Cycling along the abandoned railway ruins of the national railway Akatani Line in Shibata City, Niigata Prefecture, on the Sea of ​​Japan side.

80% of the road is maintained as a cycling road. The remaining 20% ​​is absorbed by Prefectural Route 14.
