I decided to stop by the roadside station Rumoi and try the famous Hisoba, but it was also closed. A stop at Rumoi Station, which is now an abandoned railway line.When I came to Rumoi on my bike a long time ago, I was taken care of by the Rider House.

I think it was called Bee House. It snowed at the end of the year, and there was a huge amount of snow around here. As we got to Takigawa, the snow suddenly decreased , and as we approached Bibai, the snow increased again.Our accommodation for the night was a hot spring

In a corner of a day trip bathing facility called Bibai RV Park Yurinkan, which also had an open-air bath and a restaurant. I’ll let you relax in the evening. Most stands in Hokkaido were closed for delicious local gourmet food on New Year’s Day.

I’m glad I bought 20L of spare gasoline when I arrived in Hokkaido.I can’t take it home on the ferry tomorrow, so I put it all in here and the RV park looks like this. It’s a snack corner, but you can get a decent meal. There were also some local gourmet foods from Bibai.
