Sometimes have Connor, Sharla, or an another guest to join in, but that is my personal opinion. I find the discussions that he has with others while eating very funny, entertaining, and relaxing.

Your cycling gear is quite subdued compared to a gentleman we saw in Himeji last December cycling away from the castle. He was wearing blue rimmed sunglasses, pink shorts, pink socks , pink gloves, pink scarf, tight pink shorts, pink Hawaiin shirt and pink bunny ears. 3:52:00 in case anyone knows how that can happen, there is a screw on the derailuer that limits how far over it can push the chain to the next gear. If that screw is turned too far that allows the shifter to put the chain in between the spokes and hub. The screw literally prevents the shifter from physically moving any further.
Look up videos on limit screws for derailuers
