Hello everyone. This is Tomo from Annex Sumi Channel. This time, we chose Tochigi Prefecture as our first trip as a family of four. The video for the first night of our three-day, two- night trip is at a lovely hotel in Nasu Highlands. This hotel has an area of 165,000 square meters and offers a wide range of facilities , including activities like tree trekking and putt-putt golf, a hands-on silver jewelry workshop, animal encounters, and in-room audio guided swimming . I’ve been looking forward to staying at this hotel, which promises a wonderful time for people of all ages. This channel aims to be helpful for those planning to stay or visit somewhere new . Updates aren’t frequent, but I’d appreciate your support by subscribing. We arrived after passing through the green tunnel. This is the hotel we’ll be staying at: Hotel Epinard Nas. Let’s go there . It’s on the left side of the building you can see now. You’re looking straight ahead, but it’s on this side. Oh, there’s a parking lot. As you can see, it’s quite spacious, so it can accommodate a large number of cars, which is reassuring . So, I left the parking lot and walked like this. I’ve sped it up a bit now, but it felt really nice to walk through this green arcade, or should I say green arcade . It was that time of year, so the greenery was quite lush , and it really felt like I was walking and soothing to the eyes. At first glance, it looks like it’s far from the parking lot, but it was a really pleasant stroll . At Epinar, you can do all sorts of things, play, and spend your time. It says “kouma,” right? This is putt-putt golf. This is a Segway. I’ve never tried it , but there were some kids playing on the morning of the second day and it looked like they were having fun. You can also rent bicycles and go for a ride. The entrance looks like this. I went inside, and here, it’s like looking inside from the silver coin area, and there’s the wind forest, and it was really nice. It ‘s been a really hot time of year , so the sound of the breeze was soothing. On the left is the front desk, where you can check in and check out. Directly in front of you is the lobby, where you can wait for check-in and other things . Looking further back, there are tall windows offering a great view . It almost feels like you’re looking at it from the other side. There are also various activities here, like renting slides and striders. You can change your Mayuri ticket here to the Teddy Bear Museum and other things, and you can buy Mari tickets at a discount . Starting from the front desk, if you turn left, you ‘ll see a bakery. I think it’s Komorebi Table Bakery. I’ll introduce this later. Looking to the right, you ‘ll see a passageway. Going straight this way will take you to the Annex Tower, the large bath, and the pool area. Let’s get started . This is the Bakery area, and on the left, you can see where they make the items. Apparently, you can buy the paintings on both sides . The left side is a game center, and the right side is a massage parlor, I think. Going further, there ‘s a pool on the right, but we weren’t allowed to take photos of the pool from here, so we decided to avoid it and go through here. Going through, there’s an elevator on the left that takes you to the top of the Annex Tower where we’re staying . Going this way, the area ahead on the left is above the public bath, and there’s a staircase on the right. Going down, you’ll find the pool. This is where we’re looking back. Looking all the way to the right, there’s an elevator over there, which takes us to our guest rooms in the Annex Tower. We’ve taken the elevator 11 times. Our room this time is called the Shinkizuna Suite Room. I’m excited to be in a room with a mountain and river view, so I’m heading there. My room is 3110. It looks like I’m looking toward the front door from inside. Let’s walk inside. I’m feeling excited as I walk in. I see an open space. Around the bed is a sofa and a TV, and if I go around a bit further, I’ll find the Japanese-style room. It’s a spacious room . The curtains are closed, so please open them, little staff member. You can clearly see the forest. It’s a nice view. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t great, so I couldn’t see the mountain ahead, so I’ve included a photo of what it should have looked like. Now, please, staff member, take another photo. This room also has a nice view. I’d like to take another look at the room. The tatami mats are in a flowing, round shape. The room itself is quite spacious, measuring 70m . It can accommodate six to eight people . There was a long table and a USB port at the head of the bed. The bottles you see now are made for 4th, 7th, 10th, and 12th increments, and there are machines for using them when you go there. Now, I’d like to take a look inside the refrigerator . The contents are shells. The ones for yukata are over here. There were also lots of moons. I was really happy about that. And , I came here to enjoy this projector. Here, you can project YouTube videos onto the wall . It’s showing videos of my time in Hong Kong. That was really fun. It was exciting to be able to see them on such a large screen. Regarding the bathroom, here is the sink, toilet, and bathroom. The sink here has two bowls, which is great. I didn’t really use the bathtub, but I did use it to wash the baby. The bed is fingerprint-resistant. Since I was able to use it for the photo shoot, I thought I’d lie down for a bit, and asked, ” How about your first trip?” Really? Smiling. From here on, it’s a Kannai production. This place has a quiz for kids. There are about 10 questions scattered around, and you have to find and answer them. Well, I got there right away, and this was at night, but I solved them little by little. The next day, when I checked out , Mr. 70 from the Epinar Detective Agency offered me a prize, and I’m choosing one now. It was so much fun. Oh, if you swish this around, maybe it’ll have a swish. I ‘ll think about it a bit more. From here on is the game center, and it was quite popular at night . It’s pretty spacious, isn’t it? I’d like to take a look inside. There’s a door up ahead, right? Going straight leads to the elevator hall, or the area where we use it. Now, I’d like to introduce the souvenir shop. As usual, I won’t show you everything, but please take a look. The souvenir shop is also spacious. Well, when I was watching the video of the Epinar Detective Agency, it was introduced there too. But I do put diapers on my baby. Actually, I forgot my clothes in the car this time, but I was able to buy some here . It’s really convenient to have something like that. I think it’s really family-friendly, especially for those with small children, so they can come here with peace of mind . I’d like to introduce the small table in the bakery. There’s an eat-in area inside, so you can relax and enjoy your meal. There are so many delicious-looking items lined up. They all looked really good, but this is what we bought this time. Now, I’d like to introduce the pool. It’s on the opposite side of the large bath. If you look to the right, you’ll see the entrance. There are helpers in the men’s and women’s rooms, so it creates a nice atmosphere. It’s also nice to know that there are people there who are interested. It’s quite reassuring. Next, I’d like to introduce dinner. We had dinner and breakfast at a venue called Barge. Here, you can lay your baby down and rock them . The dining area is also quite spacious. I entered from the back of where I’m currently standing. The inside looks like this, so let’s take a look around. This is where the food is, but if you look to the right, you’ll see the live kitchen. And then, there’s another room at the back, which serves Japanese food, and there are tables and other things you can eat there too. So, how do you like this sushi? The color of the tuna , isn’t it a great contrast? It’s amazing, isn’t it? And, I was really happy to get to try the scallops too. The kids’ buffet had a wide selection of kids’ favorites, and I thought they’d have a blast. There’s also a wide variety of baby foods. Here’s the food I brought. What do you think? They look delicious, don’t they? I brought four scallops this time. I’ve eaten about 10 in total. This is the dinner menu, but I’m not the type to do anything wrong . I forgot to take the tempura. Oh, churrasco. This looks delicious, doesn’t it? เฮ Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. In the evening, a concert called Forest Hearty Party is held from 9pm. Every day, different people play and sing, and this time it was a soprano singer named Shirata Kyoko, who sang a truly beautiful song. Alcoholic cocktails, non- alcoholic drinks, and soft drinks were served, and I had a wonderful time. After the Forest Hearty Party concert, I went outside. The sounds of the insects really did feel like summer. Maybe bell crickets? Bell crickets. Yeah . Bell crickets. Oh, bell crickets. Yeah. They were making a fuss. Plants were coming out. Plants. Leaves. Some kind of leaves were sticking out. I was surprised. Oh, it’s really beautiful. Even around here. What’s that? It’s lit up and beautiful. Lit up. So, those pajamas over there. Are you sure it’s okay to wear your pajamas? Pajamas. Yeah. These are fine. They look pretty with the light on them like this. Yeah. It’d be scary if they were there, so I turned them back. Also, this area is really pretty. Yeah. I like it when it’s not too bright. Oh, there’s some sticky stuff. A little wind might get in. Now, I’d like to look back on today. I arrived at the airport today, and there were already a lot of cars parked in the parking lot. There are so many things to do here, like experience building and petting animals , so even if you come early, you won’t get bored. You can have so much fun like that , so I think that people like that were already there. So, come in, and you can check in first . You can check in, but you can’t go into your room. So, on the way to our room , I played with my daughter in the pool. My wife and I, the baby, wanted to watch from outside, but we had fun in the pool. There wasn’t a slide or anything, but I guess kids really enjoy being in the water . They were just splashing around there with smiles on their faces. And , once we got to the room, the view was just amazing. It was a forest. A forest. A forest. The weather’s a little bad for the mountains in the distance , so we can’t see them yet, but they’re supposed to be nice tomorrow, so we’re looking forward to that. But even though we can’t see them, this place is like a carpet of forest, and the green is just amazing. It’s so easy on the eyes, it feels like if your eyesight improved. This place is really great. Now, for dinner, we went to a place called Elbergen, and I absolutely loved the buffet there. It was delicious. I ‘ve seen a lot of videos about delicious food, but I thought the reviews were pretty good for this place. The ramen was also delicious. The special soy sauce was really good. And the sushi. I really love shellfish, not squid. I love the texture. They have all-you-can- eat shellfish, which was amazing. The char siu with char siu was also really good, and I don’t usually eat churrasco, so it was really tasty. My wife also said the vegetables were delicious. I thought the food here was really high quality overall, and they also had a kids’ buffet, and they had all the things kids love, so I thought it must have been fun choosing . Anyway, it was delicious. Plus, with all that milk-rich color and stuff, I think it was the perfect buffet for families. Also, above the large bath, I went straight to the open-air bath, and the moment I stepped in, I was instantly transported to a hot spring. It was a really squeaky, squeaky, squishy hot spring, and it felt like it was a hot spring, but it was also squeaky, and it felt like it was doing something. No matter how you looked at it, no matter how much you touched it, you could tell it was a real hot spring, which was really great. The lighting above the large bath was warm-colored, and it really made me feel like I was in a hot spring in the forest, and the sound really warmed my soul . It was really good. And, at the washing area in the large bath, there was this thing called a hyaluronic acid face rub, which was like a collage, and it was really good. I definitely recommend giving it a try. So, this time, the first thing I thought when I came in was that I tend to spend a lot of time at the front desk taking videos and stuff, but there are a lot of staff members who are just constantly running around in circles. And what is this, if you ask me, it’s a perfect example of hospitality. They’re looking for someone who is in trouble. Or there are people who are constantly running around so that people in trouble can talk to them right away. I’m really grateful for people like this. The reason is that, When you have a question, you usually go to the front desk . But the front desk staff are busy with check-in and other procedures, so it’s hard to resist the urge to ask . Having someone circling around like that makes it easier to ask questions. I was surprised at how high the hospitality was, especially when it came to inquiries . At dinner, the sushi area was replaced with rice balls. They make the rice balls and place them like this, and you can choose your own toppings . On the left, there are 20 kinds of medicinal water. It was delicious, wasn’t it? Now, let’s take a look at the area above the large bath. This is the rock climbing area. Inside, you can see the baby-friendly facilities, like this baby bed . And, as for this shelf, some have locks, while others don’t. What surprised me was this: the staff member even turned a chair over to clean the area. I was amazed . So meticulous. Oh, the hair dryer is a Dyson. I was looking at it and thinking it might be the same one we have. Let’s go inside. It ‘s basically just above the large bath. In the front, there’s the Hino-ki-Buro and the Jacuzzi, and then there’s the bath. Looking around, it’s really spacious, isn’t it? And to the right, there’s the wash area, and it looks like this. This time, I only photographed the women’s side, but it’s almost the same as the men’s side . So, please note that there is no switching between men’s and women’s areas . I came to the open-air bath. The atmosphere is really nice. At night, it ‘s lit up with warm colors, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. What did you think of the video of Hotel Epiduralus, the first night of our 200-day trip to Tochigi Prefecture ? The view of this green carpet from our room was truly captivating . I’ve seen ocean and lake views many times, but this green scenery was truly something else. The breakfast was also delicious. I upload many ramen videos on my sister channel, Itadaki Channel, so you can probably guess from that, I really love ramen. I always eat ramen if it’s available at a buffet, and the ramen at Epinal was absolutely delicious, both for dinner and breakfast. I definitely recommend trying it. The hot springs had a waterfall effect , which was transformed into the sound of a gushing river. It was truly soothing. The lights at night created a warm feeling , but the hot springs in the morning were also amazing, so I definitely recommend you try them in the morning . They have a Maggie-like thing they lend to babies at breakfast , but when I was about to return it after I finished eating, I couldn’t figure out how to unlock it. Then, while a staff member was clearing away other people’s dishes, he came over to me and said, “Don’t worry, we’ll bring it to you right away.” That made me really happy.
