once it was open to the public, cherry trees were planted and it took shape as a famous cherry blossom spot. So, in the end, it’s a well-developed place, which is why there are so many cherry trees planted there! Hirosaki Castle was designated a national historic site in 1932, and in 2014, restoration work on the stone walls began, and is still ongoing! The castle tower was temporarily moved using the Hikiya method, and this work is still ongoing. So, the best time to visit is probably during cherry blossom season. There ‘s not much history here anymore , is there? It’s not really the best time to visit now, but castle enthusiasts and those who enjoy seeing withered structures like this might want to come . There are all kinds of people! It ‘s the same as how some people like older men and some like mature women! That’s rude! I mean it in a good way! Everyone says this kind of thing isn’t really good, but no, this is good. That perspective is important, isn’t it? After all, people who can see beauty in things that don’t seem like much at first glance can really enjoy life. That’s why I came here this time. That’s what I learned! You only come when the cherry blossoms are in bloom? What’s that supposed to mean?! I’m just like everyone else, this withered look with no cherry blossoms in sight – this is life! Amanojaku says! Amanojaku Mori says! This is truly wonderful! How many people do you think are here right now, when something so wonderful is like this? I’m the only one! No, come on, there were two of us, just two… I really did see a few people, but it really is a hidden gem! If you come in the spring, it’s no longer a hidden gem, so if you come now, it’s a hidden gem! That’s what I mean! Thank you! Amazing ! They’ve fixed it up so much , they’ve fixed it up so much, the stone walls are amazing! It’s incredible! Huh? They say they light up the cherry blossoms that bloom in winter, and it started on December 1st, so it should be on by now, but where are the cherry blossoms? Apparently this is the venue for the cherry blossom festival, but is that the case this year? It’s so warm, so maybe the winter cherry blossoms haven’t bloomed yet? So the cherry blossoms here are really nice, the autumn leaves are nice, and if there’s snow, the snow scenery is nice too. I’m so disappointed that I came here at the worst time of the day … It’s worse than the closure. Was this the real entrance? Of course it’s beautiful! They’ve kept this place clean too. This is the real entrance, right there from City Hall. The entrance was right there! And there are even ducks! They’re really diving in, the ducks are really diving in. I’ve seen this scene somewhere before, they’re really diving in. There’s also a Starbucks next to City Hall. This is a nationally designated important cultural property, and sometimes you see that kind of Starbucks. This is a registered tangible cultural property, a quaint building. Anyway, I’m tired of walking so I thought I’d have a cup of tea, and I found this Taisho Roman Cafe, but it’s closing soon so I have to hurry . Here I come! This is crazy! Is it okay? But it’s not crowded today, right? There’s no one around, so I headed to the Taisho Roman Cafe, a cafe with a Google rating of 4.3 . I came to the Taisho Roman Cafe ! Huh? Here? Is it inside here? It’s a tourist spot. Maybe it’s that thing on the left ! Wow! This is amazing! This is quite something! 16:07 What! Last orders are at 4pm! Such a shame , I’ll go and give it a try. Can I have a chance? Sorry, last orders are at 4pm. 4pm. 4pm? Yes, sorry! They have apple sweets like this. They also have galettes, which I wanted to try. They’re closed a lot, but it’s the off-season now. They seem to offer lunch as well as sweets. They also have curry and Newton’s apple parfait. I went to the ice cream shop with a Google rating of 4.2, Fujita Ice Cream . They have the old-fashioned clang-clank ice cream. I’ve seen it in candy stores , right? What? They’re closed for the day! Again? I thought, but actually, they’re open on this side . Oh! They’re open! That’s the factory over there . The factory is closing, so it’s totally fine to eat. It’s fine, that’s amazing ! So this is popular. Which one is the apple? Which one is popular? The specialties are apples and bananas, and bananas too! There are usually bananas too, and also apples are usually served at cherry blossom festivals because there are a lot of tourists . Aomorians don’t eat apples, do they want to eat something else? Yes , they do, do they? But they’re popular! Yes, bananas have a little bit of fruit pulp on them, and O-rin loves these, and O-rin said she didn’t know the O-rin who appeared today, what? Even though she’s an apple girl? I don’t really know much about celebrities, she ‘s on every day! Is she on every day? She’s on a lot, I don’t watch TV, so is she on Hirunandesu? I arrange them at home, and this is O-rin… I like her, so I keep buying them like this. Do I keep buying them like this? Yeah , so O-rin has been here before too, that’s right. She didn’t come this year, but people who don’t know her say they do. You’re a celebrity in Aomori, right? Yes, I want to eat apples! It’s not a very strong apple or banana flavor, but it’s refreshing. Yes, so you could eat two by yourself? Yes, it’s a little hard at first, but if you have dentures you have to be careful, so is that how it feels? It ‘s like the ice cream you eat on the Shinkansen, so I went to Okinawa last week and came here (Aomori) . Are you serving it? You arrange it yourself and send it from here. It’s sent in a 18L can like this . Amazing! They serve it in a shop. Nagasaki is famous for Chin Chin Ice Cream, is n’t it? Right? Nagasaki has Chin Chin , and Akita has something called Karan Karan. Is that what you mean? Nagasaki has a registered trademark in Akita or somewhere, right? The similar Babahera Babahera Ice Cream is the same after all. This ice cream from Akita is sweet. Is Akita sweet? Yes, it’s a little sweet and refreshing. Where did this shape first come from? It originated? Is our shop, Karankaran, the first in Aomori ? Yes, are they imitating Jingling? I wonder if it’s about the same as the one in Nagasaki? About the same? But one of them had to have come first, right? That ‘s interesting, and I’ve learned something! If you come to this shop every day, you might be able to meet Oorin-chan, especially in the summer. That’s amazing! Just as you’d expect from Oorin-chan! I didn’t know that! How tall is she ? She’s about here, is her waist that high? I didn’t know that height, about 175cm? She’s just over 170cm, so that’s big, that’s big, that’s a bit surprising. Thank you, thank you , that’s wonderful! I said that if you keep coming here, you’ll meet Oorin-chan, and even on Fukue Island in the Goto Islands, if you keep going to that cafe, you’ll meet Kawaguchi Haruna-san, but if you come here, you’ll meet Oorin -chan, Hashimoto Haruna-san , no, no, who is that? It ‘s not who is that! She’s the one from “Travels That Don’t Go ” I haven’t appeared on it yet, so I’m going to be interviewed now, sorry, I’m appearing on “Travels That Don’t Go”! Check out YouTube! Oh Rin-chan is here, isn’t she great? Her accent is great! It’s Mori, this is Mori, not Oh Rin Channel, it’s Mori, this, this, this, this? Yes, thank you for subscribing to my channel! This is Koya Travel! That’s right, this is it, yes, that’s right, thank you. I’ll do my best to collaborate with Oh Rin-chan someday ! I’ll do my best! Thank you! Clinking Ice Cream Let’s start with the apple apple flavor! Can you really eat two? It looks like me, so this is a good start! It has a nostalgic feel to it, ah, it’s good! This nostalgic feeling , it looks like an echo , how did you get this out? It’s definitely hard , how did you get it out? Eh? It’s in a cup like this, aren’t you living in that era? Yes, it’s a little hard, it’s delicious even at first! A simple taste, Oh Rin-chan, the celebrity, is eating it! No, I had no idea! Just now, and this cone…the one I ate in elementary school… when I rode the Shinkansen Gran Class, it wasn’t Gran Class, was it? You can buy Sujata ice cream on the Shinkansen, and although I’ve never tried it like the time I had Sujata ice cream on the Shinkansen, it’s delicious! It’s so light , I can definitely see why O-rin can eat that jumbo size she brings home, but it’s so cold! It’s so refreshing and delicious! It’s so refreshing and delicious! No, we’re saying the same thing! It’s a little different from that Nagasaki Chirin-chirin ice cream, isn’t Chirin-chirin softer? Chirin- chirin ice cream is vanilla, right? But for our generation, when we eat this , it reminds us of the taste that was the best when we were in elementary school ! It’s a nostalgic taste, you take it out like this , we did this too, people from the Showa era remember that, right? It seems like you’ve never done it , right? It’s the Heisei era, right? Were you born in the Heisei era? 1988, Showa 63, so I’m just barely in the Showa era, I’m a Heisei fanatic, and I’m in the same grade as you, from the year 1989, Oh , I see, then let’s eat! This is banana flavor, and it’s popular with the people of Aomori. It’s also the flavor that Oorin-chan is eating. I eat it while thinking of Oorin-chan, and it’s a little gross! Oorin-chan is eating this banana flavor, huh ? Ah, it’s delicious! It certainly doesn’t have that sticky banana flavor at all, but it’s really light, so this is good! Both are delicious! But personally, I wish Oorin-chan had tried the apple flavor. Since she’s an apple character, I went to a coffee shop with a Google rating of 4.4. Coffee Hanamaru 16:48 It’s kind of dark already, but it’s only 4pm. I think I’ll stop by a coffee shop. They have an apple pie set! Ah, it’s cold! Wow! Looks delicious! Fuji apple pie looks delicious! There are so many different styles of apple pie! It’s completely different depending on the shop. Is there a map? There’s an apple pie map. Seriously? I was just about to leave Hirosaki, but is there really an apple pie map? We have this, and we also have this , and this is the main one, but is this sold out today? Yes, it’s sold out. Well, that ‘s the only one… Everyone calls it Kogyoku Benitama , and this is Fuji. Yes, Fuji is delicious too, is n’t it? Apple pie lovers have to come here! There are so many apple pies. I’ve never eaten an apple pie with a fork and knife like this. Let’s eat. This apple pie is different from the apple pie I had yesterday. It feels like a truly authentic apple pie. The old-fashioned pie crust is fluffy and soft. Or rather, it’s crispy. It’s fluffy! But there are some crispy parts too . Who was the original creator of apple pie? That’s intriguing, I’ll ask, I’m curious, so I’ll ask ChatGPT . Apple pie has a very ancient origin and a long history in European food culture . A recipe written in England in 1381 introduces a pie filled with apples, figs, raisins, and pears. Apple pie has evolved in various countries. Japan tends to have a mild sweetness and a flaky pastry . France has a tarte tatin, which is baked upside down . England bakes the pastry until crisp and serves it with rich custard or cream. So that’s what it is! Apple pies eaten in hotels are often topped with cream. That’s educational! It’s a food with a deep history. I had some leftovers, so I took a look at some of the ones I had , and if you’d like, I’ll give you a complimentary gift . Thank you! It’s complimentary! It has a completely different charm, which is what makes it great ! It’s made by an older lady, and that’s what makes it great! Kogyoku Kogyoku . I’ll have some coffee too. It’s so calming, since I just had ice cream . Are there two on the bottom right intentionally? Are they? It’s a common thing with apple pies, they come with a pie, so I’ll have the Kodama apple pie! It’s something different , with a tartness and a refreshing sweetness! I thought I’d plagiarized Koyasan’s food review, but it’s what he wrote here. There aren’t many places that sell Kodama apples, are there few Kodama apples? Delicious apples, I’m curious too. Anyway , I’ll say goodbye to Koyasan for now, and since I’m staying at a different hotel, I’ll meet up with him again for dinner and we’ll have Genghis Khan tonight . I heard that the place Koyasan was staying at the day before yesterday had fast Wi-Fi, so I booked there . As for the rental car, it cost about 12,000 to 13,000 yen for two days , so it’s not cheap, but not super expensive either . It was comfortable! Traveling by train or bus is also good, but if you don’t mind snowy roads, renting a car is great because you can go anywhere you like! Starting tomorrow, Koya-san will be heading to Oirase Gorge and Hakkoda. I’ve been to Oirase Gorge and the Oirase Hotel in my previous video, so I’m going to stay in Aomori and enjoy a few more days of drinking and eating ! Finally, I’ll go to Sukayu Onsen with Koya-san again , and that will be the end of my Aomori trip. I’ve already filmed a lot, so I’m not sure what to do, but HOTEL MYSTAYS Aomori Station. Tonight, I’m staying at HOTEL MYSTAYS Aomori Station. They have bath salts and other things like that, and you can enjoy local sake for breakfast! This is my room, Room 1015. When I entered the simple entrance , I thought it would be really small, but there was a double bed and on this side, there was a lot of space. It looks like there’s a space right at the entrance , there’s a desk, and the colors are nice! There’s an outlet next to the pillow, and they have bases in various places, so their know-how in this area is put to good use. There’s a security box, a refrigerator, an air purifier, a humidifier ( you’ll need a humidifier at this time of year), and glasses, cups, and even drinking water. You can fill it up with water from the water dispenser. There’s a kettle, and a TV over here. It looks like this, and like this , the basic toilet and sink are incredibly compact and neatly organized. There’s also a bathtub, and the shower tub isn’t that small! It’s more than enough for one person. There’s shampoo, conditioner , and body shampoo here too. It’s great! It’s all pretty organized! I like the color scheme, and for around 6,000 yen it’s not bad. They also provide pajamas, which is great! There’s a window, and the air conditioner is made by Daikin, so that’s great! And as for the Wi-Fi speed… It’s here! It’s here! It’s increasing! It’s increasing! It’s increasing! It’s here! It’s here! It’s here! It’s here! It’s here! It’s fast! It’s amazing! Hotel Mystays is amazing! Damn, I’m going to be late again! Oh no! Oh no! Today is Tuesday, this place is amazing , this place is still like a deserted street, it’s crazy ! Up next, I want to go to a restaurant called Ringo-ya, where you can eat Genghis Khan, which I’ve been checking out and which my viewers have told me I should go to! I wonder if Mr. Koya is here? I’m late! Maybe he hasn’t arrived yet? I’m here! This is it! Ringo-ya Fresh Lamb Genghis Khan Furukawa Branch This is it, a yakiniku restaurant with a Google rating of 4.5, Ringo-ya All Free and draft beer, thank you ! When I called to make a reservation, he said he would fix his makeup if they were going to film, and it looks like he really did fix his makeup, it’s amazing! Thank you for your cooperation! The people of Aomori are so nice! They’re so kind, aren’t they? If you talk to them, they’ll be very kind and give you advice no matter where you go. They recommend the shoulder loin and say they use New Zealand lamb. Strictly speaking, lamb is lamb until it loses its baby teeth. After that, it becomes mutton. Koya-san kept telling me about the deliciousness of New Zealand lamb in the car. He seemed to want me to try it because it’s so good. I should have taken a photo, but the moment I told him our meat is from New Zealand, Koya-san smiled so big! So you can be sure of New Zealand. Quality control is strict . It just goes to show how much quality control they have. The best lamb I’ve ever had in my life is lamb I bought at a supermarket in New Zealand and cooked myself. I see, it’s the best! This is because my cooking is good… I’m still a beginner at cooking, but it’s still good. By the way, the lamb I cooked was more delicious than the one I had at a restaurant in New Zealand . Seriously?! Suddenly I’m trying to show off, but what I’m trying to say is that Japanese people have a knack for cooking, and it’s fun to see how they naturally learn how to grill things and see how good they are ! I just looked it up on Google and tried to copy it. I see , so that’s how it works now. There’s even someone in the Goto Islands who learned from YouTube and opened a restaurant. I’m looking forward to seeing Nanairo! These are the top 3 most popular, but… Is it actually not recommended? Is it really not? I wonder? In my opinion, I’m an employee so I shouldn’t say this, but the loin is best eaten with wasabi soy sauce, salt and pepper. It’s really popular with everyone, so what should I do? I’ll have the real recommendation. I feel like the shoulder loin and lamb chops are definitely worth trying. I feel like lamb chops are definitely worth trying. Personally, I think it would be more reasonable to order the three deluxe dishes, add chops, and have them grilled in a vegetable platter pot . Depending on how your stomach feels, you could order loin or lamb tongue as a separate item. I see, I’ll go with that! So, the three deluxe dishes and loin chop are just one piece, so I ‘d like you to add one more, bring some vegetables, and try them, and then… I think that would be better… Whisper… Then I’ll go with that! Who are you hiding this from? I’m not the owner, so I think that would be cheaper! Whisper… Would you like some rice? That’s right. Yes, would you like some rice? We have rice, but fried rice is also delicious. We make fried rice with the sauce that you’re eating now, so that’s also delicious . Thank you, that ‘s amazing! Now that you’ve given me your real recommendation, I hope you all try it! They have a variety of menu items, like lamb gyeopsal and thick cuts, which I’d like to order later! They have a variety of Tan Suffol meats, grilled vegetables, and salads. And I heard that fried rice is delicious, so I ordered fried rice. They have a variety of options , like shabu-shabu and an all-you-can-drink plan. However, I’m going to teach you the recommended way to eat it, so you don’t need to look at it. They also have desserts, which I’ll ask for recommendations on! They have things like half-apple apples , and other drinks like Premium Malt’s and lemon sours. Fresh pulp apple sours look good. They have sake, but the apple sours here seem good. They also have freshly squeezed apple highballs. They also have makgeolli and crazy cider. Doesn’t it feel like Genghis Khan? When I wear an apron, is it like wearing it? It gets me in the mood… It’s the mood, the mood, the mood. I’m from the city, but I’m not from the city . Thank you! In Hokkaido and other places, pots have grooves, but the pots at our restaurant have holes in them. It’s rare to find pots with holes, so the fat doesn’t flow down. The lamb itself is a healthy meat because the fat flows in the opposite direction . I see. We use charcoal from Oga . The holes allow the salt and infrared rays from the charcoal to make the already tender lamb even more tender. It also removes excess fat. Compared to pork, chicken, or beef, lamb has the highest carnitine content. New Zealand has more sheep than people, after all. Just because there’s a lot of it doesn’t mean it’s delicious, but I can’t say for sure. I haven’t been to New Zealand, so I don’t know, but it’s amazing! They grill it all! It’s Korean style! I want you to try it first and have the most delicious experience at our restaurant, so I’ll explain it to you. Why did you call our restaurant? I thought it looked good on Google, so I was wondering what to do, when a viewer came up with the same restaurant, and this restaurant came up, so I just happened to be checking it out too . When you think of Aomori, a lot of people eat seafood , right? My channel is themed around hidden gems for adults, and enjoying basic seafood is good, but when you come to Aomori, you might be wondering… Is Jingisukan okay? Like, no, no, this is good, meat in Aomori? But young people probably have an image of Jingisukan that they had on school trips , so they’re hesitant to try it, and if they don’t try something really delicious, they’ll end up hating it, so if you could spread the word like this, I’d be happy! Can I say that? Yes! It’s already in, and it’s ready to eat at this point. Will it be available online? It will! It’s a special sauce, so it ‘s a special sauce? Yes, that’s right. It’s a sauce that’s unique to Aomori, so it’s not like it uses apples that you can only get here , right? I can’t tell you that! It’s a top secret ! We do use it! This is a top secret! I can’t say it, but we use a sauce that’s unique to Aomori, and we definitely use it! So it’s added here, right? That’s right! If you add it, the double effect of carnosine and capsaicin will be very effective in promoting burning, so please do so. Thank you very much . Thank you very much. My name is Kobayashi. Mr. Kobayashi , your face doesn’t look very good at all, but it’s time for some beer . A man’s go for beer! I started with non-alcoholic, but I’ve been holding back because I was driving, so now it’s time to eat! Let’s eat! It’s delicious ! This is really good. At regular Genghis Khan restaurants, it has a bit of a strange taste , but this time there’s no smell at all. So even people who don’t really like rum will definitely enjoy it. This is the most satisfying thing I’ve had on this trip! “This is the most satisfying place I’ve ever been to, I’m super excited, I’m a little flustered, it’s that good! I’ve been looking forward to it! Meat in Aomori? It was the thing I was looking forward to the most! This is the place I found, I found it! It’s so good! They say it’s been three months, but it’s become like a famous waiter. Kobayashi-san sounded a little different over the phone, I think it probably has apples in it! This sauce is so good! Really? Because it doesn’t have any smell at all, not at all! Usually it has a smell, and some people say that’s a good thing, but these days we’re seeing a culture of fresh lamb, so I like both, but even if it does have a smell , mutton is better ! Some people say that, and I can’t really say it because it sounds a bit misleading ! Isn’t it obvious? Whisper… The world is becoming like that, so you have to choose your words carefully Whisper… It’s hard to say which one, it’s like genderless compliance Whisper… Compliance, maybe? This is bone-in meat! Since it’s bone-in, you need to cook it thoroughly so it doesn’t come off easily like KFC, so I think it’s better to brown it a little ! I’ve sprinkled salt and pepper on it. This salt and the salt here are both Mongolian rock salt. Can they get salt in Mongolia? They don’t have an ocean, right? Sorry! That’s what the owner said… I’m not the owner, so I don’t know. He said it was Mongolia or Mongolian rock salt . Why rock salt? Is it made from rock? Can it be obtained from rock? Can it be obtained from this? I went to Mongolia this year . Really? It was really good. The video hasn’t been played at all. I’m from Ibaraki. Really… Really? It’s true. This is my first time in Ibaraki. I went to Oarai last time! Did you go to the aquarium? No, Oarai Hotel, Oarai Aquarium or whatever port? Sorry! I’m near the Ushiku Daibutsu…I have no idea . I ‘m near Lake Kasumigaura . This is what it is after all …It gets me excited, but there are unnecessary noises. Clicking, clicking, what is this? It’s lamb chops, or lamb chops! Let’s have some vegetables. I’m a little busy. The shoulder loin that you ate first is marinated in a soy sauce-based sauce and simmered. I’m making melted butter now. It’s even more delicious when you eat it with the melted butter ! What! What! Unhealthy things are delicious! But vegetables are delicious too! They’re delicious! I want to drink alcohol made with apples! There’s apples in the sauce too! Did you say that grated apples are the best apples? What did you just say, the best apples are these? Yes, I’ll have this! Two with plenty of the best fresh pulp. The other day… I went out to buy apples. I went to buy apples, and I bought them in a wooden box. I saw them in the wooden box today. How much were they? We bought one apple. A really red one, 500 yen each, right? Yes, I bought four boxes in a wooden box. What? Four boxes? Surely four boxes would be over 100,000 yen? Because I knew them, it was 4,000 yen a box. 4,000 yen a box! That’s cheap! Are they that expensive now? They’re expensive! Were they expensive there? But even at the supermarket, they’re pretty expensive. It depends on the variety. They used to sell for 98 yen at the supermarket, but now they’re 200-300 yen. Even in Hyogo Prefecture, if you buy them in Ibaraki, it costs about 300 yen, so that’s right. I was told to bring some, so I brought them, but now they’re so expensive. Are they expensive? Please introduce them to me! I can’t tell you that! These are already seasoned with salt and pepper , so how about this one? No, no, have a bite here ! You can have this one now. I’m busy, I’m kind of busy. Maybe I should open an apple shop? This place is also an apple shop, but I’d rather not try that! Ah! Delicious, what a nice thing to say! I’ll have the crunchy, sour apple fried rice with plenty of the best fresh fruit pulp! Fried rice is exquisitely seasoned, so delicious ! I’ll have the lamb chops here ! Lamb chops! Yes! Delicious ! So good! This has just the right amount of odour, which I love! It reminds me of Mongolia, and it’s like the best fresh apple, so delicious! This, this , so good! There’s no doubt it’s the one that uses apples! The apples are delicious, oh! Oops! I put it on the shoulder roast tartare. I said I didn’t need to put it on, but I did. This doesn’t taste like lamb, they have Genghis Khan in Aomori! The shoulder roast is so good! Personally, I’d like to eat more of this shoulder roast! I thought they’d cook it all, but they didn’t. When people start relying on others…as if they’re overlooking it… I think they’ll think the iron plate is burnt, but eating it like this gives the pot some delicious juices, so I think it’s fine to leave it as it is, but we can also replace it, but what would you like to do? Please leave it as it is !!! What do you mean? What do you mean? It’s a little too burnt, what’s the matter ? It’s too burnt because I’m not there, it’s too burnt , yes let’s change it, yes let’s change it! I wasn’t able to be independent, that’s what I’m like! Once you learn to rely on others, you can’t be independent, that’s what they teach you! If I cook seasoned meat , it ends up burnt, so I ended up leaving it all to them, but since I’m the only one, that’s right, I wasn’t able to be independent, I was like a child, relying too much on my parents and not being independent ? I want to eat the lamb tantan and heart, but actually I also want to eat the liver, the tongue and… the raw lamb shoulder loin, the first one you tried (raw lamb), the tongue , heart and liver, I understand, I’ll eat them, I’ll eat this too, I’ll leave it to you! Isn’t it good enough? No! Is it still not good? No, I think it’s good to have a bit of a browned edge… It looks better with this level of browning. Is it better with a bit of browning? That’s right! Yes, how many years have you lived in Aomori? 47 years , so you have an Aomori accent. Yes, my husband’s parents are from Ibaraki, so that’s why. It’s Ryugasaki. Ryugasaki is at the top. I’m going there next time. Is Okutsugaru good? Is Ryugasaki beautiful? There’s nothing. I’d like some recommendations on places to go in Okutsugaru. It seems there isn’t. I’m confusing Ryugasaki in Ibaraki with Tappizaki in Okutsugaru . It’s ripe for eating! Seriously, when I asked how long I’d been in Aomori , I just said how many years, so it’s like I said my age. She’s probably a little older than me. This is lamb tongue. This is lamb heart. The liver is moist. I don’t think it’s best not to overcook it, but please cook it thoroughly for compliance reasons! But don’t you think it’s better to cook it a little differently to make it taste better? But I can’t say that, and neither can I, I can’t say it in a YouTube way. That ‘s right, I can only say that it’s at your own risk and everyone’s decision is at their own risk, so in the end it feels like I’ve returned to basics, it’s really good! I’ve tried a lot of different things, but in the end this is the best . Do you have any local love or pride for Kobe , or a feeling that you are Kobe ? Well, maybe not really, but if it’s more like Ako, do you have a lot of pride or local love for the place where you were born ? Yes, yes , yes? Yes , my friend said he doesn’t have any local love, but I wonder why, I really do have it. Well then , let’s have some! But since coming to Aomori, I ‘ve been able to eat all kinds of delicious food, and anyway , what should I eat at Aomori Station? Soup curry? I’ll have some heart-shaped ones while Koya-san goes to the toilet. They’re chewy and delicious! Shall we grill the liver too? Go ahead! Well, I’ll have the liver! Koya-san doesn’t like liver anymore, so I’ll have some, but I’ll have some! I’ll have the lamb liver! It’s delicious! It might taste better if you don’t overcook it. I think I’d rather have a beer with the green onion salt. I think I’ve had a bit too much. I’m not drinking too much non-alcoholic, so maybe I’m just drinking too much water? The liver is good! It tastes similar to pork liver. The apple highball is here! Let’s have it. The apple highball is delicious! This is good! The apple flavor in the highball is good. This goes perfectly with the meat! Perfect with the liver! The garlic from Aomori is here! I’ll grill this! Shall we have it? You said you wanted it with garlic salt… Salt. Let’s have it with Mongolian salt . Which one? Salt? Is this salt? Mongolian salt. Rock salt. Salt extracted from rocks. Rock salt. Damn! It even comes with green onion sauce! Let ‘s eat ! Aomori garlic is amazing! Aomori garlic is amazing! It really is different! You all know this if you go to the supermarket, right? Aomori garlic is so expensive that you have to reluctantly choose Chinese garlic, right? It ‘s like Spain, no , it’s different , it’s kind of tightly packed, like about 10 other garlic cloves crammed into one. Check out the video to see how the god of food review, who may be the most delicious on Gyu Travel, describes Mongolia! Why did you choose Mongolian salt? At first, you thought it might be spicy, so you wouldn’t be able to eat it all in one go. I see , it’s so delicious that you could eat it all in one go! It has a different presence! I ordered apple sorbet. Do they have cream puffs? Are there any cream puffs? Apple sorbet looks delicious! It’s great! Thank you for the Tsugaru dialect! I was thinking of eating some chops after the apple sorbet, but I definitely can’t have them. Of course you know that, right? Do Tsugaru dialect sentences end with a rising tone? It’s definitely not cream puffs, apple sorbet, or apple sorbet. It’s apple sorbet → bet → to →! When I went to buy cream puffs, I’d say cream → is it okay? I could probably say it in standard Japanese, but I’d be embarrassed to be seen saying it, so I prefer the Tsugaru dialect. Apparently , no, but I’d like people to say it in Tsugaru dialect! Personally, too, but when I go to the city… do they try not to say it? They point without saying it. Kyoto dialect and Osaka dialect are considered cool, aren’t they? In society , eh ? Is that so? That’s generally the case, isn’t it ? A lot of people aspire to the Kansai dialect. That’s true! A lot of people in Kansai are aspire to Kyoto, so do you aspire to the Kansai dialect? I was ignored, so don’t bother me! Please only interact with me! Sorry, but… Kansai people are really funny, everyone imitates them . They’re famous because of people like Oorin, right? No, no, I found out about it today, I didn’t know about it, Oorin, you can’t believe it, right? I think that’s obvious, is it obvious? I’ve been doing it for about a year, no, even longer, I love it so I’m really into it! Is that really so? It’s like I’m a fan, doesn’t it? I like it, but I’m not a fan or anything! Is that Tsugaru dialect? Oorin-chan, there’s another problem, is it a little different? That’s right, there’s Hirosaki, Aomori and Hachinohe, so it’s different, so I can kind of understand that Hachinohe and this are different, but are Hirosaki and Aomori different too? It’s a little different , it’s a little different, I got scolded somewhere, is this Aomori? If you say, no, it’s Hirosaki, that’s right, is it like a rivalry? No, we’re not rivals. Aomori is long, isn’t it? Unlike a normal city, you can’t go back and forth in even a day . The language is so different that it takes about 3 to 4 hours to get to Tappizaki from Aomori city. Is it up there? Yes, it’s up there. That’s where I’m going next! Thank you! This is… I’ll tell everyone about it and it will appear later, so it’s okay if my face appears. I even wore makeup, so it’s fine! I got permission, will I appear? I will appear, I will appear! Yay ! But is it okay if it’s me and not the owner of our house ? It’s fine! I think everyone will come to see me. I think the viewers will come to see Kobayashi-san ! Really? It’s true. Kobayashi-san, who will be here for a long time ↓ It’s delicious ! If you come to the delicious Aomori , if you order something with apple in its name, it’s guaranteed to be delicious ! Definitely delicious! On the other hand, when you ask, I don’t understand why you like apples that much, because they’re always there? Yes, apples are something you eat, so I don’t understand why everyone says they’re delicious. I think people say that if you eat apples, you won’t catch a cold, right? It’s too good to be true! No, it’s really good! Local specialties are delicious! But this is the first time I’ve had such a rich sweetness in a sorbet. It’s so good! Not at all! So it’s the same with apple pie, and what else? I try apple curry, and you don’t realize that it’s normal in your hometown, you don’t realize it . That’s why when I went to Oita, the fish was delicious, right? I’m from Oita, and when I was a kid I thought it was normal, but when I went to other places, the taste was a little off, like mackerel, so I realized it was really delicious ! I understand that, but I don’t want to eat it, so please send me all the apples. I’ll exchange LINE IDs, so… do you understand? Rather than having leftover apples, I want to boil them or make jam, or come back before they go bad ! I want them. I’d rather eat apples, but when I go to the supermarket, it’s expensive, so I’m like, ” Maybe I’ll give up today, ” you know? んがきたまうしとらむすび English: When it snows, if you leave the front door open, the snow gets in, so there’s a front door. It’s the same with convenience stores, right? Yes, that’s right. If you come here now, you’ll understand, but it’s at home. The neighborhood ladies put apples and chestnuts in the porch in the morning, and there are lots of them, so I don’t think I’d buy anything , but they’re still bruised , and that’s fine. They’ve got all the nectar in them, so they’re really good! You don’t catch a cold, do you? I’d be jealous if you ate apples! In those cases, just send them to me. I really want apples, but I can’t send them. Can’t you send them? Because they’re bruised? Apparently there’s a rule that they can’t be sent unless they’re packed properly in cardboard, so even if you send them in a wooden box, I can’t send them, so they last quite a long time, but is it okay to pay for them ? I have quite a few now, but I really want them in a wooden box. Have you really been to Apple Hill? There’s a roadside station in Namioka called Apple Hill that I haven’t been to. Are you going to get Apple Hill there ? Yes, it was 17,000 yen. Did I get it for free? I bought it from an acquaintance, so it was only 4,000 yen . Is this it? A restaurant? Namioka If you go and see that , if you see the wooden box, you can go to Koyasan tomorrow, right? Apple Hill Namioka I can’t go! I’m going to be here for a while, but I’m heading in the wrong direction . Is that wrong ? This is on the way to Hirosaki, so yes, we should have gone today? Yes, probably. Thank you for the meal, it was great! I’m satisfied today, so I’ll just go back to the inn. The hair dryer was made by Panasonic. The container I used to fill with water is also the perfect size to fit in the refrigerator, which is really thoughtful! Aomori Trip Day 4 Good morning! It’s 9:30 now. I’m thinking of going to eat nokkedon, but it’s finally here! Since I’m a snowman and I’m in Aomori, it’s only natural that it’s starting to snow! It’s going to pile up! It’s going to be all white by tomorrow. It’s going to pile up! Before I knew it, Koya-san and I were heading our separate ways, and I’m off to explore various restaurants here! It’s so cold at the Aomori Gyosai Center. Today, I came to this Aomori Gyosai Center, or should I say Aomori Gyosai Center, thinking I’d have something to eat for breakfast. I came on the first day, but the rice was sold out and I couldn’t get any. I’d like to have this Nokkedon here, and have today’s miso soup. It says “any one ticket,” but some places are closed! I’ll buy tickets here! They also sell draft beer. About 12 tickets for 2,000 yen, which is about one bowl ! Yes, 2,000 yen . What about beer? Beer is 500 yen a glass. They also have cider. So, would you like one beer ? Yes, I bought 2,000 yen worth of this. It seems to be enough for one Nokkedon. It says “one ticket,” but for amberjack, you can get one for two slices, so you can customize it however you like! They said they exchange rice over there. Is this the place? They prepare salmon and other dishes like this with one rice ticket. Which one do you recommend? Recommended ? Yes, negitoro and negitoro sashimi. This is amberjack from Kagoshima, right? Yes, it’s fresh and not frozen, so it’s delicious. I’ll come back after it’s been rotated a bit. What’s different? Yes, welcome. This is also different . It’s flounder. The flounder looks delicious. It’s more than three fingers long . Amazing! I’ll decide after it’s been rotated a bit. What’s different? There are many different shops, but some of them have the same thing. We are a scallop shop, so the scallops are delicious. Let’s have some scallops. There seem to be many more options! They also have miso soup here ! They have miso soup! I’d like some miso soup too. They also have tuna. This one has fatty tuna, and this one has lean medium fatty tuna. It’s all in one piece. That ‘s great! That’s it! Thank you! It’s gradually getting ready . There are still eight tickets left . Scallops are also available here. The scallops here are a little pricey. The previous place was cheaper . You can’t put apples on it. The flounder looks good, too. Wild yellowtail looks delicious! Shellfish is good, too. Shellfish are expensive after all. They also have abalone ! I recommend flounder. I’ll have flounder, please. Yes, thank you! It’s gradually getting ready again. Do you have more? They have some here too! There ‘s loads! Shrimp is cheap here ! Which one would you recommend ? I recommend them all . Do you recommend all of them? Milt would be good . Can I have some milt? Thank you, thank you, thank you , thank you , thank you. Depending on the store, they serve two or one slice, so it’s probably best to look at the whole thing before making a choice! This place is amazing. There are lots of apples . The amberjack here is huge! They serve bluefin tuna from Aomori! They also serve fatty tuna! The amberjack here is also good! Looks delicious! Well, I’ll get some amberjack and medium fatty tuna ! Okay! Amberjack, bluefin tuna, and salmon roe too? Is that salmon roe from Aomori? Yes, the pieces are big! I see! The salmon roe is good too! Where is the sea urchin from? Sea urchin is a bit… not Aomori, not Aomori, not at this time of year , then I’d like some salmon roe too , please. In the middle, I’ll go for the middle! Thank you! OK , then tickets , then 2, 4, and I’ll get four tickets. Okay , thank you! There are two tickets left, and it’s pretty much ready. I also added some flounder, so maybe I’ll go to the first shop somewhere, the shrimp was cheap, right? I think I’ll have this shrimp for my miso soup, and can I have some shrimp? Can I have some shrimp? Yes, thank you, please ! Thank you! Just one ticket. Yes, thank you! Now, the only thing left is miso soup. I have some miso soup somewhere , and I also have some miso soup. Should I have scallops, wakame seaweed, or grated kelp, or scallops? Scallops? Yes! Thank you! Now we’ve run out of tickets! Let’s go get some beer. Okay, here we go , thank you for coming! This is today’s breakfast! I’m going to start eating now. I was actually supposed to meet up with Koya-san, but I’m usually late and today Koya-san is late, so let’s get started! At times like this, should I start with miso soup? Or beer? I have a hard time deciding. It’s morning, so let’s have the perfect morning drink! That’s the best! It’s actually 10:03 now, but I have a meeting at 11, so I can drink alcohol too! A man’s go for a beer in one gulp! Non-alcoholic? No , no, alcohol! I’ll drink alcohol even if I have a meeting . Koya-san has arrived. PayPay is accepted. Actually, if I went to a place that really specializes in seafood bowls, I’m sure I could eat something more luxurious than this, but the entertainment value of looking around at different shops and choosing what I like is what makes it worth it! It’s worth it! I haven’t tasted it yet, but I’ll find out. The miso soup is delicious! It has scallops in it! I forgot to take a picture! So luxurious! Scallop miso soup. Let’s eat! Where should I start? Scallops look delicious! They’re so good, I bet they were freshly filleted. I bought 12 tickets for Aomori Prefecture salmon roe . Yes, I bought 12 tickets . You can choose 12 pieces. Depending on the item, you need two tickets, and that’s how it is. Even for the same item, some stores require two tickets and others only one, so you’ll be missing out if you don’t look carefully. I’m the senior here, so I told the owner of this restaurant about it ! Thank you for the meal! I was thinking of writing a review, but someone spoke to me, so I forgot to review the salmon roe. It was delicious! The salmon roe was crunchy and delicious! The local ones are definitely better. They also had some Kagoshima amberjack, but Aomori is really far from Kagoshima, so I think it would be possible with today’s technology. This tuna looks delicious! Aomori tuna is really good! I really want to go there regularly to eat it! It’s only a single flight away, the accommodation was pretty cheap, and it’s really nice to come to Aomori for some delicious food. Shall I say it? I chose chutoro instead of otoro. It’s delicious ! A good choice, isn’t it? This is the best choice since we started here. This is amberjack . It has a nice texture and is delicious! Shrimp. Let’s eat! The shrimp is also good! It’s delicious ! It’s all flounder . When you think of Aomori, it’s flounder. I imagine tuna and flounder . The flounder is sweet and delicious! I was wondering who would order a large portion of rice, but it’s so good it’s gone in no time! It’s so delicious! I forgot about the shirako! The shirako came in! So good! The Gout Set. The poster for the Nokkedon rice bowl has shirako on it, but where did they get the shirako? I also wanted to add some because I felt like there wasn’t enough greenery, but where did they get the shirako? I’m not sure about paying for a ticket just for the shirako, but I wonder if they offered them as a free gift? (Without the shirako) It wouldn’t look good, right? There were way too many toppings compared to the rice. I had a beer this morning, so I ‘m a little drunk. Will I be okay for the meeting? The meeting I ‘m about to have is actually in Aomori, and I’m coming back to Aomori next month! I’m happy to be asked to take photos of the Oku-Tsugaru region, which I didn’t photograph this time ! I have a connection to Aomori! Thank you for the meal. Now, I’ll say goodbye to Koya-san and head back to the hotel for our meeting. I ‘m a little drunk, is that okay? Hurry! Hurry! I’m already red! Well, I’d like to go to lunch. It ‘s already 1:09 PM. I thought my meeting would start at 11 AM , but it actually started at 5 PM. I was editing as usual. I see a flag in front of me that says yakiniku from lunchtime. Apparently Namdaemun is a famous yakiniku restaurant in Aomori, so I’m thinking of going there for lunch. I had a seafood bowl this morning, so I’d like to have some meat in between! I wonder if they’re still open? Namdaemun has listed today’s daily lunch specials! The menu looks like this. I came at 1 PM, but there was a 5-minute wait. They have a variety of lunch options, but the special lunch looks good. If it wasn’t lunch, I’d like something more… Namdaemun has so many specialties! They also have Tsugaru chicken and oolong tea! Thank you. I ordered the special lunch . I thought the special lunch would be quite filling, but it seemed to have a few good pieces of meat here and there . If I just wanted to fill my stomach, I might have just had the regular daily lunch. I splurged a little. Since I’ve come all the way to Aomori, I’d like to start with a highball! Okay, let’s get started! The tongue is making a great sound! In the meantime, let’s prepare our stomachs with some kimchi . Let’s eat! The meat is just as good as usual, super delicious! It goes well with both alcohol and rice ! Let ‘s have the soup ! The seaweed is so good! A lot of people order the daily lunch special, so it looks like you’ll be satisfied with that too! It’s full of high-quality fat and is super delicious ! I don’t know what’s which, but thank you for the meal . It’s snowing so hard! It was delicious! I felt like a regular lunch would have been fine ! I felt like I didn’t need to eat something so delicious in the afternoon. What should I do after this? I was thinking about going sightseeing . Actually, I was thinking about going to see the boats in front of the station, but with all this snow, it’s so cold. Or I heard that Vienna Confectionery Strauss has the best chocolate cake in Japan, so I thought I’d go there (towards the boat first). I’ll go for a bit! I came all the way to the station, but it’s just too cold. First, cake! Let’s have chocolate cake! This time, I’m on a bar-hopping trip! I went to a cafe with a Google rating of 4.7, Viennese Confectionery Strauss Strauss, this is it! It’s listed in the top 100 sweet shops! They sell cakes on the first floor, and the second floor is a cafe. I wonder if it’s full? It’s quiet, so it doesn’t seem like there are many people there, but maybe this is their Christmas cake ? Their signature Sachertorte looks delicious. Aomori is really amazing! The sweets are amazing! Is this the one? Is it themed after Vienna, Austria? I’ve been to Vienna on a solo trip before. Is this it? Viennese coffee, Viennese Sachertorte, and this stollen? This is good! They have a variety of things! Tea and other recommended items, coffee jelly? I’m interested in that too, they also have a melange set. It’s here! The Sachertorte looks delicious! And this is a drink. There’s no menu anymore, so I’m not sure what it is , but I ordered a set. After the yakiniku, I’d like to have a Sachertorte for dessert. It ‘s all right-handed , so I have to turn it the other way. Now, let’s eat! This is amazing! To be honest, I don’t really like chocolate cake , but this one has a very rough texture. The taste isn’t too sweet, but is refined and delicious ! Is this the real thing? I can’t fit my finger in this cup. I wonder how everyone drinks it? It’s just barely big enough to fit my finger in. This Viennese coffee is also super fluffy and delicious! The sweetness with just the right amount of bitterness is bliss! Honestly, I’m a little surprised! And the atmosphere is great! Aomori has an incredible coffee shop culture! I think there are probably at least 10 other coffee shops besides this one, so I think it’s a good option to go to a coffee shop every day and have apple pie, or if you get tired of apple pie, have a Sachertorte like this ! Every day is so fun! Just going around drinking, you can have a seafood bowl in the morning, meat for lunch , apple pie or something for dessert, and seafood again in the evening. It’s so much fun! Fukuoka cuisine is delicious wherever you go, but honestly, I feel like Aomori cuisine is also delicious wherever you go! Plus, you can get a bit of a country feel and enjoy the conversation. This is a hidden gem. Even though it ‘s so delicious , it’s pretty empty! Maybe it’s because it’s a weekday, but I have to hold it like this to keep it steady. My fingers won’t fit in. Maybe I should have mixed the cream in? It’s easier to drink and super mellow! So good! This is so relaxing, thank you for the meal. It’s 8:11pm now. Looking for a place for dinner. 8:11pm. I was thinking about going out to eat soon, but I haven’t finished editing yet, so I think I’ll take it easy today. This place, Shinkai Shoten, is highly rated and is apparently a pretty interesting standing bar. It’s a lively place with lots of regulars, so it looks fun. I wonder if I should go on the last day. I can’t say for sure until I’m done editing, and I wonder if the editing will actually be finished on the last day, but I’ll just introduce it. A lot of other YouTubers go there, so I think a lot of people probably know about it. There are loads of other places! I’ve been checking it out a lot, and there are loads of good places! Places like this are pretty good, and this place has something like milk ramen? I haven’t eaten there yet, though. There are steakhouses, so maybe I should just go and see what it’s like? It’s a 4-minute walk? There are still many more places like Ringo Chaya, which has very good reviews and I’m also interested in this place. It’s an izakaya where you can listen to Tsugaru shamisen performances. They played for about an hour from 7pm to 8pm. I really want to go there on the last day, and then I’d love to hear the Tsugaru shamisen . I guess I’ll stop by a standing bar! Since I’m here, it’s lightly raining outside, not snowing. It’s cold! But it’s starting to turn into snow ♪ The rain will probably turn into snow after midnight. The town seems to be developing quite a bit, but it’s quiet. I wonder if it’s open? I think it might be around here. It says it’s open! I’ll go in, but it’s actually full! It’s really lively! What a shame, I think I’ll go somewhere else ! I had a seafood bowl this morning and a yakiniku set for lunch, so I’m not really hungry. Speaking of which, there’s a bar I’ve been wanting to go to, so I’m going to check it out. There’s a bar with a cool name that says “Snacks ! ” It doesn’t have a particularly high Google rating, but it has a 5.0 rating and I think it’s a good place, so I’d like to go! I’m going to a bar with a Google rating of 4.6, ” Time Even Unknown” here. It’s on the first floor, ” Time Even Unknown.” I’d like to try this place. Maybe no one’s here. I was still editing until just now, so I thought I’d go for something light. I was just passing by and I was curious about something Aomori-esque. Do you have anything Aomori-esque? They use black currants, which I get from farmers. Yes , black currants are also found in Aomori. Can you make a gin and tonic with black currants ? It’s totally drinkable. Just smell it and it smells good ! It smells amazing! I’m really curious about black currants, though. I’ll have a gin and tonic first, then add the black currant later. Then I’ll have a gin and tonic! It smells amazing! Yeah, this is delicious! The number of customers suddenly increased, and when I arrived, I was the only one there. I added black currant! It ‘s delicious! I looked at the bottle and thought it was completely different from Aomori, but it seems the bottle has nothing to do with it. It’s just the ingredients. The contents are from Aomori, so I almost got fooled . They run a rice ball shop during the day, and if they have any leftover rice, they serve things like sea bream chazuke for dinner. However, it seems they were closed for lunch today. Tsugaru dialect is great, isn’t it? Have you eaten anything? No, I haven’t eaten anything today, but I’ve been eating a lot for breakfast, lunch, and dinner lately, so I haven’t had red rice today , right? There’s nothing on this side. The red rice on this side is sweet. Is it sweet? It’s made with sweetened azuki beans, so it’s sweet, and I think it probably has a different taste from Kansai. That’s right , but red rice is hard to come by, isn’t it? I’ve been hearing a lot about Asamushi Onsen lately, traveler. Is Asamushi Onsen okay, even without knowing the time? Restaurants: There are some really delicious places around here . It’s pretty close. Is it possible to go for a day trip from here? I see, so they’re opening a Hoshino Resort here. Thank you for the meal. We didn’t have any food, but it was good to be able to talk about so many things. Apparently you can go to Asamushi Onsen from here as a day trip, and I wanted to go. I was able to go today, but it looks like it won’t be possible this time , so I’d like to go again. It seems like seawater flows here to keep it from freezing. They draw seawater from the ocean and let it flow, which is very eco-friendly . It seems like there’s also a soup curry restaurant in the same chain as the bar we were talking about, and I’d like to go there tomorrow. I should have bought something light, eh ? Are there any convenience stores? I’m feeling a little hungry, so I think I’ll work hard at the hotel, or maybe have a midnight snack. I bought this from a convenience store! I ate Aomori Miso Curry Milk Ramen, which I hadn’t tried yet , at a convenience store . What a YouTuber! And then there’s Ourin Cider, Hirosaki! Oh, I messed up again, Hirosaki’s Ourin Raw Cider, and straight juice made with Aomori apples. There were two types: Shiny Apple Juice, a ripe and smooth version, and Shiny Apple Juice with a clean, sour taste . Gold Nebuta and Silver Nebuta. They also had some Tsugaru Senbei rice crackers, so I bought those too. I’ll spend my day with that. It smells sweet, like sweet curry. So, let’s have the Aomori Miso Curry Milk Ramen. This is the official version, officially endorsed by the Miso Curry Milk Ramen Promotion Association . The flavor of Aomori’s saffron and butter really enhances the flavor, and it has a buttery flavor! I can’t wait to try the smell! I’ve been wanting to go there, but they’re closed or closed, so I’ll have it! It’s delicious! It has a slight curry flavor, but with a mellow buttery and beefy taste. It’s really good! Even this cup noodle is really good. It’s exquisite! Delicious ! When I looked at the reviews, a lot of people wrote things like, ” It’s not particularly delicious, but I came to Aomori anyway,” so I thought it wouldn’t be that great, but it’s really good! I’d like to try this in the original place, let’s have some O-Rin-chan! O-Rin-chan draft cider! Let’s have some! It’s a drink, let’s have some! It’s a bit like an apple version of sparkling wine, something like that, and it feels like the wine is made from grapes or apples , so it’s delicious cider! I’d like to go around and try different apple juices and compare them! Shall we start with the Golden Nebuta? I’ll have the Golden Nebuta ! Eh? It’s just a regular, delicious apple juice, let’s compare them, Silver Nebuta , huh? This one definitely has a lingering aftertaste, it’s mellow, and this one is kind of refreshing, but you wouldn’t know it unless you were told, so you wouldn’t know it unless you were an apple enthusiast! And this one, let’s have this one last, because this is getting long, so let’s get started! I could buy this at a regular convenience store, I could buy it at Lawson, there are all kinds, these two, there are two of each! I bought this the other day in Hachinohe and remember it being really good, so let’s eat! The cracked sesame flavor is really strong and delicious! It’s chewy and has a simple taste , this is delicious, this one should be really good, let’s eat! It’s delicious! It’s hard and simple, but the spread on it has a nice sweetness that makes it delicious! They’re all worth buying! I want to take some home. This milk curry ramen would also make a good souvenir, although it’s quite bulky, but it’s great! Aomori Trip Day 5 11:02 Good morning It’s about 11:02 now I slowly worked on editing and slept in. Actually, I was thinking of going to a coffee shop for breakfast this morning, but I couldn’t wake up. I went for a quick soup curry for breakfast and lunch, and at 2pm the shuttle bus to Sukayu Onsen actually comes to pick me up! It’s a snowy area after all, so it arrives at 2pm, so I’d like to work at a coffee shop again until then . Well, I’m off! The snow didn’t pile up after all. It might have piled up in the morning, but it feels great! The air is so clean! It feels good! I just took a shower so it should be really cold, but it feels nice , like after a sauna. I went to a soup curry restaurant with a Google rating of 4.3. Soup curry restaurant . Is this the place? It’s the place! It looks like a vacant property, but the logo and everything is so pretty, it looks really nice. Soup curry, drink, sweets set. Shall we go in for now? We’re here! Soup curry , eh? Is it ending in March? This place is going to be demolished for urban development. Ah! Is that so? Are they thinking of moving somewhere else? My video will probably be out in February or March, so if they move, will it keep the same name? Yes, itadakimasu! It’s soup curry, and it’s delicious! I hope they keep it going! I think the number of customers will probably increase because of the video, so it seems to be similar to Hakodate’s soup curry . Sapporo’s is a bit too edgy, but it certainly is. It’s delicious! The purpose of YouTube is to increase the number of customers, so if that happens, no one is losing out, right? Even if I get a lot of views, it’s no use if it’s not good for the shop, so I’d like to have it! This feels so luxurious that I won’t be able to go to coffee shops after this! It’s that high level! What was this? The pudding , and the sense of cutting the pudding in this way is amazing! But I think it’s good taste! It doesn’t feel like I’m in Aomori, so these old buildings in Shinmachi… There are a lot of places that are being renovated . That may be true, but all the coffee shops that represent Aomori City have great customer service. I don’t think many people know that Aomori Prefecture has great coffee shops. After all, we have an image of apples and tuna, but I didn’t even know about flounder. So that’s it, apparently flounder is Aomori’s specialty. It’s delicious! Of course, apples are a given, so you’d expect the apple pie to be delicious, but I ‘m sure it’s great for women, especially since there are so many pure coffee shops like that. I’ve heard from a lot of viewers that they went to Aomori for the first time and became hooked, and go back every year. It’s so great! You can enjoy the nature, the hot springs, and the food, so it’s perfect for people who don’t really like the city and want to see a variety of things . It’s one of the three major morning markets in Hachinohe, right? I went there, but after eating a flounder bowl, I went first thing in the morning, and it was already almost over. Everyone was lining up from 4 o’clock, so is it 4 o’clock? Do you go from here too? Is it really that good ? Everyone goes, so what’s so good about it ? There seems to be something going on here too. It’s just so big, and there are so many delicious restaurants, it seems like it’s entertainment-related, it has a festival-like feel, but I don’t know. The quality of the hot springs is amazing, isn’t it? Is the super thick Sugayu hot spring between Hachinohe and here good? It’s today! I’m looking forward to it! This peach is delicious . What was it called? It’s tea terrine. Tea terrine. Every year I put out a ranking of the best domestic trips I’ve ever been to , and I put Aomori in second place, and the islands in first place. Are there any remote islands in Aomori? I’ve never heard of them . I guess you can’t go? Even if there are, they’re too busy and on the corner, so it seems like they exist, but I’ve never heard of them. Thank you for the meal. I’m here! The coffee shop recommended to me, Straw Hat Coffee House , is highly rated! It’s like this, eh? eh? eh? They’re closed? Not a regular holiday, but a regular holiday? And today is Thursday, Straw Hat says it’s closed on Wednesdays? Why are they closed on Thursdays? Straw Hat December business hours Today is the 5th, eh ? It’s closed! It’s closed! It’s closed! What’s going on? There are a lot of these kinds of places in Aomori They have different closing days from their regular closing days I wanted to try something like pudding. I wonder if I can go on the last day? What should I do? If this doesn’t work, where else can I go? It’s so frustrating , what can I do? So what on earth? COFFEEMANgood, another highly rated place, is this going to be a normal cafe? I’d like to do some work here. The shop is too small and it’s full! It ‘s so frustrating. There are plenty of other cafes, so I don’t think I ‘ll end up a cafe refugee, but there’s another highly rated cafe up ahead. Is that one there? It’s pretty crowded there too, but is it okay? To the cafe/coffee shop with a Google rating of 4.6, The Lobby Umineco , this is it. There are a lot of small cafes, and they serve Geisha here too! They write things like brown sugar latte and Aomori milk and brown sugar Umineko blend, and Yamaneko Friend says this is good. Brown sugar latte is good. There doesn’t seem to be Wi-Fi here, but I can work in complete peace! That’ll do! My fingers are a little hard to get in here. There are a lot of these . It feels like I’ll drop it. It ‘s so heavy . So delicious! The subtle aroma of brown sugar is so relaxing! I never thought Aomori would have so many cafes like this, so this is amazing ! Now, I’m going to work hard! I’ll do my best until my pick-up time at Sukayu Onsen arrives ! Thank you for the meal ! It was a wonderful cafe! There’s no Wi-Fi, but it’s really cozy and I wonder if it’s run by a wonderful couple. It was really comfortable and delicious. I’d like to try the Yamaneko Blend again. When I told them I was going to Sukayu Onsen, they said it was a really great place! I’m looking forward to it! They’re coming to pick me up at the Chamber of Commerce, so I’ll head there now! Is that it? There’s a bus stop waiting! That’s it! They said it’s in front of the 7-Eleven, so that’s great ! Hotel staff often provide pick-up and drop-off services in other areas, even though they’re only about 10 minutes away from the station, but it takes over an hour, so it would be great if they offered a free shuttle ! That’s it! There’s an orange bus waiting, so I think I could probably get there while working! I ‘m so grateful, and if I’m not careful, they might even have come just to pick me up. It’d be crazy to charter that huge bus all to myself! It says Sukayu, and I didn’t even know how to call it at first, but I’m heading to Sukayu . Sorry! My name is Morioka . Is it okay if I leave it here? Is it okay to sit anywhere? They said I might be the only one on board, but it was pretty much full! It’s popular! They told me to fasten my seatbelt because it might start to slip. Damn! They’re about to get told off, lol. To a hot spring inn with a Google rating of 4.3, Sukayu Onsen Ryokan . They also offer day-trip bathing. So it’s like this! There’s something like a Nebuta, and it seems they have both a mixed bath and a regular men’s bath. They said you can wash your body in the men’s bath, and you just soak in the mixed bath. It already has a unique atmosphere! Is this the yukata section? Choose your yukata here and you’ll choose later! They said it was on the second floor, but places like this don’t have elevators so be careful if you have heavy suitcases ! I came up but it wasn’t this building, it was next door, this way, I was wrong, it ‘s building 3, it’s the second floor of building 3, it was this way, I ended up going up twice carrying my suitcase, quite a lot of people come to stay here, this is it! The room on the edge, room 337, looks like this! It’s small but it seems to have everything you need, there are two futons that you can pull out, I’ll be staying here with Koya-san, but he’s sightseeing right now so I’ll have to wait, even in such a small room there’s a table and chair like this, it looks like you could even work if you wanted to! I don’t think most people would work in a place like this, but I will! There’s also a TV, albeit a small one, and a retro telephone. If you open this, you’ll find a futon and other things that aren’t relevant here. There’s a trash can here . On this side is a security box and a refrigerator. It’s turned off, but there’s a kettle , and if you open this, you’ll find hangers, an air freshener, and this case. There are bath towels and indoor wear, and there’s also a place to hang towels! If you open this, it looks like there’s a toilet. You can’t take a shower here, so you have to go to the bath. It’s simple! I’m looking forward to it! I wonder what kind of spring quality it is? And one more thing I want to see is some kind of mountain salt yokan inside. And inside this is tea, is there a teapot? There’s a special sencha called GREEN TEA that you can drink with just hot water. It seems you can rent something to use when you go into the mixed bath so you don’t have to be naked. It costs 500 yen and is optional. Can I go in naked? Having come this far, I feel like it might be okay to be naked in a mixed bath, but they also offer something called “Yonaki Ramen” (Late Night Ramen), which is only available on Fridays and Saturdays . They also have a body care menu. Sorry, it’s a bit crumpled, but the hot spring is the Hiba Sennin Bath. This is the mixed bathing area. It’s open 24 hours, and it’s open 24 hours. The women’s-only hours are from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM and from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM. There’s no men’s-only hours. What does that mean?! I think that’s always unfair! Right? In this genderless era, the Tama no Yu baths are separated by gender. Men are on the first floor, women on the second. Cleaning hours are from 1:00 AM to 3:00 AM . Check-out is at 10:00 AM . They have Wi-Fi! I thought there was no Wi-Fi, but the return bus is from 8:50 AM to 12:30 PM, and I chose 12:30 PM. But check-out is at 10:00 AM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM, and the return bus is at 12:30 PM. What am I supposed to do with my time? That’s how it feels, but I’d like to experience it all! If you take the 8:50 (bus), breakfast is from 6:45 to 8:30, so you’ll eat at 8:30 and go home right away, which is fine, but it seems like there’s something going on, so it seems like you can choose the dinner time. 17:30 ~ 18:00 ~ 18:30 ~ I’m waiting without deciding on a time until the chef arrives , and I’m curious about the view! If I open it here, I can enjoy the snowy scenery! Is it okay to open it? Is it dangerous if I open it? It’s quiet! And it’s kind of beautiful! It’s nice! This is also wonderful! It’s cold outside, so maybe this is an oil heater? It’s warm with this heater! I thought there weren’t many outlets, but there is one on this corner. I wonder where the others are? There aren’t many, there’s one behind the TV and one here too, but there’s one here. It’s pretty old, so it might be a good idea to bring an extension cord for the outlets. The Wi-Fi is a bit slow, which makes sense. On the other hand, I thought there was no Wi-Fi anymore, so with this, I’m grateful that I can even exchange messages ! It’s a miracle that there’s Wi-Fi in the middle of a snowy mountain like this . Meeting up with Koya-san, this trip is an investment in myself! I’m escaping myself! I’m escaping reality! Is that enough? This is quite an impactful shot, and I’m really curious how they managed it. Composite? Is it composite? It must have been quite a difficult process. The Hakkoda Ropeway is closed? December 2nd to December 6th. It’s December 5th now . Seriously ? There’s a JR bus to Aomori Station! There are various hot springs and souvenir shops! They even sell bathing suits! The soft serve ice cream stops at 7pm, so hurry up! They sell San Fuji and various alcoholic beverages! Not only that, you can also buy snacks and drinks you want to have today here. There’s nothing around so if you don’t buy it here, you won’t be able to drink it. They even have Sukayu beer! I have to try that . They also sell camping items. They have T-shirts too . They have something that looks like meat or beans or something. I received a message from a viewer saying this apple snack is delicious. Looking from the front, it looks like this. This Hiba Senninburo is a mixed bath that can fit 1,000 people! This is probably their selling point. I definitely can’t film this anymore. I’ll just tell you what I think, but this is amazing! It says Liu Bei Xuande, it’s like the Romance of the Three Kingdoms! There are massage parlors and vending machines around here too, and there’s also a drying room, but I guess that’s because it’s a snowy place! There’s something like a waiting room! It looks really nice! Can you even work here? Isn’t this a really great place! They also have snacks and a cafe! Today is their regular day off! Seriously?! They even have apple pie, which I wanted to eat! So frustrating, I’ll have to use it tomorrow, seriously ? Are they really closed? Maybe they’re actually open? What! Today is their regular day off! It was pitch black, it was exactly what I was feeling, so frustrating , there’s even a hot spring therapy consultation room, but what! We’re currently on break, but you can get a free consultation if you can’t. It seems a stress check costs 200 yen. I think there are actually a lot of people with mental health issues ! I think a lot of people who watch my channel are feeling mentally exhausted, I understand that very well , as I’ve been close to losing my mind at times too ! It seems like hot springs can solve this problem too. We’re using the conference room during meetings ! The men’s bath is over here, and the women’s bath is right next to the mixed bath! That’s not a good idea. A while ago, I saw a young girl walking over here, and I thought maybe she was going to the mixed bath in her yukata , so she went straight to the women’s bath. Of course! I don’t know if that’s normal, but I guess it is. I want to stop this trend! Let’s all just go and be open! That’s the kind of era we live in! I don’t know, though! Do they boil water here? So, there’s water here , and there are rooms like that, and shared toilets, and I’m curious about the price. Mr. Ima was talking about the price, and I hoped it would be around 15,000 yen! But it was in the 14,000 yen range. Apparently, the cheapest plan , if you keep the meals simple, can be stayed for under 10,000 yen. So, if you just want to experience the hot springs, that’s a good option, right? That’s right! You have an eye for that! And I have the door open right now, and when I checked the Wi-Fi with the door open, it suddenly became incredibly fast! What am I doing?! It was 5Mbps from before, but when I closed it and checked again, it was showing 20, what was that? It’s a little slower now, but it’s showing 40 , it was only 5 at first, so does that mean it’s not stable? But it’s definitely slowing down a little, huh? But it’s still good, it’s pretty good! I was saying I was grateful to have Wi-Fi in a place like this, but now the speed is fast enough to get work done! Awesome! I’m going to go take a bath now! Is their specialty the bath coffee jelly soft serve? This is the one you can only get here, it’s handmade, the ice cream itself is rich, and it’s made with the finest milk , so it’s the finest milk ! So this is it! Where’s the finest milk? That’s a trade secret , I’m curious, they have a Morning Hakkoda 3-flavor assortment, how about that? Alpajon’s is really famous, is it that famous? It’s famous, the company is called Alpajon, and Morning Hakkoda is famous nationwide, it ‘s rich… is this ice cream? It ‘s not ice cream, but cheesecake. We’re actively considering souvenirs and things like that. It looks like something you can only get here, so maybe I’ll have one after my bath? Looks delicious! Is it the same as that vanilla soft serve ice cream? Onigiri made with that vanilla are half price! They also have apple pie! And this apple pie is completely different too ! I just went in, which is a mixed bath! Sukayu Onsen is amazing! Simply put, it’s a hot spring that everyone should try at least once in their lifetime! It’s a shame I can’t film it, it has a unique atmosphere, and I have atopic skin, so the moment I got in, it was like, “It hurts, it hurts!” It really works! It was painful when I was in, but now my skin feels so much better! Of course, many people say it’s number 1, and it seems like viewers of Kokoya-san said it was number 1 too, so it was as expected! Since it’s a mixed bath, I thought people would really mingle and go in like in the poster, but there were zero women there. It was such a shame , no, it was just too shameful, zero women. They say there are a lot of people with bad manners these days, so they’ve separated the men’s and women ‘s areas in the hot springs with a fence, and I honestly thought, ” What’s wrong with that?” There’s a time set aside for women, so I guess all the women go in at that time , so I kind of wondered, is there really any need for mixed bathing? The mixed bath at Furofushi Onsen has a time to watch the sunset, so everyone goes in at that time, but here (Sukayu Onsen) there’s no such time, so I think if they really set aside a time for women, women would just go in there, I mean, it’s weird. It got me thinking about a lot of things. I wish we could live in a world where men and women could just enter without worrying about things like that, and not in a weird way. No, I don’t mean it in a weird way! I’m saying it in a serious way! After all… you said earlier that young girls are allowed in… yeah , that’s unfortunate, but I really think that it should be preserved as a culture, so I guess that’s what it means now. I thought that a little bit. They’re forcing it to remain as a mixed bath, but then what’s with that poster? It’s like, “It can’t be like that poster!” It’s like, there’s no way a thousand people could enter, so maybe it would be good to have times when it’s easier to enter as a mixed bath ! For example , if you enter at a certain time, you can all have a drink together ! I’m just talking for example! Then people would think , “Okay, let’s go in for that purpose , ” and I’d like to get into consulting! If it’s just to take a bath, I think it’s difficult to enter, so I would like to do things that encourage that! For example, if I were to have an offline meetup here, everyone should come! It’s like, “Isn’t it okay to have something like that?” I think it’s okay to have something like that. Is it? I don’t know what you’re talking about, but let’s have this! Ice cream after a meal! I mean! Ice cream after a meal? What? Ah! Not after a meal, I mean ice cream after a hot spring! I’ll have the ice cream after the hot spring ! You seem a bit unsettled! It’s touching on some sensitive content, so saying something like “thank you for the meal” after being in a mixed bath is a no-no! That might get you banned, so… I’ll pull myself together and have some! The soft serve ice cream is rock hard and delicious ! You did say the vanilla flavor of the soft serve ice cream was rich, but it really was like , “I thought it was apple, but isn’t it apple?” Was it blueberry? It said blackberry, and there was a blackberry or blackberry thing , it reminded me of something that was just one step away from a smartphone. Does anyone know? There were no women in the mixed bathing hot springs, none at all ♪ I don’t know what I should say ! Do you know it? I don’t know what this song is about. Do you know it? This is THE YELLOW MONKEY. Don’t you know them? Don’t you know JAM? It’s a great song! THE YELLOW MONKEY’s ♪On a Night Like That ♪ I Want to See You ♪I Want to See You. There’s a 20-year difference, so I don’t know, but it ‘s 10 years. So I’ll end by saying that it was delicious. Next up is Koyasan’s turn, and they have things like Late Night Ramen! They’re not doing it right now, but Late Night Ramen is good after a meal, isn’t it? It’s only on Fridays and Saturdays , so it’s their regular closing day! Wait a minute, today is Friday? It’s their regular closing day! It’s Thursday! Thursday… it’s their regular closing day. It’s their regular closing day, so this is getting really long, so I’ll end it here. They even have free laundromat, which is great after skiing! You want to wash your hands! And after eating Genghis Khan, you get smelly! That ‘s it! That ‘s it ! That’s right , shall we go for dinner? Now, I’d like to go to the dining area! Which one? Which one? There’s a cafeteria and a big plaza, but I’ll go to the big plaza! Tonight’s dinner is definitely these slippers, I can’t tell which ones are mine, and they’re called frozen tofu? Are they dried tofu? Yes, I hear it’s only possible in cold weather and in cold regions. You can also drink Hakkoda’s pure water (shimizu? Kiyomizu?) Hojicha and miso soup are all-inclusive, and you can also get miso soup and rice. Everything is pretty luxurious! This is grilled silver cod , and then scallop and apple gratin. Is this called grilled cod and cedar? This appetizer, which I can’t read the kanji for at all, is this: Mutsu Bay monkfish tossed together (mutsuwansan anko tomoae), apple pickled vegetables, nagaimo salmon, salmon roe , and this is grilled cod and cedar scallops, Aomori tuna, and Aomori salmon. Everything is delicious! This is Sukayu, homemade frozen tofu with Mutsu Bay seafood hotpot, seasonal chawanmushi , roast beef , apple chiboust, and Sukayu Lager, which is already turned over . Hey, hey, hey , hey, as expected, Sukayu Lager is full of bubbles again . Now, let’s start with the beer! Sukayu Beer Lager, Sukayu Lager (Koyasan). I know it’s called a beer to drink at Sukayu, but it’s a non-alcoholic beer to drink at Sukayu , so this is Sukayu Lager! It ‘s really bitter, what kind of taste is it? Now let’s have some sashimi! Shall we start with the fatty tuna? I’ve eaten so much already , I thought you might be getting tired of coming to Aomori, but it’s delicious! They also have sake, so I’ll pair it with sake . They had original beer like this, so I ordered beer . But they also have Asahi on tap, a tasting set, and local Aomori sake! Which one did I order this time? I ordered this or this ! It’s rare! There ‘s Kunimare in Wakkanai too, isn’t there? I’ll drink some rare sake too! Shall I start with the appetizer ? Oh, I see! I should have started with the appetizer, but I started with the sake. I started because I like sake. I spilled a little, so which one is your favorite sake? I thought the appetizer would be a mix of fish eggs and something else , making it taste incredibly strong, but it’s actually quite mild. It ‘s delicious, and they’ve made it with the elderly in mind ! The appetizer tasted like sake lees, which is delicious! I tried the appetizer and another one, and somehow got a sense of the level of this place – it’s really good! The meal here is also pickled apples. Normally, this would be made with daikon radish and carrots, but this one uses apples instead of daikon radish, so it’s delicious! It’s exactly what I said, it’s like Yamabiko, and it’s difficult, after all! It’s like learning from the food reviewers who came before me – Nagaimo salmon, salmon roe, tuna… aren’t you getting tired of them by now? That’s what I was saying! Nagaimo salmon – Delicious! Salmon is also caught in Aomori! Speaking of Aomori, it’s scallops! So good! Scallops – Sweet and melt- in-your-mouth! The sake goes really well with the sharp sashimi! Just like the Sukayu hot springs here, it’s sharp! This hot spring has a sharp taste! It’s acidic , and the Aomori salmon is so good! I wonder why it’s not more well-known? Isn’t it better than Norwegian salmon? The sake is a little strong, too. You’re saying the same thing again. It’s similar, but a little different, but with a similar nuance. This isn’t plagiarism. It’s about taking something good and making it your own, as you’d expect from TPP. So, I’m also thoroughly absorbing the best parts of top YouTubers like Koya-san, Dosukoi-san, and Kashige Tabi-san , and sublimating them into something original. Are you watching their videos? I haven’t watched them all , I just watch the entrances and stuff. Yes! It’s like, “This is Sukayu Onsen,” so please figure it out when the video starts. Will you try it once? The last thing I wanted to eat was… What’s next? I’ll have some frozen tofu ! I’ll start with the soup! I can feel the ocean! I’m in the mountains, but is it really a mountain? Even though I’m in the mountains, I can feel the ocean . So delicious! I don’t know how to pronounce this frozen tofu , but is it “shimidofu”? Shimidofu , yep, it soaks up, it ‘s soaked in! The flavor is more watery, so with that water, it may be absorbing the broth. That’s why when you’re trying to gain knowledge , you often hear people say , “Be like a sponge!” They say your brain, right? So, even a sponge can’t absorb much if it’s full of water , but if you get all the water out like this frozen tofu, it can absorb a lot! It teaches us things like that! This frozen tofu from Sukayu Onsen is truly a travel investment! So it really does absorb the broth! More so than regular tofu , right? Regular tofu doesn’t soak up the broth! You’ve learned so much, so let’s soak it up too! Let’s greedily improve our absorption ability Have you given up? The grilled silver cod is super good! The rice is delicious! It’s a little cold, but it’s pretty good. The restaurant is about to close, so it looks like we’ll be bored. There’s nothing around, so it’s good, isn’t it? Yes, I enjoy that kind of thing . It’s like there’s nothing to do but soak in the hot springs, it’s the best! The miso soup also has no ingredients. Is it a reference to this place? And the scallop and apple gratin, should I eat this all in one go? The apple is faint. I wish I’d eaten it a little warmer. It was cold, but it was probably about 10 times more delicious when it was warm. But the chawanmushi also has the flavor of scallops and apples . Chawanmushi is delicious! Make sure you check out Aomori too! It’s not just sashimi, it’s not just apples , the apple chiboust is delicious, the cream puffs are delicious , the cream puffs are delicious! The grilled cod is delicious, and the frozen tofu is delicious, it’s good value for money ! I mean good value for money, the price is satisfying! If I could eat this food and take a dip in that hot spring , I would really think it was worth coming! This isn’t a special offer, so I’m telling the truth! Well, even if it’s a special offer, I’ll tell the truth! Thank you for the meal, hey hey ! I said it would be okay if you stacked four, but one is missing! Why? And who is this? Is there anyone who can take it from here? No way , seriously, there are all kinds of people here , do I have to wear the ones other people have worn? I popped in one minute before closing! Day 6 of my Aomori trip, good morning! 7:58 I woke up at 7 and got ready, and now the deadline is 8, so I’m heading to the breakfast venue at 7:58. Where is it?! I just asked the staff about the breakfast venue, and they said it was a foreigner… I wonder if breakfast is a buffet? That’s dangerous! It ends at 8:30. Now I’d like to take a look around the breakfast venue, but I’ll be looking from a slightly strange angle. I can’t take pictures where there are people , so there’s porridge, and rice called Tsugaru Roman, which is produced in Aomori Prefecture ! There’s also miso soup and curry! There’s homemade tofu and pumpkin soup , bread, and drinks include milk, apple juice and apple vinegar from Aomori Prefecture , pineapple and apple yogurt for fruit, and blueberry jam. There’s also a soft-boiled egg and salad. There’s a lot to choose from here! There are so many things here that would go well with rice! Is this shirasu? It’s okra teriyaki, egg hamburger steak, sausages, natto , and seaweed . It’s super simple, but the ingredients are carefully selected, and the taste is definitely there. I ate too much this morning. Today’s (miso soup) is packed with ingredients! There were no ingredients yesterday, so I wonder if they reflected my opinion? The shower in the bath was also stable. I forgot to mention, but yesterday I went to a men-only bath other than Senninburo. There was a shower and a place to wash your body, and there was a place with a really small bathtub , but in my personal opinion, the hot spring water quality at Senninburo was somehow better. It’s supposed to be the same, but it feels a little different. The shower temperature fluctuates a lot. It would suddenly get lukewarm or hot, and the owner was furious, but when I went to take a shower this morning, it was fixed! Maybe they listened to my opinion. There were no ingredients in the miso soup yesterday! Speaking of which, there was a lot of food this morning, so maybe this inn will improve things. However… going back to the topic for a moment, the bath only fits about seven people in the shower, and there were only two hair dryers, so I was a little worried about whether it gets crowded in the morning. This time, when we went at 7am, it was fine. It’s surprising, but do elderly people take showers and groom themselves in the morning ? I learned something! Maybe they make it that size based on various experiences. Also, I tried the Sennin-yu bath again in the middle of the night, but there were no women! What’s with the mixed bathing thing?! In the middle of the night? Or should I say midnight ? Isn’t it around midnight? Wasn’t it around 11pm? I didn’t go in at midnight. I wanted to go in around 3am, but don’t worry about it, everyone, just go in! It ‘s delicious because you can’t see anything because of the steam ! The tamagoyaki is good too! I didn’t think there were that many dishes, but each one is of high quality! Like Furofushi Onsen, the shirasu is also delicious! The food is also delicious! Tsugaru Romance I wanted to feel the romance yesterday too . Oops , I was planning to have this as a morning drink but I forgot. Apple cider vinegar is amazing! This will make you healthy from the inside out! Now I’m healthy on the outside too! Hot springs are like medicine, so it’s not good to go in too much. It’s no good to apply too much medicine, as it ends up feeling like you’re applying medicine. They wrote that after bathing in the hot springs here, it’s best to avoid taking a bath for 2-3 days after returning home to get the full benefits of the hot springs. That ‘s very instructive! Mori Channel also has a medicinal effect, so after watching Mori Channel , it’s best not to watch other channels for 2-3 days ! That’s very instructive! That’s very instructive! Thanks for the meal . 10:00 It’s 10 o’clock now. I’ve finished checking out, and the next free shuttle bus to Aomori is at 12:30, so I’d like to spend some time in the lounge until then. Koya-san has already left and is heading to Aomori-ya. I went to Aomori-ya last year and made a video about it, so I decided not to go this time. I’ll take a break here! Everyone’s waiting. 52Mbps. Heading back to Aomori Station. It’s cold! Wow! Amazing! Thank you ! It’s changed! The scenery is in front of Aomori Station . I wonder if I can check into the hotel now? But first, I’d like to eat! I feel a sense of relief when I come to Aomori Station, so I’m looking for a new place to eat . It feels like a home base now. I went to Coffee Tea House Straw Hat, a coffee shop with a Google rating of 4.5 . It was closed yesterday , but I’d like to go there! It’s open today. They say they don’t allow video recordings, so I guess I’ll express it in photos . I’ll take some photos and express it! I thought it might be a no-go if I took a video of the store, but when I asked, they said it was OK as long as it didn’t show the interior of the store. The atmosphere of this store is really great, so I’d like to show it, but I think everyone should come and see for themselves . It’s a truly extraordinary coffee shop atmosphere that ‘s amazing! You can even see the coffee being made, so it feels like you’re in a bar! I read that their weekday-only lunch service has a delicious pizza toast, so I ordered that. I also heard that their Mugiwara Blend coffee is the most popular, so I ordered that. They have a variety of options, but I also read in a review that this parfait is delicious, so I ordered the Coffee Jelly Coupe. They also have a variety of puddings, so I recommend everyone try them all. I ‘m also interested in the Neapolitan, but they sell beans too! They have so many different types of coffee! Here we go! Now, let’s have some pizza toast! Even though it’s called pizza toast, I’m not sure if pizza toast is really that good or bad, but it’s definitely good! It’s incredibly good! I’ll have a salad too ! The salad is good too! The Mugiwara Blend coffee is delicious! It’s not too bitter, not too acidic, and has just the right flavor that would go well with any dish. It’s a coffee that makes you feel happy! It’s amazing! Aomori really has a great coffee shop culture, isn’t it? There are so many coffee shops, most people don’t know about them, right? I could live in Aomori! Awesome! I’m here! Coffee something (coffee jelly coupe) Now let’s have some! I forgot what it was called, what was it called (coffee jelly coupe) Let’s go back and check! Let’s eat! It’s delicious! Amazing amazing amazing, is there pudding inside again? It’s coffee jelly and pudding, and in the first half there’s a bit of ice cream, it has a refined taste, and a bit of coffee jelly came out too, so let’s eat! This shop really does hit the spot of a good balance without being too assertive , so I think it’s hard to create just the right balance without many years of experience, right? For example, when we’re young we try to be really edgy and create really unusual flavors or are confident in the sweetness , but as we become more experienced we can create just the right balance, or there are things that can be done with experience, right? It’s well balanced, I wonder if I can convey that kind of taste ? Younger people might not understand this wonderfulness . Younger people might prefer more unique flavors, but as I ‘ve gotten older, I’ve started to appreciate the good things about this place. It ‘s got that atmosphere, and that flavor, I guess you could say it’s that perfect , mature flavor without any quirks. It’s amazing! It fell into my only pair of pants ! It’s delicious! It’s the best! I ‘m feeling a bit low-key, so you might be thinking it’s not the best, but that’s the kind of atmosphere it is. It ‘s quiet, it’s the best! If I said that, it would probably be pretty quiet , but please understand! I’m still trying my best to get excited! It was delicious! Thank you for the meal! It was a great restaurant! I was relaxing, and before I knew it, an hour had passed. When I went outside, it looked like it was snowing, right? It’s piling up. I’m heading to my lodging for the night. It really does pile up in an instant! Hotel Check-in: I chose Hotel Mystays again today. The reason is that I had to finish editing a video by the end of the day, and the Wi-Fi was fast, so I chose it again! I had a double bed before, but this time I tried a queen size bed. It came with a small table and chair, so the bed feels almost the same. It’s a queen size, so it’s probably big, maybe ? Maybe the room is a little bigger too? It feels the same, but the table area is almost exactly the same as the first place I stayed in. On the other hand, I’m wondering how I’ll use this, but it’s a sign of a slightly higher grade! This area is almost, or rather, completely the same. The toilet is the same, and the size of the bathroom is the same too . It’s like this! I’m right on the corner, in front of the elevator. It ‘s really functional and incredibly spacious, and even though it’s a compact room, it feels like it’s been very well thought out. When I open my suitcase, I can fit it just underneath here ! It’s not that there’s a ton of room, but with my carry-on size, I can open it up and fit it underneath, so it’s convenient! I’ve done quite a bit of sightseeing in Aomori for today, so if I think of any restaurants around Aomori Station I might go there, but basically I want to concentrate on editing today so I ‘d like to finish filming here Tomorrow I’ll just head back to the airport after checking out, so if there’s anywhere I really wanted to go I might go there again, but I’d like to finish it here It’s 10:30pm editing time Looking for a restaurant for dinner 10:30pm I’m not done editing yet so I thought I’d go to the convenience store to buy some food, but it’s snowing really hard! It’s piled up really high! It’s so cold! I never thought my last night would turn out like this It’s a real blizzard I really want to go out for dinner, but this is fine too, there are Aomori kitties here! Hey! Hold on a second! Hold on! Hold on! Aomori kitties on the snow… I’m going to eat Tonight’s dinner is at Hotel Mystays Aomori Ekimae It’s ramen called Geki Nibo that I couldn’t buy before dinner I decided to get the Aomori exclusive! And some chopped apples. This time I’m using Orin. Previously I used Orin as my drink, but this time I went with apples! And for the drink, I chose fresh new cider! And as a snack, I wanted to get some protein, so I went with this peeled sardine and this Tsugaru cod . Both are made in Hirosaki, and I’m looking forward to enjoying them today! The smell of dried sardines is amazing ! So, I’d like to try this dried sardine ramen, which is super dried sardine ! This is it. Maybe it’s actually delicious? It smells good . Let’s eat this dried sardine ramen ! It doesn’t feel like a cup ramen , these days cup ramen are amazing! Let’s eat! This is also good! The milk ramen was really good, but this is also good! The dried sardine flavor is strong, maybe it’s because I’m hungry? No , but I think it goes beyond the realm of cup noodles, Maruchan is really trying. The char siu and other things still have an instant feel, but the noodles and soup taste just as good, don’t they? It’s absolutely delicious! It looks like it can go on for a while longer! I forgot to drink this, but let’s eat this new sake ! The cider is delicious! It’s made with 100% domestic apples harvested in 2024, so it’s delicious! Plus, it’s only 2% alcohol, so it’s easy to drink ! I’m going to edit this later, so it would be a problem if it was too strong, but this is just right ! It ‘s the best! It was so good ! I drank it all ! It’s pretty good! I’ll have the apples! It’s Ourin, Ourin is so good, Aomori is the best after all! I’m leaving tomorrow, but I’m sad to leave! I want to come back! Let’s review this one! Tsugaru cod is like this , hard! It says it’s addictively delicious, but for a moment it feels like it has no taste, what is that? It says the flavor gradually comes out, so it really strengthens your jaw! It’s good for training your mouth, and it’ll definitely make your face look smaller! It’s making a grinding noise, oh it’s so good, it goes well together, let’s have this with the cider ! Icefish? Or rather, it’s this “Muki Komai Komai” kind of thing. This one is even harder than the previous one, and it makes the face even smaller. This one seems to have a deeper flavor. It tastes like fish. It has a slightly fishy, grassy smell, and it’s delicious! Aomori is amazing! It’s so much fun! AomoriAomori is so deepI’m going there again next month for a project, and if all goes according to plan, I’ll be releasing a video for that project after this one, which I’m looking forward to. Next time I’ll be touring the Tsugaru region. The Tsugaru region also has a lot to offer, and I’m currently planning my itinerary. You can go straight from Tsugaru to Hakodate, so I think I can convey the charm of that area as well. Speaking of Aomori… Mori Channel , as you’d expect from Mori! It’s Aomori! So let’s do our best with the editing! Without saying that, the 7th day of our Aomori tripAnd then it’s 11am. It’s the last day! I checked out at 11:00 and managed to finish the video before going to bed yesterday, so I’m ready for the video and feeling refreshed as I head into my final day . I think I’ll be fine if I catch the bus around 12 or 1pm, so I’d like to finish off with some seafood before heading home. I remember thinking there was a place I wanted to go but couldn’t, so I thought I might go there. I’ll look for it. It ‘s completely snowed up! Yesterday, everyone was wearing hats and snow boots as if it was the most natural thing in the world, so I guess you can adapt after all! Humans adapt to situations that others might consider harsh, right? Even when I’m working, I sometimes wonder, “What is this? Can I keep doing this?” But before I know it, my body has adapted. But I have to calmly consider whether it’s good or not. This lesson teaches us all that! Travel is truly an investment in yourself! So I want to discover its benefits! Oh, it’s Saturday, so there’s already a line. I found a place called Aburi Tendon in front of the station, which is a bit of a change of pace, but I’m curious, so I’d like to go. But it’s Saturday, so I’m not sure if it’ll be open. It’s over there! It’s right in front of the station! There’s a place called Tenjun right near the station, and it has a Google rating of 4.5, so it looks great! I’m interested! There’s no line yet . It says it fills up pretty quickly, so I think I’ll be the first one there! There’s also a Michinoku Apple Shop. This street looks really nice, too. Aburi Tendon, Tenjun Tendon Set, and Tempura Udon. Can you write your name, please? Okay, okay. While I wait, I’d like to look at the apples and have some apple juice. Amazing! Is this an apple shop? Yes, amazing! This is something you can only find in Aomori. How much are these apples? What do you mean by weight? It’s determined by weight , like measuring them on a scale ? Thank you for the weight ! I’ll have some awakening apple juice! It’s so delicious! Right? 700 yen for a 1.8L bottle . Isn’t that cheap ? It’s cheap, right? If it’s a good shop, even the packed bottles are quite expensive, so a 1.8L bottle is 1.8L, so I can send it to you for 700 yen. But wouldn’t the shipping cost be more expensive? Eh? Isn’t it expensive? Where? I’m from Hyogo Prefecture . Is it Hyogo Prefecture? Yes, how far is it? 1600 yen for 6 bottles and shipping, yeah , that’s about 6,000 yen . But it ‘s cheap, right? Are these apples cheap ? One tier of apples for home use costs 3,500 yen . One tier? 3,000 yen for this , 3,500 yen for this , 3,500 yen for this, 3,500 yen for this. Apples are expensive even these days, aren’t they? Expensive! They’re expensive this year, aren’t they ? I used to be able to buy them at the supermarket for 100 yen, but now they’re 200 or 300 yen, right? That’s right, have the prices gone up this year? Prices have gone up Prices have gone up Are they usually a little cheaper ? Yeah, that ‘s right, I think they usually start at 2,500 yen, but now they’re 3,500 yen, so it’s a bit pricey after all, it’s a tough decision! I want some apples, how many do I get? Generally, if they’re this big, there are 14 of them here… 13, there are about 13 of them, so this 3,500 yen includes shipping? Is shipping separate ? Shipping is a pain, it would be nice if I could take them home, but yeah, if I buy a few, can I just carry them home by hand? I’m going to eat there for a bit, so I’ll think about it afterwards . Yes! Think about it! It’s delicious! That looks delicious! No , no, no, is that place delicious too? Yes , I already wrote my name first! I’m already in line! Thank you! The apple juice was delicious! Thank you! Google rating 4.5 To the tempura restaurant Grilled tempura bowl, tempura jun Grilled tempura bowl, tempura jun Unlike what’s shown here, I got a soft milt bowl. Thank you! I’m here! It looks delicious! So I’d like to eat! It’s amazing! Apparently they’ll grill it again after you’ve eaten a little, and there’s a tempura bowl sauce , right ? Is it okay to eat it as is? It’s already on the side, but if it’s not enough, please use it if you like . Yes, thank you! Shall I try some soft milt? Amazing! This… is outstanding! And it goes really well with the sake called Nama Denshu ! This sake is so good! It’s slightly crisp, but also fruity, just as you’d expect from a nama sake! I heard it’s only available at this time of year! I think the milt is only available at this time of year, too. Is this milt only available at this time of year? Until around February. When does it start? This year it starts in November. So if you come in winter, you can eat it. That’s right, it’s really delicious! Thank you! It seems like milt is only available in winter! There’s something appealing about coming in winter! It’s so good! This is incredible ! It’s amazing that you can eat this tempura bowl for around 1,000 yen ! Seriously! The milt alone would be worth 2,000 yen, and the shrimp is delicious too! The lady at the apple shop also said that the place is delicious, so I was right! What is this? This is maitake mushroom. Maitake mushroom from Aomori? Yes, can I have it grilled? Excuse me! Can I have it grilled for you? Yes! Please wait a moment. Thank you. I’ll try the udon too. Yes! Excuse me for keeping you waiting! Would you like a bowl? Yes! Please wait a moment. When you grill it, it will have a charcoal-grilled flavor, so please try it with your preferred sauce. Here you go. It has a slightly burnt smell! Now I’ll try the soft roe again. The presentation is nice! It has a slightly burnt flavor that changes the flavor halfway through! It’s delicious! Either way, it’s delicious! It’s delicious without grilling, and it ‘s delicious with grilling too! Delicious! This is amazing! No wonder it gets a 4.5 rating, the eggplant is also delicious! It’s a tempura bowl, so you normally eat it with rice, but the things on top are so delicious that you can’t even get to the rice! Maybe tempura and sake are all you need! Are the udon noodles also Kanto-style? A little spicy? The tempura bowl is overwhelming! The tempura bowl and this sake… are overwhelmingly delicious! Ah, the best! The maitake mushrooms were also grilled, which really changed the flavor. They seemed to be deep-fried slowly and carefully. The food also came out quite slowly. It really felt like they were making each dish with careful management. It ‘s great value! Great value for money! Thank you for the meal. Grilled Tempura Bowl Tenjun: When I went outside, it was snowing like it was raining! Amazing! What is this? Like hail? It has really fine grains . Ah! I’m going to buy an apple to take home! I’m going to buy an apple! Should I pay with cash? Okay, what should I do? Should I buy one kind ? How many kinds do they have? Three kinds, three kinds, those three kinds? I’m going home. Grilled Tempura Bowl Tenjun: This is getting pretty crazy at the very end! This! It’s snowing like crazy! What does this mean ? Just let me go home looking good like this! What is this? It’s not like I can take a photo like this! There’s an apple attached to my chest on the bus to the airport . There’s a lot of writing on the bus . Maybe it says something like “to the airport” there? This is the way to Aomori Airport. Does it say “Aomori Airport” here ? I took the Aomori Airport Limousine Bus to Aomori Airport. Thank you for coming to Aomori Airport . I’ll be flying with JAL on the way back . There are lots of souvenirs! I had to make some last-minute edits to the video, so I’ll work on it in this airport lounge! You can access everything with a credit card. Work done! Let’s take a walk. Aomori Airport is quite well-equipped inside! There’s a Tully’s and restaurants too ! It looks like they have a variety of food at Forest Restaurant Ryan ! Viewers said the food at the airport was delicious, so this must be Aomori Airport Forest Dining, where you can get miso curry milk ramen! I wanted to try that, but I already had a tempura bowl. You can also get clam ramen at cafe709, or this is Aomori Miso Curry Milk Ramen Kawara Ajimasitei . The lights in this airport cafeteria are shaped like apples, which is cute! There’s someone I recognize. Are they going to eat something? No, no, I’ve already eaten there , so did they? I’m on the same flight as Nokoya Travel, and it seems like there aren’t many passengers. We’re only 3% away from uploading the video, and it’s too late! We’re not going to make it! Itami Airport We ‘ve just arrived at Itami Airport ! This marks the end of our trip to Aomori! I’ve always said that Aomori is one of my favorite places, but now I love it even more ! It has the potential to explode as a popular tourist destination, yet it still retains a rustic, down- to -earth feel, which is what really charms me! My thoughts on my trip to Aomori: I’m currently opening my computer to upload, but Aomori really has so much potential! The food is delicious! The views are spectacular! And it’s easy to get to! It has the charm of Hokkaido, but the people of Aomori are down-to-earth, down – to – earth , and have a bit of an island vibe , which I think is Aomori’s greatest charm. I’ll be shooting in Oku-Tsugaru next month, so I’ve really grown to love Aomori and want to eventually cover every single place in the country ! It was originally ranked highly among the best domestic destinations to visit , but now I love it even more! Honestly , it’s become one of my top two favorite domestic travel destinations outside of the outlying islands ! I didn’t want to go back this time either! The apples are delicious! There are tons of coffee shops! The seafood is delicious! The meat is delicious! The people are kind! The alcohol is delicious! There’s nothing bad about it . Sure, if you lived there, the amount of snow might be a problem, but it’s nice to be able to see the snowy scenery, so I think it was just the best! I want to go again! I’m speaking at Itami Airport, so I’m trying to maintain a neutral expression while still conveying my emotions as much as possible. How’s that? That requires advanced skill, too! So, my trip to Aomori was amazing! I definitely want to go again! Actually, I’m going next month! I recommend everyone to go too! It may seem far, but it’s actually quite close! There are direct flights from Hyogo Prefecture and Kobe, and from Itami, so it might actually be easier to get to even where you live ! However, I heard that there are no direct flights from Fukuoka, so it may be difficult to get to Kyushu. If you’re in the Kansai or Kanto area, there are direct flights between Haneda, Itami, and Kobe, so please go and check it out! It was amazing! Oh! Oh, and the hot springs were amazing too! I forgot to mention the hot springs, they were really amazing! The Wi-Fi was pretty fast in many places, so I didn’t feel it was inconvenient at all. Nowadays, they’ve taken measures against snow, cars normally have studless tires, and even if you can’t drive, there are buses, shared taxis, and various other systems in place, so it’s not an inconvenience at all! In fact, I enjoyed it! It was amazing! I was eating 551 meat buns right in front of everyone, and they were watching me, but I didn’t let it bother me! Thank you! A limited release of the story behind this video! Check the description for more details! The backpacks that everyone wears when traveling . Do you use it? I’m wearing this right now, so take a look. At first glance, it doesn’t look like it has much in it, but it actually has a ton of stuff in it. My wallet’s in here, and I also need business cards, passport, and earphones. If I suddenly feel like playing Switch, I have my Nintendo Switch . If I want to play against someone, I have another one in there. Even with all that stuff inside, it’s thin. And keys! You can put car keys, your wallet, and so on . You’re probably wondering how many wallets you can fit in there! There are also two pockets on the outside, so you can put things like disinfectant wipes, and you can even fit a water bottle in the back ! You might think that this alone can hold a lot, but I can even fit my laptop in the back ! With all this stuff, even if you’re traveling and you’re worried about going out to eat, wanting to turn on your Switch, or maybe even work, or getting thirsty, you can fit everything in there! You’re worried about being pickpocketed if you wear a backpack, so this is a wearable backpack. It’s an absolute must-have for travelers! Travel is an investment in yourself!
