This time I will introduce a cafe in Yamanashi. Spend the day visiting cafes while driving. On the way to Yamanashi, I took a break at a service area. There were a lot of people there since the morning. The first one is Grape Shop Cocolo in Fuefuki City. A cafe run by Shimura Grape Research Institute. We offer desserts made with carefully selected fruits. It’s a system where you order and pay first and then take your seat. The inside of the store has a nice moody atmosphere. I ordered a ripe mango parfait. We use rare mangoes from Yamanashi Prefecture. I didn’t know you could grow mangoes in Yamanashi. A luxurious parfait with plenty of domestic mango. Contains mango, mango gelato, and mango jelly. They also have soft serve ice cream, mascarpone, and yogurt. Let’s have it! While I was eating parfait, it started raining. I was surprised when the chime rang at 12 o’clock. Apparently there is a 12 o’clock chime in the town announcement. The ripe mangoes were sweet and delicious. I want to go during the grape season next time. The second restaurant is Parfait tokidoki located at Nirasaki Station. Located 4 minutes walk from Nirasaki Station. At first glance, you wouldn’t know it was a cafe. I couldn’t take pictures from the front because it was made of glass. A cafe specializing in parfaits in Nirasaki. The inside of the store is also very stylish. The interior and accessories are wonderful and the space feels like an art museum. New menu starting from 6/29. Parfait of peach, white bean paste, and white tea. Made with peaches from Fuefuki City, it’s sweet and juicy. Contains white bean paste milk ice cream, white tea jelly, and lychee gummies. What is surprising is that it contains coriander. The coriander blends seamlessly into the parfait. Let’s have it. Peach, white tea, and coriander sorbet. It’s a delicious sorbet with the sweetness of peaches. The peaches were sweet and delicious. Last year it was a peach and lavender parfait. I also wanted to try lavender ice cream. The third one is ELMO ISOLA located at Kofu Station. A gelato specialty store located in Koshu Yumekoji. It’s a tourist spot where you can enjoy the retro townscape. There are a total of 11 types of gelato on the menu. There are a variety of items, from the standard to the rare. Ordered a double gelato. Select watermelon and tangerine milk gelato. The cute bear is madeleine covered in chocolate. I tried adding three toppings as an option. There is a photo spot at the entrance where you can take pictures. A surreal sight of a bear holding a bear. The bear was as cute as a stuffed animal. I didn’t have much time, so I ordered takeout and hurriedly moved. The fourth one is the grape shop kofu Hana Terrace Cafe. A cafe located at Fuji Oishi Hana Terrace on the shore of Lake Kawaguchi. It was cloudy that day, but if the weather is clear, you can even see Mt. Fuji. Get a numbered ticket before the store opens and take a walk while you wait. There is a lot of greenery and the scenery is very beautiful. It felt good just taking a walk. On days when the weather is nice, we recommend seating on the terrace. When it opens, it fills up quickly. I think it’s a good idea to come and line up before the store opens. I ordered the seasonal fruit parfait peach. It’s topped with a whole peach from Hikawa Hakuho in Fuefuki City. It also includes peach sorbet, fresh cream, and peach compote. The peaches were fresh, sweet, and delicious. It feels great to be able to eat while surrounded by nature. I also ordered grape juice with the parfait. I like the rich and sweet grape juice. Let’s have it. Since it was hot, I started with grape juice. The birdsong was amazing! The peach sorbet is full of juice and delicious. I wonder if it’s a peach and black tea sorbet. I was very satisfied with the abundance of sweet peaches. It’s a cafe that you’ll want to wake up early to go to because it’s so filling and filling .
