【車中食堂とりあえずビール】令和6年能登半島地震を振り返りこれからを語る / 中川生馬 | TeamSEEKなかむら
Thank you very much for the two days. Thank you very much. The owner, Mr. Ikuma, runs a country backpacker house in Anamizu on the Noto Peninsula . thank you. This time, the earthquake was also very serious, and you weren’t actually there at the time of the earthquake. Yes, That’s right. It’s been over 10 years since I moved to Noto, but since I’m originally from Kamakura, I always go back to Kamakura during the year-end and New Year holidays. My family of four went back there, and at that time, on January 1st, I was always in the countryside, so I wanted to take my kids to the city, or on that day, go to the shopping district over there, and have a little experience there. Tande. It’s really near the JR station, the nearest station. My phone’s disaster alert settings weren’t the best, so my phone started buzzing, and people around me were looking at me like I was wondering what the hell was going on. When I looked at Anamizu, the alert for the entire Noto area was going off, and I guess it was the usual 300 or 400 times in the past 3 years . I was wondering if it was something, but as I was watching it, it started making a lot of noise, and when I went to the station, Kamakura Station, the station was also shaking a bit. I thought to myself, “This is no good,” so I watched from the station for a while to see what the situation was like. Then, tsunami warnings and other things started going off. It was a seismic intensity of 6 or something like that. I was surprised. After all, the place they moved to is Iwaguruma, and here in Kawajiri, where there is a rural backpacker house, there are many local people from all over Noto, but I was really worried about whether everyone would be okay. But I was already in a state of mind where I couldn’t even stand up. The first thing I did was go back to my parents’ house and turn on the TV. Then I realized that the situation was dire. I was like, what should I do? Even if I am in Kamakura after that, is it okay to stay here? Things like that are amazing. I just wanted to go back right away. However, the road conditions were already getting really bad. Even if I go back now, there are many things I can’t go back to. It seemed very complicated. I had already decided that I would have to wait a while and come back after one more day. 2nd day Well, even 2nd day I was just looking at what was going on. On the 3rd of January, I felt like I couldn’t stay here any longer, I couldn’t stay in Kamakura. On the 3rd, I went shopping all morning. It’s just supplies for now. I bought various things like cup noodles and retort pouches. Water and work gloves. Buy everything. I went there because I was using a Hiace campervan where I could sleep in the car. with the driver’s seat in the back. Everything except the driver’s seat is packed with food and other supplies. I probably bought about 100,150,000 yen at the supermarket. After that, I contacted Carstay, where I do public relations. I’ve already decided to go back, so I guess everyone has a portable battery for sleeping in the car. yes. So, can’t everyone borrow a portable battery? So, I’m asking for everyone’s support. From Kanagawa, I first went to Tokyo, and Nose-san also provided me with batteries. We went to Sagamihara, and there were about 7 or 8 large batteries, and everyone gathered there all at once for just one day. So I told them, “Please take this with me,” like Starlink. I was really confused about where to put the battery. I had already packed a lot of stuff. I also thought I’d have to sleep somewhere on the way home, so I didn’t have that much sleeping space anymore, so I packed up all my supplies. It was around 12 o’clock in the morning, and we actually left Kanagawa in the middle of the night. I got everything. So I ran all the way to Ishikawa Prefecture, night after night. Well, when we arrived at the backpacker house in the countryside, the daycare center and elementary school that my daughters attend in various places were also evacuation centers. There were various issues such as supplies not arriving yet. We also delivered a small amount of supplies there, although it may have been a small amount, and things like portable batteries to some places. So, I arrived at the country backpacker house around 4 o’clock in the evening. Did you see the country backpack house after going over there earlier? Ah, that’s right, that’s right. yes. At the time , the second floor of the Rural Backpacker House was a shared house, so my boyfriend walked 10km from the city to come here and take photos. This is not a livable condition. The roads were also rough. That was the situation. When I arrived here, the first thing I noticed was that the entrance door was completely empty. It feels like the door is already falling down. There were also sliding doors, or should I say glass sliding doors, and cupboards around here, but they had all fallen over and the glass was broken. There was a chest of drawers in that room, but all of the chests had fallen over. Almost all the sliding doors had fallen down. There are no sliding doors anymore. It was completely torn. To be honest, I didn’t really notice the pillars at the time. The pillars around here have also shifted. This pillar on the side, I forget what to say, but it’s also shifted. And I felt like this wasn’t going to work anymore. By that time, it was already 4:00 and 5:00, so I left the backpack house and went back to my house, the door already falling down. At that time, I was a bit scared to sleep inside my house, as it was January 4th and 3rd, so I created a space inside Haace where I could sleep. I slept and came back the next day. Before I went, I stopped by my local evacuation center and made sure everyone was safe. That’s what it felt like. After that, I was wondering what to do with this house, and when I looked at it, I saw all kinds of pillars. To be honest, I didn’t want to think about it myself, or rather , I thought that if I somehow cleaned up this thing, I could live in it, but when I looked closely, I didn’t really want to think about it, but the pillars around here were also slanted. After all, it’s slanted to this side. This is dangerous. When I went out, the foundation had shifted as well. No, I don’t think this is actually a livable condition. To be honest, I don’t know where to start. That’s right. Actually, things are pretty well cleaned up now, but on the 8th or so of that weekend, my father came to Kanazawa early, picked me up in Kanazawa, and came here. My father also came in and helped me with a lot of things in one day, cleaning up together here. The two of us talked about how to get rid of these things first . I think I’ll get things sorted out first and then think about what to do. That’s what it felt like. At that time. When I asked about the Self-Defense Forces, I heard that the Self-Defense Forces also helped with things like unloading luggage from the second floor . Self-Defense Forces, former Self-Defense Forces personnel. A former member of the Self-Defense Forces, yes, that amazing director, or rather the representative of Carstay, was brought back. He contacted me, and then he came over to me. They told me exactly that if I didn’t have enough food or a place to stay, they would help me out, even if it meant sleeping in the car, and whatever they could do was fine. Please come. That’s right. He came from far away, I think it was Saitama. yes. The other person was in a mountain hut in Nagano, about 2000m above sea level. One of the employees at the mountain hut is a former member of the Self-Defense Forces. Go all the way down from there. So he came right over that same day. There were a lot of really heavy things on the second floor as well. Yes, they helped me move it away and worked with me. Originally, the second floor functioned as a backpacker house. Well, as a shared house, the second floor is used as a shared house. Yes, that’s right. However, the only resident there is German. He said he wanted to move to Anamizu, so he came here. It came in October, but it was last year. I suddenly encountered an earthquake. I’m currently in a situation where I don’t have a place to live. I’ll either stay at my house temporarily or stay at a friend’s house. I’m currently making arrangements. Now at your home, erm, Iku-san’s home? Right now, he’s heading out of the prefecture. Yeah, I’ll be back this weekend. That’s what it felt like. When you saw it, what kind of feeling did you have, like shock or not being able to think of anything? Well, of course it was a bit of a shock, but it really felt like no way. It was truly unexpected that the situation had turned into such a catastrophic situation. I finally got my disaster victim certificate. I really didn’t have much time, so I finally went. It was a large-scale, partially destroyed building. But honestly, I felt like it couldn’t be helped that it had already happened. I’m already thinking about the next plan when I get back in January. I was already thinking far ahead. I. Well, I’m going to change my way of thinking soon and think about how to rebuild this place. It’s difficult, but have you tried it? After that earthquake, Iku-san was the first thing that came to my mind. Yes, thank you. I thought it would be a good idea to contact you here during this most difficult time. Nowadays, we have SNS, right? Iku-san, keep chasing me. Thankfully, Mr. Iku had sent it to me, so I took a look at it and said, “Oh, he’s safe.” It may be rude, but he was in a different place at the time of the earthquake. By the way. That made me feel relieved, or rather relieved. It’s a bit unscrupulous, but yeah. thank you. I thought it was good. Well, I’m really glad it was okay. That’s true. It’s hard to put it simply like this, but somehow we’re still alive. I took the stance that as long as I was alive, I would be able to do something. I think I have no choice but to do it from now on, yeah. This is the current situation in rural backpacker houses. It means that they are already thinking about future developments. Yes, that’s right. The main building here will be demolished. yes. It is scheduled for demolition. Completely cleared. And now we’re heading over to the rice fields and fields. It’s more like a large auto campground or a base for van life. I think that’s how I’ll continue doing it from now on. There are three main points. yes. I’m thinking of rebuilding it by thinking about three points: as an accommodation facility, secondly for tourism, and thirdly for disasters. The basis for this is van life, or rather , campervans, or movable accommodations. I guess it will be based on production in operation. To be honest, I thought real estate was a little difficult. It feels a little suspicious. There was a big earthquake in May last year. So it’s January, right? So, after all, a camper like this is a working product. I would like to create a place based on that. I always wanted to park 4 or 5 or about that many camping vehicles. This can also be applied to accommodation facilities. It can also be used as a lodging facility even if you don’t move it, and it can also be used as a means of transportation for sightseeing. It can also be used as an inn. I think the lack of accommodation facilities in Oku-Noto as a whole will become a major issue in the future. It could also be used to revitalize tourism by traveling around Oku-Noto or the Noto Peninsula using a camper . Third, in terms of disasters, when a disaster occurs in Ishikawa Prefecture or here in Oku-Noto, or in the nearby Hokuriku area, or anywhere else in Japan, you can always use that camper as a moving shelter. A shelter substitute that can be used as a disaster relief vehicle. I thought it would be great if we could create a system to deal with disasters. I hope it becomes a place where operational assets can be put to good use in this way. Of course, I’m planning to have a camper brought in and create a space where a few teens can park. I’m thinking of reviving this place in that way. It’s quite spacious, and I stayed there for two days after seeing it. It seems like it could develop in many different ways. Not only can you sleep in your car, but you can also use it for van life, and you already have a moving base all the time. Put a camper in it? I’d like to put it there. However, in order to do that, we would need a certain amount of funding, and we would have to find partners that we could collaborate with, including Carstay. I think we need to think about that as well. Another characteristic of this rural backpacker house is that it has a parking lot where you can stay comfortably for a long time. I would like to continue to do this as a place where vanlifers can bring their homes here and stay here for a long time . Understood. So, while looking forward to future developments, we are also looking forward to the earthquake, and the next development has already begun. Yes, I’m looking forward to it. I’ll do my best. Please come again and take pictures. It was Mr. Iku from the countryside backpacker house. Thank you very much. thank you.

報道も終息しつつあり、でも現場は今なお当たり前に被災地です。
朝の7時に子供の声で「みんなで力合わせてがんばりましょう」という地域無線が流れます。
『すでに風化してるのかな』という被災者の声があったり。
