🚉 지하철 역에서 바로 시작하는 올인원 트레킹 여행! 섬,산,바다,명소 까지 한번에 즐기세요 | 📸 대중교통 당일치기 여행 |🇰🇷Trekking Korean island
Hello? Today, I will introduce you to a trekking course that allows you to go to the mountains, the sea, and great tourist attractions all at once by subway. Please note that the course we will introduce today is a course that requires only light clothing and sneakers :}
This is Exit 2 of ‘Unseo Station’ on the Airport Railroad in ‘Yeongjongdo’. There is a supermarket and a snack bar right in front of Exit 2. If you need snacks, it would be a good idea to prepare them here 🙂 (To the front of the station) Walk a little and turn left.
If you walk a short distance along the main road, you will come to a large intersection. You will see a large church diagonally across from you. Just walk towards the church. From the big church, go left. (‘Grace and Truth’ Church) Today’s trekking course begins right next to the church.
The entrance to the trekking course is a well-maintained park. There is a path leading up to the ridge to the left of the park. The air is still chilly, but the trees are already ready to change into green clothes 🙂
Although it is a low mountain, the noise of the city becomes far away if you go a little deeper. When you see the sign, follow it towards the summit of ‘Baekunsan Mountain’. The length to the top is about 2km, but the slope is low and gentle. Anyone can easily get there
There are signs everywhere so you can easily follow them. It will be easier to take the path to the right from where you see the first cairn. The trees are so dense that it will be very lush in spring, right? Forest bathing feels great.
We arrived at a wonderful forest bathing area 30 minutes after departure. There is a comfortable pavilion and the facilities are very good. There are many spacious tables everywhere. It was especially nice to have a comfortable bed chair. Looking at the condition of the facility, it looks like it was recently built.
Now the uphill road begins little by little. The trails are very well maintained. Wouldn’t it be nice to just bring a water bottle without any heavy luggage? The road up to the last ridge is a bit steep, but not that long
As soon as you reach the wooden stairs, you are at the top of Baekunsan Mountain. The summit height is 255m. Like a mountain on an island, there is nothing blocking the surroundings. The open view is really nice. It’s a bit disappointing that there’s a lot of fog today,
But the clear view makes it feel higher than the actual height of the mountain. If the weather is good, you can see the islands in the West Sea very clearly. I can see Incheon Bridge in the distance. There is a beacon mound at the top of ‘Baekunsan Mountain’.
Enemies invading the West Sea It is said that their role was to monitor and inform Hanyang. It is said that the more smoke there was, the more urgent the situation was. After passing the beacon tower and a small pavilion, you will come to a fork in the road.
From here, you can go in the direction of ‘Yonggungsa Temple’. This is the direction of the green forest fire observation post. There will be a heliport soon. The view from the heliport was also nice. The weather is warm today, so it’s a shame there’s sea fog.
There are many rest areas and tables here and there, and you can go down the wooden stairs. The road is definitely maintained by Incheon City, so it is well maintained. Sometimes, when you come to a confusing intersection, it is safer to go in the direction where there are stairs or maintenance.
We arrived at the mountain playground an hour after leaving. There is a side road going down to the left from here. If you go down following the signpost, you will soon see a small temple in the forest. This is ‘Yonggungsa Temple’ The temple is small, but the grounds look really nice, right?
This rock is called ‘Wish Rock’. When I made a wish and turned a small stone It is said that if you feel it sticking to you like a magnet, your wish will come true 🙂 In fact, ‘Yonggungsa Temple’ is a thousand-year-old temple that was founded in 670 during the Silla period.
It is said that it was originally called ‘Baekunsa Temple’ but the name was changed during the reign of King Hongseon. There is an old tree in Yonggungsa Temple that is over a thousand years old. It is said that this wonderful old tree still blooms new life in spring.
But if you go to the back, it’s empty like this. After living in this state for a thousand years, it must be an amazing tree. Pass the parking lot below ‘Yonggungsa Temple’ and go down the paved road. You can descend safely
After passing the paved road and coming to the Yonggungsa intersection, follow the main road to the right. Just keep going straight This straight section requires walking through the city for about 30 minutes. If you are having a hard time, it is recommended to take a taxi as there are many taxis.
Just pass ‘Yeongjong Fire Station’ in the middle and keep going straight. This park is called ‘Malwell’ Park. Interesting name, right? (It is said that there was an actual well) After walking for about 30 minutes, you will finally see a mud flat.
It’s a place where your field of vision is wide and you’re filled with the scent of the sea. This is ‘Seaside Park’ It’s a really huge beach park. There are good observatories here and there, and above all, there is a good walking trail along the sea.
Because it is a beach, there is no shade, so spring and fall are better for walking. This park has many unique sculptures and observatories. There was no time to be bored. This is a birdwatching station. You can see migratory birds and the mudflats, a treasure trove of ecology.
With a little searching, you can see a variety of migratory birds with your own eyes. really! There is also a rail bike. This is the turning point, so you cannot board here. You must go to the starting point to board.
There is a camping site next to the rail bike that runs along the sea. ah! Of course, it is a place where the reservation competition rate is scary ^^; (I’ve never been successful) There are many rest areas and observatories here and there. You can see the seascape without stopping 🙂
These two wonderful rocks are where waterfalls fall in the summer. In fact, it is a ‘sea observatory’ There are many people who don’t know that this is an observatory. It is said that this observatory was built with reference to the rock called ‘Dumujin’ on Baengnyeong Island.
However, there is no elevator so you have to walk up. The rooftop was made like a real rock. From here, you can see a full 360 degree view. There is also a unique modern observatory like this. It’s like a spaceship, right? Walk for about 40 minutes along the ‘Seaside Park’ trail.
There is a rail bike stop. The sea road continues to the right from the restroom at the boarding area. At high tide, the sea water rises to just below. Big buildings are starting to appear in front. The trail leads to the newly created ‘Yeongjongjin’ coastal trail.
When the tide goes out, you can even walk on the sandy beach. It is in very good condition as it is a newly built perimeter road. Because it is easily accessible, many people walk with their families. The coastal trail is about 300m long.
If you go to the end, it leads to a seaside port. The seagulls are staring at me without running away 🙂 I don’t even have shrimp crackers. Across the sea is ‘Incheon’ This very busy place is ‘Gueup Bateo’. If you take a boat from here, you can go to ‘Wolmido’ in Incheon.
Departures from ‘Gueup Bateo’ every 30 minutes past the hour. On weekends, it runs from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. The fare is 3,500 won for adults one way, and ID is not checked. Still, I recommend that you bring it with you just in case.
There are many commercial facilities and restaurants in ‘Gueup Bateo’, so we had lunch here. I decided to take a boat to Incheon and cross over. For those who want to return right away, go to ‘Gu-eup Bateo’
(Airport Railroad Yeongjong Station) There are many buses that go to the subway station, so please note *Bus numbers 203 and 205 The seagulls are already very combative, aren’t they? 🙂 The island you see right next to you is ‘Peony Island’.
The seagulls who are Nongshim employees are working very hard today as well 🙂 Among all the seagulls in the country, the seagull has the best flying skills. It looks like a seagull here in Incheon 🙂 You can take a boat to Incheon’s ‘Wolmido’ very quickly. Approximately 20 minutes is enough.
It’s been a while since I’ve been on a boat, and the cool sea breeze made me feel refreshed. ‘Wolmido’ is one of the three points of the Incheon landing operation. It is called ‘Green Coast’ There are a lot of commercial facilities and restaurants around. It’s a very bustling and noisy atmosphere.
I tend to have different opinions. But it is also a place worth visiting at least once. If you look at the sky of ‘Wolmido’, there is a monorail. It’s called ‘Wolmi Galaxy Rail’. Please refer to my video link (top right). On weekends, you must make a reservation in advance to ride.
‘Wolmi Culture Street Station’ is right next to it. There is a bus stop diagonally across the station. You can take bus number 2 or 45 from here. I took bus number 2 Today’s destination is about 10 minutes by bus.
There is the entrance to Incheon Chinatown and ‘Incheon Station’ is right across from it. The ‘Wolmi Monorail’ boarding point is right next to it. I hope today’s trekking course helps you plan your trip 🙂 Thank you for watching today!
