水島臨海鉄道水島駅の南側にある、地域交流施設でゲソ。1996年にオープンしてから2010年まで、岡山県が管理していた施設でゲソが、2011年に倉敷市に譲渡されたでゲソ。東棟と西棟があり、東棟には会議室やスポーツフロア、西棟には環境学習教室があるでゲソ。エレベーターはエントランスに1機、東棟に1機、西棟に1機あるでゲソ。(撮影日、西棟は休館日だったでゲソ)
This is a community exchange facility located on the south side of Mizushima Station on the Mizushima Rinkai Railway. The facility was managed by Okayama Prefecture from its opening in 1996 until 2010, but was transferred to Kurashiki City in 2011. There are two buildings: an East Building and a West Building; the East Building has conference rooms and a sports floor, while the West Building has environmental studies classrooms. There are three elevators: one at the entrance, one in the east building, and one in the west building.
