  1. 罐頭直接加熱最大的食安顧慮是雙酚A, 雙酚A是一種環境荷爾蒙,常在鐵鋁罐內部塗層會有微量添加,對人體可能會有一些內分泌干擾的作用,我們最好盡量避免攝取,日本罐瓶包裝食品協會建議加熱罐頭食物最安全的方式,是將罐頭內的食物移至碗盤等其他容器中再加熱、或是直接倒進鍋子裡拌炒、蒸煮等,都是很適合的作法。
