Original Title: Somewhere on Earth: Oman
I'm from IRAN 51 years ago I had been a warrior via Iran forwarded defense of the Oman Government in Zafar's area. because Zafar's guerrillas had been fighting against The government of the Oman I and other soldiers have been in a mission for protection of the Solano Qabooss government.in the result we got win. And at present we have the best relationship with Heisman Taregh Ben Saeed soltan and first minister of this country. Oman has best people and best Government. and have good relationship with Iran county.❤
Blessed IS the sultanate of Oman. Water is the most important thing to me. Yes, blessings from the land that gives us food. Bless you for tending this place. BLESSED FAMILIES of the people of Oman who live respectful lives with the natural world . God's love and grace is there. Warm regards to you all, from one small person on the other side of the world.
As an Omani girl, when we were young, my brothers, sisters and I, used to climb and walk on the Mountains behind our house in the evenings.. Trying to reach the mountain’s top first and write anything with the charcoal on the rocks there as a sign that we reached that point. We also walk and walk until we see a bee and follow where it goes to find the beehive. Now we don’t do that while the new generation came and life changed.. But now we can spend our evenings and nights on the Wadi opposite side of my house, relaxing with the sound of water and insects calling the nature under the moonlight especially in the winter’s nights .
I was a professor at Sultan Qaboos University from 1994 to 1996 and a consultant in 1998. My wife Badri, an Iranian, had a good understanding of Arabic and of the culture of the region. With her, I enjoyed wonderful times in Oman. For one of my birthdays, some of my Bedouin students surprised me with a birthday party and sang to me in their dialect. I treasure the precious memories of my life in Oman.
I was fortunate to visit the foothill of Jabal Akthar, Wadi Tanuf enroute Rusayl to Nizwa and Ibri. World heritage site Bahla and LNG plant at historical Sur. Prestine wadis at Rustaq…. Al Batinah province lies along Rusayl to Al Buraimi and towards Dubai.
