This property last sold in 2009 for only 18 million when they initially listed it at 33 million. 108 million is just stupid.

I actually enjoyed this tour. I agree with wanting to see less expensive mansions, but at the same time I would like to keep enjoying these kind of amazing mansions.
I've walked past this property so many times in La Jolla & always wondered what it looked like on the other side of the huge privacy hedge, so thanks for bringing this one to the masses!! It looks like I figured it would 😂 Not my style, but an amazingly opulent piece of La Jolla history!! And their beach access and views are enviable! Whoever eventually buys it is in for a treat.

HELLO Enes! This video was excellent, just like most of them. But for the first time I'll say that I definitely wouldn't have taken on this project. The property itself seems to be of poor quality. The private beach doesn't exist! Such an expensive property requires private zones and they don't exist here. This property is worth a fraction of what they want to sell it for. The maintenance and upkeep costs are huge. And if you ignore these, it's completely impossible that if you invite a well-known guest or throw a party on the terrace, what can you provide for the guests who want to remain invisible and have a relaxed and enjoyable time. It might be good for a Russian or Middle Eastern oligarch, but why would they go to San Diego when they can get much better quality property in many other places for much cheaper? For example: Emirates or Spain or Italy's Amalfi Coast villages.
Tacky, kitschy, plaster, Temu Versailles. Pure cringe.
