    因為這些區極少印度人居住，基本上任何地方多印人居住，那麼這些地方就會變恒河般劣質社區😢！

    They really turned around Park Royal. Back in 2007, I went there for the first time and it was actually very run down. Park royal before 2007 was actually worse than the old Brentwood mall or Lougheed mall. Simons bought it and turned it around in 10 years. West van had a huge car community. When I opened up the buy & sell website, most of the low mileage and well priced enthusiasts cars in the used market were from North and west Vancouver. Back in the mid 2000’s, when we went for cruises with motorcycle or car clubs, we always meet up in North van and cruise up to Whistler. North van was where I took my motorcycle courses and got my motorcycle license! But as a Cantonese, it’s just very hard to settle there. I find Coquitlam to be surprisingly suitable for us Hong Kong people. I live in Vancouver and I think Coquitlam is better suited for Cantonese than van west!

    Park Royal 間cineplex就算非VIP影廳, 入面既椅都係VIP果款, 😍同埋之前有人post王祖藍係Park Royal Fido上台🤣🤣

    夏天梗係靚啦，可惜只係得個兩三個月，踏入九月尾，大溫就開始落雨，冬天就遲天光，早天黑，落雨多過好天，要到第二年五月後才漸入佳景，大溫冬天非常長!

    Thank you for the West Vancouver Tour. Never been to that area of BC (Came from MTL and TOR).
    How sweet are the donut? They looks like Chinese's "Sa yung"
    Would love to rent some AirBnb and stay there for 2-3 days 😀
