【彦根城とその周辺の観光スポットを紹介します】彦根城やひこにゃん・グルメも含め、彦根城周辺を散策しながら紹介しています
Hello, I’m Fu-yan. Today I’m in Hikone City, Shiga Prefecture. The first place I came to was Hikone Castle. The first boss of Hikone Castle was Naotsugu Ii, the son of Naomasa Ii, one of the Emperors of Tokushi. The Ii family was the castle owner throughout the Edo period. It ‘s a rickshaw. There are a lot of tourists now . What you’re crossing is Omotemon Bridge, which is the main entrance to Hikone Castle. Immediately after entering, on the right is the Nejo Museum, and in the back is the Omote Palace. This is a Noh mask. It seems that the lord of Hikone Castle has been fond of Noh for generations. The armor of the Ii family is all red. This is the 11th generation’s armor. This is from Naonaka Ii. This is a picture of the Battle of Sekigahara, with the Ii family’s army chasing Shimazu’s retreat. The Japanese swords are beautiful, after all. You’ll be mesmerized by the sight. There was also a Noh stage. The fact that there is seating for the audience means you can still see it here. You can see a stage like this. It reminds me of the PV for Gesu no Kiwami Otome. There is a garden. It seems that the castle lord lived in a room overlooking the garden. This is the room where the castle lord relaxes.Let ‘s go to the Tenbin Yagura. It ‘s beautiful. It’s not only beautiful, but this bridge that connects the bell-maru to the Honmaru is where the enemy is. In the event of an attack, it can be destroyed instantly.Cross the bridge and pass through the Tenbin Yagura.Peek into the Tenbin Yagura. It is said that the name comes from the place where a drum was placed to signal the castle grounds between the Taikomon Gate and the Tsuzuki Yagura.A survey of the parts revealed that it was a castle gate relocated from somewhere. And this is the Hikone Castle castle tower . It’s huge. Let ‘s go to the triple turret in the Nishinomaru . This is the second floor. The second floor has a good view, so I decided not to go to the third floor. This complex roof shape with a beautiful painting is amazing. Please relax for a while in Hikonyan. The castle tower. I went inside. Now that I think about it, Hikone Castle has been used a lot in period dramas and movies. If you pay attention, you’ll see images of Hikone Castle. This is the walkway of a makeshift shelter. This is the third floor. The view from the top floor. It ‘s hidden by warriors, but the enemy can be seen all the way to this place. I think it’s over once they attack, but this time I’m going to go to the garden. It ‘s a scenic spot called Rakurakuen. This place was used as a residence as well as a retirement place.By the way, Naosuke Ii was born here.Right next door is Genkyuen, a large garden. [Music] It would be great to have tea or eat by that window. The stone pavement is also beautiful.Maybe the castle lord was mentally exhausted, but he probably wanted some peace of mind. This is Yumebashi Castle Road.It was a little late for lunch, but I wanted something to eat. I’ll try to find a place to go.There are a lot of shops that would please tourists. However , since the hours are half-hearted, it seems like it’s idle time except for dessert shops. There was a temple called Soan-ji, and this red gate was relocated from Sawayama Castle’s Otemon. It seems to be a Jodo Shinshu temple that was moved from Ueno Province by the first feudal lord, Naomasa.I came to Yobanmachi Square, and there are buildings and tenants that would appeal to young people. There was a ramen shop, and if you have Omi Champon, you can try it. But it’s a Hikonyan shop, and I feel completely out of place. This is a typical souvenir shop.Sukiyaki udon “Nishikawa”, I entered here.Actually, I saw the sign outside and was thinking of trying the beef tendon bowl, but the suji was out of stock. So I ordered the Omi Beef Offal. The soft offal and sweet and salty soy sauce were delicious. It was so delicious that I wanted to eat a little more. There is a place like this just a little way from Yobanmachi Square. In this corner, there is a temple. This is Raigo-ji Temple, which is believed to be Amida Nyorai and is a national treasure. This is Daishin-ji Temple. This temple was built by the first lord of the domain, Ii Naomasa, and is said to have a very rare Sanmon gate with a bell tower. And the stone wall is a remnant from when Hikone Castle was built. There’s one more place I want to see, so I’m walking along the shopping street.By the way , Heiwado is a general store that is expanding mainly in Shiga prefecture, and this seems to be the birthplace. This is Hanashobu Street, which has an old streetscape.Come to think of it, it’s Birdman. The contest is being held in Hikone, an old town that rarely sees tourists. This is a very nice old town. This is the old post office. This is a really popular Ishida Mitsunari. Is this a diorama of Sawayama Castle? Thank you for watching until the end today. Thank you very much. I will do my best to make videos next time, so if you like it, please subscribe to the channel. See you soon.
