I never talked about all this
Just want to wash her a little bit. I don’t know if I can do that here. Let’s see. Man, this is so futuristic like so.
– Yeah. Wow.
– It really is. – That’s amazing. That’s the motor. Man
– Yeah. – Wow. Do you have like a cloth? Like a..
– Uh.. Cool. Thank you, man. No. Really? You sure?
Uh, thank you, man. Thanks. So, yeah, I know you’re not supposed to wash your her with the pressure washer. What am I supposed to do, right? I don’t have a garage. I don’t have a
hose. So, I’ll be just very careful and use common sense. And there’s not really a lot of stuff exposed on this bike. Was different with Eve, you know, about the isolation fault error. I hope it’s not going to be a thing here. But yeah, let’s continue. Wild Atlantic Way. We’re going up north. Let’s do it. Yeah, no errors. That’s good. Cheers, man. And this dude let me do it for free. That was so cool. That would be nice if I also could have plugged in here, but uh this Circle K doesn’t have a charging station, so that sucks a bit. And there’s also no reception really. I can’t really find a charging station. I need I still have like 100 kilometer maybe. I’ll find something on the way for sure. Ah, there we go. This circle K has them. Can’t have it all. Can’t have a wash and charger. Okay, I’ll try. Don’t know how to activate them. I’ll figure it out. So, I just plotted out a route with Calimoto and I’ll just going to go up. It’s called Hornhead and there’s also a pass that I can check out. So, we’ll do that. You might be wondering where Candi is. Uh, she actually had to leave. She had to fly out to UK. Bye, Candi. So, I’m back on my own and I will explore a little bit more of the Wild Atlantic way. Let’s do it. Yeah, it stopped the process after like 20% for some reason. I had to start it again. I used a different app this time. I
think all in all I paid €6 now. And this is a Jaguar electric car. It is owned by the guy who actually develops them. I had a chat with him, but it’s like 5year-old technology here. It
takes about 2 hours to fully charge. I don’t know exactly how big the battery is, but looks pretty
cool. I think Teslas have the best charging. Yeah I have to always turn it off after charging. I really think that’s a bit annoying and I really hope they change that because you don’t want to turn it on and off again but they will, it’s just software. Same with the reverse gear. So yeah, I think Teslas have the best charging for cars the fastest. You can literally see them go up. Watch them. The percentage also Vee here. Not too bad for an electric bike. Put in 7 kilowatt hours. I reckon I must have like 12 or so in the tank now. So that will be good for 120 km or something or 150. Let’s see. Actually, Candi sent me a few points to check out when she was here last time. She said it was pretty amazing. Even though she had rain all the time. I have sun all day, every day. It’s insane. I can’t believe it. So, we’re doing pretty well here in Ireland. I love it. Let’s see what the day brings, guys. Wow. I must say guys, riding
through these villages here, people have beautiful houses. Really? It’s crazy. I love this thing so much. As soon as
you have a little bump in the road, it just pulls up and you go into the wildest wheelies Oh my god. And we’re still on the Atlantic Way. It’s pretty wild for me. And we’re going up to our first via point. I reckon it’s up that mountain there. Where do all these cars come from? Wow. Look. Beautiful houses everywhere. And the road’s partly nice. Partly kind of nice. I always wonder how is it that in some countries like the roads are always like hugely fully straight And then you have countries where they’re like bumpy as [ __ ] Like do they use different road methods or something like that? I don’t know. It’s not a bad view. This is a bit boring
without Candi. Everything alone is a little bit boring I feel like, riding is fine. I like I like that. But going these places Much better when you’re with somebody. I guess that’s what I learned on my last three years traveling. It’s the best when you’re with somebody. Beautiful. But yeah, I always get a little bit weird after traveling with somebody and then being back on my own. I think that’s just normal, right? No, I was super sad when Fernanda left. It’s just, you know, it’s just how it is. You know, you have to get used to being back on your own again oi yoi yoi might put it in beast mode now because the regen
is really strong with it. So that’s really good when you go downhill because you don’t need to use the brakes so much. Wow, what a view, eh? But yeah, anyway, I haven’t published the videos yet from when uh I left Thailand to Malaysia. I’m going to do that. It’s a bit weird now because I’m now basically in the present. those would be in the past. So, I have no idea how to publish them since you guys are getting upset when I publish old videos. So, I thought maybe I’ll just release them for my patreons or members of the channel uh so they at least know what happened after and especially what happened with Eve. So, let me know what the best thing to do would be. Should I just post them at some point on YouTube or would it be a good idea to just do that for the Patreons and for the members as a whole? Thank you. I think that would be nice actually. Next via point is about 60 kilometers. There’s a charger on the way that I would use I think. Oh, yeah. Wow. Oh, yeah. I have to be careful not to get too fast to be honest because it’s going downhill and with no noise you’re like at the 100 120, you don’t even know it. Okay, now I put it back in my custom mode. My custom mode is basically the same thing as the beast mode just that I put the regen on medium because it’s just a little bit smoother. I like that better. Okay, guys. So, you know a little bit about my modes. You know a little bit about my mood. Now, that’s also important. Uh yeah, I think this day is going to be a little bit more chill and woo! Wow. Like more than most cars.
– Yeah, it’s it’s insane. Wow. Oh, thank you for asking. Yeah, that this is the motor here. And then this this turns. This is the there are the magnets in here. There’s magnets
– Like a normal electric motor but inverted but no no brushless I guess. Whatever.
– Yeah. Just trying to get this to work
here. Said he has 1,000 newton meters of torque. Oh my god.
– More than most cars. It’s really interesting.
– What is it? What is it?- It’s an electric. The company is called Verge Motorcycles. Verge. Wow.
– Verge. V E R G E.
– So that’s from Finland. That’s like a motor.
– That is the motor. But it’s exposed it’s wow. Amazing.
– Thank you very much. Yeah. You’re welcome.
– Can I take a picture of this Yeah. Go ahead. Where have you come from?
– Well, I drove it from Switzerland And I’m doing like a tour yeah
– That’s amazing. Oh, you can charge from here. Yeah, I can use the fast charging. Oh, wow. Drive safe.
– Thank you. Authorized. What the.. How much?
– Yeah. – Like money? Yeah.
– 35,000 euros Really? I expect a lot more. More? Okay yeah. Cheers, mate. Thank you.
– How are you? – Hi. How are you doing? Yeah, you’re busy.
– Yeah. – Everybody’s obsessed with
your bike. Yeah. Happens everywhere. Explain to him what happens with the back. Well, that’s the motor of it.
– You must get this everywhere you go, do you? Yeah yeah everywhere.
– You’re used to it now. Just trying to get it
– trying to the get the transformer. Hello. Hello. Hello. Yeah, I just uh I’m sorry. I just need to get it to work. Sometimes these charging stations, they’re like So you have no noise
– huh? You have no noise.
– I have what? No no yeah yeah.
– No noise. No, no, no, no. Where have you come from? Istanbul Huh?
– Where have you come from? No. like I drove it from Switzerland.
– Switzerland This charger is just [ __ ] now. Yeah I’m not surprised. You’re in Dunlo What brings you to Dunlo? This charging station I just try to get it to to work. He said 250 km.
– Yeah. – Yeah, that’s cool. Yeah.
– How long are you staying in
Dunlo for? No, not long. I just just want to
– Get charged. – Just 15 minutes usually when it works. Take care.
– Thanks, man. Honestly, these ESB charging stations, they’re the most
unreliable really so far. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don’t. Then they don’t work
with that app, then you have to use another app. And this time it didn’t work with any
app. Yeah, that is a little bit frustrating. I don’t I don’t understand it really. I mean, what can be so difficult? And to be honest, this is also the reason why everybody hates
electric vehicles because of this [ __ ] Not because of the cars or the motorbikes, because of these shitty charging stations and the situation in general. You just can’t do this. Imagine going to a gas station and you don’t know if you can get gas or not. This just sucks. You know, who wants that? Nobody. So, you kind of have to make sure these things work. It can’t
be so hard. And yeah, no cashless, of course, sucks the most. But there’s another one here, just at the car park. Uh, this is just a bit frustrating really. It was a cool spot actually. Let’s just hope this one works. Can already see it. Will probably also be ESB. No E power. Okay. Well, let’s see how they work. I have the app. It should be no problem. So, I don’t think I ever really talked about it, but I’ve been touring long before I started touring on the motorcycle. I’ve basically been a musician all my life. Uh, I’ve been touring with rock bands, pop bands, like all sorts, basically out of school and on the road. So, that has always kind of been my life. I always say it’s like the circus life. Um, but the difference was I was never really alone. Like I was always, you know, with my band, with the crew, with, you know, like you you meeting fans every night and, you know, having a good time, sleeping in tour buses, you know, and just it is just so much different than to what I do now being alone every day. So that’s why I guess like every time I have the chance to travel with somebody, I’ll take it and it’s just nice to share
everything what happens during the day with somebody else. It’s just cool. So yeah, don’t get me wrong, I like this whole solo traveling on the motorbike. It’s really cool. I’m used to it now after 3 years. I actually started the world journey with my ex-girlfriend. I think most of you know that. But yeah, sometimes it’s tough. It gets lonely very quick. I think that’s why I like working so much, like filming, writing, and then editing the whole night and then do the same thing the next day again. So yeah, um that keeps me just busy and gives me some sort of purpose and it’s good for you guys so you can come along. This is just a little backstory. Now you know me a little bit better. Some of you knew already. I’m just finishing up
here and then I’ll be back on the road. 97% 6 kilowatt hours. Turn it off. It’s so heavy. Crazy. So yeah, that was 24 minutes. With my old bike, it would have taken me an hour for the same charging. So yeah, that’s quite cool. Yeah, this one worked. E- power. They’re more reliable than the other ones. Okay, it’s going to be my last ride on the Wild Atlantic Way, I think, before I go to Northern Island And then I want to go to the Isle of man. I can’t wait. This is so creepy here this graveyard right in the center of the town. Okay okay. I feel like being on a different planet again. So cool. You go from these towns to absolutely nothing. That’s so awesome. I just saw the most awesome abandoned church. I don’t think I’ll ever get sick of these old buildings here. It’s so cool. People walk right up this mountain. Okay. Well, I’m not going to do that for sure. We are biking. Wow. I think my last stop for today will be Hornhead. It’s called Little bit of a bumpy road. Yeah, we can drive up until the end.
Yeah, it’s going to be my last stop on the Wild Atlantic Way. I think
it’s a good way to finish this off. These things are dangerous when
it’s wet. You’re all right. Yeah, you’re all right. Wow. I’m glad I came here to Ireland again. I feel like I saw it again in a way different way than last time. Also, I had to cut it short because of, you know, the issues with my battery of the old bike. Had to go to Dublin. And now I can experience it again and soak in all these views. I found a cool Airbnb in Letterkenny, I think it’s called. I already booked it. Host sounds lovely. Hopefully, I can plug in. That would be amazing. What a day again. Ireland pretty wild. Okay, so just in case you wanted to
know how I put my luggage on there. So I just put these straps here and inside uh Just have to open it with this button. Yeah. So, yeah, I have a switch here. So, just put them straps here And those just mounted there. Yeah,
this one. It’s just for safety. I can put them I can put that also in here. Like so. This is how I mount my little bag. Easy. Yeah. Can you just park or Do you have your..
– I have I have a lead and everything. Oh yeah. Perfect. Thank you so much. It’s a pretty lovely Airbnb again. I’m really happy. The host super friendly and I can even park Vee in the shed and plug her in overnight. This which is like super amazing. So, I’m happy. I might go to the pub now, have something to eat. I’ll see you guys in the next video. Don’t forget to subscribe And I’ll be on my way to the Isle
of man racing around the island a little bit on Vee. That’s going to be fun for sure. No speed limit. Before I forget again, I just wanted to end ride now. Wanted to show you guys the route. Well, that was today’s route. So, what we did today, but also I can just show you everything
basically. Yeah. Brilliant. Submit. Okay. So.. Ah why didn’t it save this bit? That’s odd. Ah what did I do? Yeah, but we basically also drove here and then candi left here and there. Oh, that’s a bummer. What did I do? Completed ride. No, missing one ride [ __ ] I must have forgotten to save it. Passed my charger.
I never really talked about this part of my life. Not in a full way. Maybe because I didn’t think it mattered anymore. But today, somewhere in the north of Ireland, pressure-washing my bike behind a Circle K, talking to strangers about electric motors and torque and apps that don’t work, it just kind of came back. That old life.
Long before motorcycles, before cameras and edits and thumbnails, I was touring. As a musician. Living out of tour buses, playing in bands, sleeping in backstage rooms and meeting people every single night. That was my life. Always on the move, but never really alone. And now, here I am, three years into riding around the world, and every now and then it hits different. When someone leaves — like Candy did just now — it shifts again. Solo travel sounds romantic until you’re standing on a mountain, looking out, and there’s no one next to you to go “wow” with. That’s when I feel it the most.
Still, I wouldn’t trade this. I love this electric beast of a bike. I love that it makes people stop and ask questions. I love that I can ride 150km in silence and only hear my thoughts. Some of them loud. Some quiet. I love discovering places like Horn Head where the wind basically becomes your soundtrack. And I love that you’re here too — watching, listening, riding along. Maybe that’s the reason I keep doing this.
Anyway, it’s my last stretch on the Wild Atlantic Way. Soon I’ll be heading for Northern Ireland and then over to the Isle of Man, which I’ve dreamed of for years. For now, I found the perfect little Airbnb in Letterkenny. V is plugged in. I might head to the pub for a pint and sit quietly for a bit.
Ps. What should I do about the Asia videos?
Thanks for being here. Really.
See you in the next one.

Marc- rather than feeling that the only solution is to publish a series of videos perhaps a video explaining what happened and why may bring the appropriate closure – Just a thought. Grant
Hey marc who was your ex on this 5 year road trip.. You should get back with her and enjoy it.. grow old together!! there is only one life. Cheers mate
Loving the videos, I started watching because I am doing a motorcycle tour through China and you were riding through there. I am listening to the Bru time podcast with you it is really good learning your back story
Please post videos on youtube, i want to know what happened in Thailand and with Eve? there's a big gap in the timeline now.
Great last episode from 'Da West' good luck on you journey. It was good hear about your thoughts on your life journey. Release those waiting episodes please.
Really wanted to know about our Queen Eve.. please!
Great vlog mate. Appreciate your raw honesty and totally understand. Re asia, pleeeeeeeeeeeeze just post them all, showing right to when you picked up the new bike in Finland. Don't restrict it to only a few. I have watched every episode of your epic journey to date and would be really upset if didn't get to see the rest of asia. Please just post them. People don't have to watch them if they chose, however, there are thousands of us out here who are hanging out for them. 🤘
Post them on you tube bit strange out of sequence but most everybody wo attended ABR is in same situation. Noraly, Nick Sanders, Adam Reimann others
I think that anyone would be super sad after she left…… 😁😁👍👍
Good vid Marcus. I know all about the loneliness and the missing people feeling weird when you go back on your own. I've motorcycled for over fifty years and I worked 41 states in USA for 30 years doing my job. I saw the most incredible places most all the time alone. At times it was a very empty feeling, feelings of guilt of not sharing it. Then you would make friends and it would be wonderful then time to leave, rock fing bottom emotionally. Then you realize how lucky you are and how most everyone thinks you have the greatest life. All true to a point but they don't understand the ups and downs of emotion one goes through traveling. You meet people but it means nothing. There is no bond. Then when there is you know it won't last. It's been a great life. Most all my RTW fiends I know personally go through the same thing. I've tried to share it with my daughter and grandson of late. Some people don't have that desire.. I have a real bad case of rabbits feet. I like to keep moving. You have it as well. I still travel. I have across country to do in three weeks. Nick Sanders is a friend. He can tell you about life on the road, alone. He does tours as well. That helps having paid guests ride along and share the experience. Nice when people pay you to be a friend. I do the same occasionally. All good
No fun belng alone with nobody share the memories
Would love to see the rest of the round the world trip Marc. Just a thought, you could maybe post the date of the video at the beginning of the vid to stop those people who like to complain. Another idea, if you didn't want to post them all, would be to do a long video summarising the key events of the trip. Either way would be cool. It was such a massive adventure, it deserves to be seen- just my opinion. Cheers
The thing is if u don't have an option than presherd water Move your hand fast from right to left or up to down so it doesn't pressure water in one place and it is doesn't harm that much
17:52 yeah marc thats's it .I really wanted to see that place big fan of ISLE OF MAN TT🫡
Of course I like to see the "asian" Videos. And I really want to know what's about EVE. She's like a companion (not to say friend) whose fate we would like to share.
1) We are with you bro 🤗
When you find a good network, lets do a live stream while riding. It will be interesting and you will see how people are with you Live. 🥹
2) Its a different country with different app coding and securities. So that might be the issue. The company will release updates that will expand the compatibility 😊
3) What? Come on 😮 . You got to sing in the vlogs 😎 We would love to hear.
Please just post them. I don't believe that you should worry about what others think. I really enjoy watching your videos. I'm really living through you in these videos wishing that I can do this as well.
Post them on youtube!!
Release all your videos PLEASE. I'd love to know all. Been watching since 2020 and all the pre Eve days.
Let me know what happened to Eve, otherwise I'll leave. I'm thinking if you want members etc only piss off.
Good stuff Marc as always. Please update us about eve. I often contribute to your work.
All the nice people please posting, been watching from day 1 now seems threatening if you not a paid watcher. Goodbye. I did feel invested, until this vid.
What happened with Candi ? Did not see you say goodbye. Where did she go ?
Please post the Thailand and Malaysia videos here on youtube for everyone and if you want then you can post it in one go like 1 day each video. I think we all are early waiting as we have a lot of unanswered question from it like few mentioned below.
1. What happened with EVE ? did you sold her or something
2. What will happen to your southeast journey to New Zealand ?
3. i love your new bike. Did you got a sponsorship with this bike with this company ? like as in Zero motorcycle didn't sponsored you but this new bike got sponsored ? if not then how much did it cost you ?
4. I see you are not travelling with your whole two bags of gear on this bike like you used to on EVE when you were travelling in Asia. So have you changed your whole backpack ?
It is a good idea to put out the "older" unreleased Videos for your Patreons and members but please at least let us know what happened with EVE 🥹🙏🥲 So it's an even better idea to release them to us all. I myself ride a Zero SRF from 2022, so every single video from your adventoures with EVE is so appreciated! 🫶
Post the vids Marc. I want to know what happened with Eve. I'm sure most people don't care if they are a few months old. Ignore the ones giving you a hard time for it.
I like that, an open story of your life
Post them on here mate. I'm one of the OG Patreons so would see it anyway if you just let us see them but I think the wider audience are interested it in what happened 👍
Old videos must be posted on YouTube channel with a written statement regarding their time dates and details regarding their origin.
Its a suggestion.
Thanks
Please post them for everyone, can't wait to see them. I would be totally honest I just can't afford any membership and you got me in to motorbikes love your posts
Definitely post them ,I don't care that it's the past .
Please take care on the island of man fast roads😊
Hi Mark. I would love to see what happened to Eve. I hope you publish those videos here on YouTube
Chin up mate ,you'll soon find your mojo
Little bit naughty implying subscribers could potentially have to pay to learn what happened to the Zero – put the information out there, it's simply an opinion but you'll get more revenue from the open videos than you would by making them available only to a (relative) few.
Love you’re honest views and feelings Marc , feel grateful you take us onboard you’re travels and explain youre emotions which are completely understandable.
Io che ti seguo solo da un anno sono curioso anche dei video che non hai condiviso quando sei ritornato in Europa, quindi resto in attesa..p.s.posso sapere la coppia Nm della tua nuova moto
Just post on YouTube. I watch every post so you have to😁👍😁
Just put them on you tube
Would love to see them
Pls Mark post videos for everyone, even if it’s already past! We all want to know what happened to EVE 😉
