How do people drive here every day? This must be the most dangerous highway in the world and a highway it is by the amount of cars and trucks that are on this crazy road from Pokhara to Kathmandu here in Nepal! Landslides, Rain and mud, potholes and deep puddles make it real difficult for me and eve today. No point in cleaning her, I realised quickly. I have to ride in the dark again as well, oh boy! Let’s do this guys🤙🏼

Man its so emotional that you wash your bike so often, i never ever wash my Royal Enfield, it just goes and goes never stops despite anything but low fuel thats it.

Himalayan mountains are not meant for roads….Himalayas are relatively young mountains…
Hard rock mountains roads can be constructed….but with Himalayas there is too much landslide….

Those roads are awful. But at least it is not as bad as West Africa. Take a look at Itchy Boots when she was there. Plenty of time to find worse 😄

Good vid Marc. Reminds me of how I grew you in the late 1950's and 60's in east Kentucky, USA. We didn't have shit for roads. A lot like those. Filthy dirty. No kidding. It was tough. And high mountains with bad snowy weather. We thought very little about it as it was all we had. We still have the weather but better roads these days. Off into new lands soon. Noraly is following a couple months later than you. Interesting what your all's take will be. Can't wait to see the forbidden lands. All good. Take care. Keep a water hose handy.

You will find better road to China but in some place there is road extension going on so rife safe enjoy brother..
Nepal's geography makes it almost impossible to have good roads . They build roads and few days of rain sweeps away the road not to mention constant landslides makes it more difficult during monsoon. Some developments are being made but it will take a lot of time and Nepal is not a rich country so the development will be slow. Usually it is advised for tourists to not travel during monsoon . Anyways visit again during the winter the roads will be better and you can travel near the Himalayas and enjoy the scenery.
