12/12(火）から営業再開した愛知県常滑市の1００年続くうどん店「うどん三角庵」。11月中旬に交通事故で入院していた息子さんがようやく退院、1か月ぶりに店を再開した。待ちわびたファンが感動。左目の視力をほぼ失った店主の奮闘ぶりと母の思いに迫る。

母の鈴代さんは現在86歳、63年間店に立ち今は釜場を担当。
自家製の麺を初代から受けつがれた昔ながらの製法で作ったうどん・丼ものが長い間地元の人たちに愛されてきた名店だ。
うどんはもちろんだか、それ以上に人気なのがかつ丼。
地元産知多豚の切りロースを揚げてタレで煮込み、玉子は後がけするという初代から受け継がれてきた独自のスタイル。
一番人気はメガかつ丼！通常のかつ丼800円のカツ2倍、ご飯も2倍なのに価格は
なんと980円！
