time watching! Let’s dive into today’s story! As dawn broke over the mountainous countryside,
the first rays of sunlight filtered through the treetops, casting a gentle golden glow over the
thatched house of the farmer Adam. De woke early, sitting by the bamboo bed where Adam rested, his
eyes gleaming with determination. The snakebite had weakened Adam, but a kind smile still
graced his lips. De tied his hair neatly, donned an old straw hat, cleared his throat,
and spoke in a warm, steady voice: “Adam, today I want to visit the police station to
ask for help finding my lost motorcycle. That green Wave is my hope to continue searching
for Huyen and Maya.” He clenched his fists, his sincere gaze seeming to
convey his gratitude and purpose. Adam sat up, propping himself on the bed, his face
bright despite its pallor. “Go ahead, De. I know that bike means a lot to you,” he encouraged,
pointing toward the door with a clear voice: “The police station is at the end of the village
pass the cornfield and turn left, and you’ll see it. The path is easy; just be careful.” De nodded,
his eyes shining with appreciation. He stood, patting Adam’s shoulder lightly: “I’ll be
back soon. Rest well, okay?” Adam smiled, waving him off: “Don’t worry, I’m getting better.
Take care of your business.” De stepped outside, his heart swelling with hope, each step
a silent promise to Huyen and Maya. The path to the police station wound through
small stones, flanked by lush cornfields and misty hills. De walked, his straw hat shielding
him from the sun, his hands swinging, his eyes following the sparkling stream beside the road. He
recalled the day he lost his green Wave motorcycle when he stopped to rest by a streamside rock,
eating a dry piece of bread, lost in thoughts of Huyen. The bike, with the license plate
59X1-12345, had been left by the roadside when two men suddenly took it. De had chased after
them, shouting, but they sped off, leaving him with regret. “I must find that bike to continue my
journey,” De resolved, his steps growing steadier. The police station was a modest single-story
house with whitewashed walls and a red tiled roof, tucked humbly at the village’s end. De entered,
removing his straw hat and bowing politely. A young policeman, around thirty, with a kind
face, stood up from his desk, smiling warmly: “Hello! Come in what can I do for you?” De
smiled, his tone respectful: “Good morning, sir. I’m De, and I’m here to ask for help finding
my lost motorcycle.” The officer nodded, gesturing to a wooden chair: “Please sit and tell me the
details. I’m Hung you can call me Brother Hung.” De sat, placing his hat on his lap, his sincere
eyes reflecting gratitude for Hung’s enthusiasm. Hung took out a notebook and pen, his voice calm:
“Where was the bike stolen? When did it happen? What are its features?” De took a deep breath,
responding clearly: “It was taken near the stream, about two kilometers from the village market.
It was midday, about a month ago. I stopped to rest on a rock, eating bread, and left my green
Wave motorcycle by the road. The license plate is 59X1-12345. It has a long scratch on the front
fender, a faded red sticker on the fuel tank, and a torn seat patched with black tape.”
He spoke slowly, gesturing with his hands, his eyes alight with hope. He continued, his
voice catching: “While I rested, two men came, took the bike, and rode off. I chased them,
shouting, but couldn’t catch up. I hope you can help me find it it’s my way to search
for Huyen and her daughter, the ones I love.” Hung jotted down notes carefully, his focus
intense but tinged with empathy. He looked up, his voice deep: “I see, De. About those two
men do you recall any details? Height, build, or anything distinctive?” De scratched his
head, thinking, tapping his thigh lightly: “I only remember they were tall and thin,
wearing dark clothes. They took the bike so fast I couldn’t see their faces.” Hung nodded,
adding to his notes, his tone reassuring: “I know this might be tough, but we’ll do
our best. The local police have a network and will check areas around the village and
black markets. Don’t worry if there’s news, I’ll let you know right away.”
He smiled, patting De’s shoulder: “Head back and take care of yourself. Finding
Huyen is a good thing I believe you’ll succeed.” De stood, his eyes shining with gratitude,
bowing: “Thank you so much, Brother Hung. I’m deeply grateful for your help.” He
grasped Hung’s hand, his voice sincere: “I’ll wait for your news.” Hung smiled,
escorting De to the door: “Don’t worry, De. Live well everything will work out.” De put
on his straw hat, stepping out of the station, his heart lighter. Hung’s warmth and kindness were
like a cool breeze, easing some of his worries. On the way back, De walked slowly, his gaze
following the distant hills. The mountain breeze carried the scent of wild grass and earth.
He thought of Huyen, her hair tied high, her gentle smile, and Maya, with her clear laughter.
“Huyen, Maya, wait for me,” he whispered, touching the small photo in his pocket. Though the bike was
still missing, De resolved to keep working hard, help Adam recover, and never stop searching
for Huyen. His love for her was the flame in his heart, the reason he overcame every challenge.
“My goal is only Huyen and Maya,” he told himself, his steps growing firm, as if the path ahead
was leading him closer to his loved ones. Back at the thatched house, the sky remained
clear, with white clouds drifting lazily. De entered to find Adam sitting on the bed, his
face rosier, his eyes brightening: “De, you’re back! Any news?” De smiled, setting his hat down,
recounting his meeting with Hung with optimism: “Yes, Brother Hung was very kind he promised to
look for my bike. Now I’ll focus on getting you well, then continue searching for
Huyen.” Adam patted De’s shoulder, his voice emotional: “You’re a good
person, De. I believe you’ll find them.” De went to the kitchen, lit the firewood, the
crackling flames illuminating the house. He took the pork bought the previous day, sliced
it thinly, and stir fried it with green onions, the aroma spreading. He cooked rural
rice and boiled some water spinach, then ladled out a steaming bowl of pumpkin soup.
The simple meal white rice, stir fried meat, boiled vegetables, and soup was laid on
a bamboo mat, brimming with affection. De served Adam a piece of meat, laughing: “Eat a
lot, so you get strong like an ox!” Adam chuckled, serving De some vegetables: “You eat too don’t
just worry about me.” The two chatted lively, their laughter filling the humble thatched
house, blending with the mountain breeze. The meal unfolded in a peaceful atmosphere,
like a rustic painting. The dancing firelight illuminated the radiant faces of
Adam and De. Adam ate heartily, his health visibly improving, filling
De with joy. Each spoonful, each word, was proof of the bond between the two men one
who saved De in hardship, the other who cared to repay that kindness. De looked at Adam,
thinking of Huyen and Maya, silently vowing: “I won’t give up. The bike, Huyen, Maya
I’ll find them all.” Outside, the full moon peeked out, casting light over the mountainous
countryside, kindling hope for De’s journey. The story of De in today’s video offers a valuable
lesson in perseverance and loyalty, while also reminding us to be more careful with our personal
belongings. De lost his green Wave motorcycle because he left it unattended by the roadside,
making his journey to find Huyen and Maya even more challenging. Always remember to lock your
vehicle securely and park it in a safe place to avoid unfortunate losses, just as we protect
the precious things in our lives. The kindness of Officer Hung and Adam’s friendship ignite hope for
De, while also rekindling our faith in humanity. What have you learned from today’s video? Please
