It’s 33 years old. The land area is about 70 tsubo, and the house is built on a somewhat unique piece of land facing two roads. First, I would like to introduce the south side. There’s a sign here that says, “No vehicle traffic ahead.” The road on the south side

Seems to be quite wide. It is about 3.9m long and if you go to the back, cars will not be able to pass. Barricades (guard pipes) are included. So, it is designed in such a way that only pedestrians can pass through. And on the south side, there is a slight slope like this,
