Long time ago, the irrigation canal was build. one of the historical place. It is called “Meiji yousui” Ohh,,,dead end. hmm. we need to take a detour. I have a bad feeling… I suppose famous water wheel is around here… it is over there but we can not go nearby… very disappointed…
