吉田東通
北は東一条通の一本南側の通りから、
南は丸太町通までをつなぐ南北の通り。
通りの北の方は近くにある吉田神社の社家が多く、
通りの南の方は商店が所々にある住宅地となる。
また和菓子八ツ橋の商店が多い地域となる。

Yoshida Higashidori
From the north, one street south of Higashi Ichijo Dori,
A north-south street that connects Marutamachi Dori in the south.
On the north side of the street, there are many shrine houses of the nearby Yoshida Shrine.
The south side of the street is a residential area with shops scattered here and there.
The area is also home to many shops selling Yatsuhashi Japanese sweets.
