Well, it’s 5:00 a.m. Slept in the hammock. It’s actually more comfortable than I imagined. Wasn’t cold. And um now on my way back to the port to get um now on my way back to the port to get the ferry to harbor. There he goes. Incredible. This big ship just comes to this tiny tiny dock. Tiny tiny tiny dock. Where to go? It’s the got That’s got to be the tiniest dock I have ever been to. There goes the boat. I was on that 5 minutes ago. at the airport, which is even more incredibly runway. even the gravel’s clean here. from here. Is that plane going to take off over here? Here it island. There you go. Now, the oil becomes electricity. If you think about it, why do we need this enormous great thing? If you if everyone had solar power here, you could get rid of this eyesore completely. No point in it at all. We have the first No point in it at all. We have the first bit of wildlife. Already found a hut. It’s right next to the port. Look at that campsite. Oh, look at it. No, it’s not a campsite. Oh, look at it. No, it’s not a campsite. It’s golf. Ah, I thought that was a tent over there, but it’s not. It’s crazy golf. Barry, I could see these white things. I thought that was the beach, but no. Anyway, there’s the beach. So, even the horrible concrete has been made to look nice around here. Well, the main town doesn’t seem to be anything open except flower shops. Little squems to be a meat eat meat heaven. Okay. So, lots of roads going down to beaches down there. Okay. Wow, look at this. This is a pretty nice little Wow. That is nice. White sand No, it’s not a black rabbit. It’s a black cat. Seaside cafe closed. It’s up there. I could do with a toilet. Let’s go and see what’s up here. views of the seaw. And this goes back to where that Bungalows. Here we go. Better bring your wife here, David. Looks like it’s under construction or something, doesn’t it? What a shame. Brilliant riding over this crap, man. spot. Right. Should sit here, have my beer, my sweet bread. none of this. None of this would be half as much this. None of this would be half as much fun without my bike, right? place about that. There’s the beach I was sitting on. This is wild. It’s so different. So different to Kyoto. It’s wild. Starting to rain just a tiny bit. Weird volcanic everywhere. Definitely off season, isn’t it? That’s for sure. But it’s very very different atmosphere in the summer whenever on season is. I don’t know why the on season isn’t is. I don’t know why the on season isn’t now cuz the whole of Japan is freezing miserable. And this place is actually it’s pretty nice. Could this be could this be my spot? Oh my god. Perfect little spot to hang out in it. Wow. Could not be a better camping spot if I had a way. Wow. This is beautiful here. Absolutely beautiful. Well, got to say this is probably one of the best camping spots I’ve ever discovered. And it is fantastic. Just look at it. Doesn’t get much better than [Music] Heat. Heat. I tell you, this island is uh it’s got a fair few nice sights. There’s plenty of uh plenty of hats Oh my god. Where are we going? here. Wow. Wow. Look at that. My god. This is incredible. this Uh-oh. Looks like that’s it. It’s as far as you get behind. It’s going to look even better I’m guessing we’ve got a hermit crab. No, look at that. Oh, yes, it is a crab. No, look at that. Oh, yes, it is a hermit crab. What a beauty. Wow, what a view from up here. Incredible. god, that is something else. The Great Wall of Yuron. You can see pretty much all the island from up here except that bit over there. And it is incredible up here. That is so steeped. Wow. That is one hell of a parking job that they’ve got there. Look at that. This place is tiny. I mean, this dock that just goes to the end there. I mean, it’s not much bigger than this this boat. It’s amazing. Be a good good captain to sail that They got to do it quick as well. They can’t mess around, you know. They’ve just got short time to get everything on and off before it goes on to the next and off before it goes on to the next place.
