(순한맛 더빙 영상) 세계3대 미봉 “마차푸차레”, 마르디히말 능선을 걷다.

Two men’s bucket list Our story begins now. We’re going to eat dumplings. Kathmandu Kathmandu We are leaving for Nepal with Captain Hong-Gil Um to attend the opening ceremony of the Human School of Captain Hong-Gil Um, who climbed the 16 peaks of the Himalayas, the pride of Korea.

We prepared for the bucket list we always dreamed of in our hearts for 4 months without a break, and prepared for the Himalayan trek, which was a series of nerves until just before departure . Finally, on December 11, 2023, we boarded a plane to Kathmandu.

One person stayed up all night in an uncertain situation due to a ruptured calf muscle 3 weeks before departure, and another person suffered an injury where his little finger fell off a week before departure, and almost suffered from diarrhea and exhaustion due to side effects from antibiotics.

We start moving to Talqueshel Human School, located about 7km away from the center of Kathmandu, Nepal. The Human School Project is an educational project that makes dreams and hopes come true for children in Nepal . As I arrive, I hear a familiar sound from somewhere.

All students come out to the school gate and welcome guests from far away countries with folk dance and music.

This project takes on the 16-point challenge and tells the Himalayan gods, “We will build 16 schools to share dreams and hopes with children.” made a promise, and today is the day the 16th school is completed.

This is the beginning of Captain Um Hong-gil’s 17th Challenge in Life, and the 17th and 18th schools are still being built. It was a very proud and happy moment to be able to be a part of Captain Um Hong-gil’s beautiful beginning. December 12, 2023 is a very meaningful

Day full of blessings, joy, and happiness. The sight of the captain feeling happy while watching the performance prepared by the students as a token of gratitude, as well as the bright smiles of the students looking at the guests, are also memorable.

The words you said while looking at the two of us, saying you were anxious and telling us to look around the city and then return to Korea since you wouldn’t be able to go trekking anyway, are still ringing in my ears. Captain!

Oh, and although my leg is uncomfortable due to a ruptured calf muscle, I got sick after drinking with my boss the day before, so I am being carried on a bicycle. We are going to Kumari Temple in Durbar Square to meet Goddess Kumari.

It is said that Goddess Kumari has been living here ever since the Shah Dynasty built the Kumari Temple in Kathmandu in 1918 . While going to Durbar Square, the street scenery of Nepal and the sight of the local people were pure happiness. There were moments when it was difficult to walk

Because the narrow road was full of cars, motorcycles, and people, but even in that situation, they had their own order, and even those of us who were embarrassed started to adapt little by little. A 40-minute walk from our accommodation located on Thamel Street, we arrived at Kumari House located in Durbar Square and

Met the living Goddess Kumari for about 10 minutes at 11 am. There was also a wonderful moment when the mournful sound of pigeons around us disappeared with the appearance of the Goddess. Feel it…

Q Tell me about your impressions of seeing Kumari~ A It feels like something is filling my heart and filling me with warmth. Next year will be full of good things. We met Kumari Assin and looked at the street stalls in Durbar Square. I naturally began to experience Nepalese culture by

Experiencing unique items, the sounds of Gurkha knives and singing bowls, and bargaining with merchants. The Mardi Himal trekking we are planning is Machhapuchare, one of the world’s three largest mountain peaks. Machhapuchare is a mountain that Nepalis consider sacred as the domain of Lord Shiva.

Shiva is one of the three great gods of Hinduism and is known as the god of destruction, also known as the god of creation . However , it is known that he destroys for the sake of creation rather than simple destruction .

It is said that Hinduism is largely divided into Vishnu and Shiva groups, and is said to be the favorite god of many Hindus. We also bowed to Lord Shiva and prayed for him to take care of us so that we could have a safe hike.

We attend the opening ceremony of Captain Um Hong-gil’s Human School, pray to Goddess Kumari and Lord Shiva for a safe hike, and then move to Pokhara, Nepal. Flight time from Kathmandu to Pokhara is 25 minutes. If you are traveling by plane, we recommend a window seat on the right.

You can see the Himalayan snow mountains towering above the clouds. The sights of Machapuchare, Annapurna South Peak, and Hiunchuli while moving from the Pokhara hotel to Pitam Deunali were simply amazing. It’s finally here. We start Mardi Himal trekking to Machhapuchhre.

Even on the way here, my heart was pounding. I’m not sure how to convey this to you. Anyway, for 5 days and 4 nights, we will hike safely and reach the summit with everything we desire. Crazy Guys~ Namaste We started the first journey on our bucket list with nervous steps. We

Are walking step by step into the dense forests of the Himalayas . I met a tracker who is currently going up the same course, and his speed is amazing. Wow, they say they are trekking around the world. The trekking is truly amazing.

We should go to Antarctica at least once. Are you going to Antarctica ? I’m going to Antarctica. The view of the snowy mountains between the trees, the blue-roofed lodge in the forest, and the Himalayan mountains here were so amazing, filled with things I had seen for the first time in my life .

I can’t believe these moments when I’m walking through the clouds and the clouds are rolling in behind me. We are walking through the jungle from Pitam Deunali to Forest Camp. My legs gave out and I almost fell backwards. It is said that it takes 3 hours from Pitam Deunali to Forest Camp using a typical tracker. However, because we climbed up while filming, we could not see the forest camp even after 6 hours. We arrive at Greenview Lodge around 3pm, 6 hours after departure.

Here we decided to take a break and have a light meal. It’s really good. I’m so happy. Walking in the clouds, riding on a swing in the clouds, and the scenery of the jungle in the clouds were works of art in themselves.

I arrived at the forest camp on the bucket list Nepal trekking Mardi Himal course . It’s heaven. It was my first time hiking in Heaven , so I was very nervous. After a quick meal, I went to sleep to prepare for my next trip.

Today we are taking a course from Forest Camp at an altitude of 2550m to Low Camp at an altitude of 3000m. It is a day to walk through the jungle forest in the clouds and meet the world above the clouds. This is Machapuchare. Wow. I’m glad that my steps are lighter than yesterday.

I’m currently passing 2800m and my breathing is getting heavier and my steps are starting to get heavier. From now on, you must climb slowly to be careful of altitude sickness. My feet didn’t hurt. Four hours after departure, we arrive at Low Camp and prepare to face the sunset.

I remember secretly shedding tears as I saw the golden-colored Machhapuchare with my own eyes . The sunset unfolding in the cloud waves and the sunrise greeting us in the cloud waves. I was thankful for the perfect weather, as if God Shiva and Goddess Kumari had given us a gift.

Today’s course is from Low Camp at an altitude of 3,000m to High Camp at an altitude of 3,500m. We depart with a light heart as the sun rises above the clouds. To prevent altitude sickness, we will walk slowly again today. My legs don’t hurt.

My brother, who is accompanying me, is suffering from diarrhea, exhaustion, and rhinitis, making it difficult for him to breathe. They say they couldn’t sleep all night because of my snoring and strong sleep talking. Introducing rhesus monkeys. The moment I was greeted by the wonderful panoramic view starting from

Namaste Badal Danda, I sat down. Annapurna South Peak and Hiunchuli are visible and we are passing at an altitude of 3300m. The oxygen here is said to be 70%, which is 30% lower than the oxygen at 0m above sea level. Walking and breathing all become slower and time seems to slow down.

Nevertheless, the expressions on the faces of the trackers who come down after finishing the hike are bright. As my brother walked in silence, I took a picture with this road and Machapuchare in the background. This is a life shot. thank you! Is this the treeline? It’s a really beautiful scenery.

Leave it and just come up. I look back on the road I took for the first time and try to be cool for a moment. The sky of Pokhara is covered with clouds today as well. We above are just happy. It’s so cool. This scene of them walking is so cool.

The path we are walking on is a single path. The encounters with multinational tricksters I met along the way were also valuable memories. Namaste Namaste Meeting ponies that take care of trekkers around the world is also precious. If it weren’t for those kids, I might not have been able to trek the Himalayas.

We decided to take a break at a lodge at 3400m above sea level. The climb was so difficult, there were so many variables, and even the captain told us that we couldn’t go and that we should go to Korea, and tens of thousands of thoughts crossed our minds.

I couldn’t stop crying as I said thank you for the warm bowl of ramen my guide gave me . My brother who took this picture next to me was laughing, but he was also crying. Crybaby Crybaby Crybaby I guess I didn’t cry. Crybaby

They make fun of me by asking me why I’m already crying when I go up tomorrow. My heart is so full and happy that I cry. I think it was difficult to remember a life that passed like a flash. I was grateful for

The sound of my brother laughing while making fun of me while I was crying . Thank you. It was possible because we were together. I would like to once again express my gratitude to my older brother who raised my younger brother to this point. Please be nicer to me in the future.

My brother, who was supposed to be nice to me, said he thought to himself while filming this scene. I also think about how to walk there . It feels too far away. With the spirit of the Himalayan mountains in our hearts, we arrive at today’s destination, High Camp.

A lot had happened since Korea, and a lot had happened since we came to Nepal, and even the experts had tried to dissuade us, saying that tracking would be difficult in our condition, but the reason we got here safely was because of the care of the Himalayan gods.

Still, I am grateful that you arrived safely and showed me the Himalayan cloud waves and golden sunset. And although I couldn’t film it, I would like to thank the Himalayan gods once again for gifting me everything, including the Milky Way hanging over the Annapurna Mountains.

The moment I see the Machapuchare and Mardi Himal ridges bathed in sunset, which we will climb tomorrow, my heart fills with joy. We bought tarcho in downtown Kathmandu and brought it here.

We are trying to achieve the happiness and health of everyone we know and hang on to the highest height we can climb. My brother and I carefully write down our wishes. At 2:30 am, we head to the base camp, the final destination of the Mardi Himal track.

I think my mind is at the top, but my body is not. All your movements slow down and your breathing begins to become labored. It is said that oxygen is also reduced by 10%, so there is only 60%.

If I were to describe this moment, it feels like someone is covering my nose and mouth with their hands. We climb up step by step and arrive at the 4,300m viewpoint. We tried to advance to the base camp at an altitude of 4,500m, but

Due to the snow that had fallen a few days ago, part of the road became icy and the guide we were with stopped us, saying it was dangerous. We decided to hang the tarcho here, and we decided to hang the tarcho that we wrote down last night here.

I’ll fly to good places here, don’t get sick, and take care of my brother. Rest in peace, sister-in-law. The rough-looking Himalayan mountain range was not rough. I was amazed at every moment and solemnly realized that the existence of humans was insignificant in Mother Nature.

I believe that walking in Godot is a journey to find your true self. As I walked step by step, the oxygen ran out little by little, I looked back on past memories, regretted the moments that had passed, adapted to the given situation, and was grateful for the current situation.

The sweat we shed and the oxygen we took in were all precious and we were thankful. I will never forget the unforgettable moments in my life, the scenery above the clouds that I saw for the first time in my life, and

The new colors that I saw for the first time in my life . I will live according to the law. I will not go against it. We will not forget everything we feel at this moment. We want to spread good vibes to everyone we know. While having Namaste lunch, I told

My brother that I was so disappointed and wanted to go trekking to Poon Hill Observatory for two nights and three days. But my brother explained the course that Muldai Viewpoint was better than Poon Hill Observatory. It was a course that even the guide didn’t know about.

My older brother, who spent four months alone trying to figure out the Himalayan mountains on Google, instead told the guide about this course and eventually persuaded the guide. So, I went on my second trek with a local guide and a Korean guide. You are watching the back of a Korean guide walking.

It looks so difficult. I think about this while walking hard. why! Did you ask me to come back for tracking? The Nepalese guide and porter and the Korean guide and porter are walking with great difficulty. But my steps are very light.

A Korean guide, who was walking with heavy steps, called us to stop. I learned why my brother, who had looked into several courses to show me the Himalayan snow mountains, had asked me to go here, as I had suffered a calf muscle rupture three weeks before departure .

The Korean guide was more thoughtful than I expected. I saw two horses in front of me and just rode them. Our Korean guide has experience riding a horse through the grasslands in Mongolia. However, as soon as he gets on the horse, he tries to get off the horse because it is difficult.

It’s crazy. It was the best rest for me, who was low on stamina because I came straight from the Mardi Himal trek without recovering my stamina . After riding horses for 3 hours, we decided to have lunch at Hillside Rose.

I seemed envious of the Americans who came here on a family trip from Washington, USA. The locals here also treated us very warmly. After lunch, we move to Tadapani, our destination for the day. The Korean guide in front seems comfortable, as if he has finally adapted to the language. We

Arrive at today’s destination, Tadapani, in 4 hours through the village. We were there yesterday, and seeing it from a different view gave us new emotions. Machhapuchhre seen from here shows a different side. Riding up today was the best decision. Thanks to this, I had a leisurely evening without feeling tired.

It is the next morning in Tadapani. The scene where the light comes in from east to west is so beautiful. It is a view that can never be seen anywhere else. I enjoyed a cup of coffee while looking at Machapuchare in the distance, and

I would like to express my gratitude to the horses who helped me start in the best condition. I am in very good condition today. Bags are not required. I’m so ashamed of my past that I can’t even think about what’s to come. They ask me if I know the way.

I didn’t even have the strength to answer. I really wanted to check the sound of the magnificent waterfall coming from afar, but I couldn’t because it was blocked by the trees. I thought I would see the waterfall when visibility improved, but I couldn’t.

I’m not someone who only acts nice when there’s a camera. I said this because I was worried about my brother. The Korean guide only says the truth. I liked riding a horse. I’m dying more and more. Can you see the white stream of water in the distance? Himalayan waterfalls seem really great.

Water from the melting ice caps flows and the stream of water flowing for several kilometers is enormous. I’m hungry, I’m out of breath, my legs are already giving out, and I’m dying. I really regret why I asked to go trekking again.

The spaghetti the owner made was truly like an oasis in the desert. It would be nice to eat here, drink coffee, and take a nap here. Everything is good. You can do anything. I really like the owner who made delicious spaghetti. The Spaghetti owner, who welcomed me with such a bright smile,

Told me to eat ramen when I came down, but my heart is heavy because I just came down without seeing him. Next time I go to Tadapani, I will definitely go and try the owner’s ramen. I think the Korean guide decided on this course to show me the

Daolagiri Mountains, which can never be seen on the Mardi Himal track . It doesn’t matter now whether I saw Daolagiri or not. It’s so hard that I want to go to Korea. The Korean guide says: “Raise your head to the left~” I ask if there is anything I can see between the flowers.

My Korean guide, who I really liked, said he was similar to a Korean cow, and I really like this guy. My Korean guide (brother) encouraged me to cheer up when I was having a hard time. The calf kept hitting the bag with its tongue, so

I forgot for a moment the pain that made me feel like I was going to die and played with the cow for a while. let’s go! Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh I don’t want to remember the lodge looking up and being ignored by the little calf . It’s still slow, but it’s climbing hard.

The Nepalese guide tells us that it is 4,000 rupees. 4,000 rupees is equivalent to 40,000 won in Korean currency. What do I need to say? It’s so good. I’m happy. To be honest, I am ashamed of the things I showed when I started out.

I ride a horse and take precious pictures of these wonderful landscapes. And I don’t know where the Korean guide and Nepali guide walk. I arrived at the lodge first after riding a horse and enjoyed a cup of warm coffee and a beautiful view.

Korean Guide: Oh, Daolagiri is really cool! The two guides are now passing by. Korean Guide: I have a Gore-Tex jumper in my bag, so I’m wearing it!

The Korean guide told me to wear the Gore-Tex jumper in my bag for fear of being cold since I arrived first, but I took it out and put it on before drinking coffee. It’s 3 am now and we’re heading to Muldai Viewpoint.

I clearly remember climbing the mountain early in the morning the day before yesterday, and I am climbing it again. I thought I would have gotten used to the altitude after climbing 4,300m, but I still find it difficult to breathe, my body and legs feel heavy, and

I feel like I’m walking in a dream. Fortunately, we arrived just in time for dawn. At this moment, I take back everything I said when I came up . It was such an ecstatic moment. If I hadn’t come here, I wouldn’t have seen Daolagiri with its red light, and

I wouldn’t have seen the red silky sky. I hope you all give it a try too. It was green onion kimchi ramen that our Nepali guide ate for the first time in his life. Korean Guide: They say he can’t eat because he’s out of breath.

The Korean guide told me not to eat it, so I ate it all with a grateful heart. I was also thankful for the red snowy mountains of Machapuchare , Annapurna South Peak, Hiunchuli, and Daolagiri, as well as the ramen I ate across from Daolagiri .

This trekking was an unexpected itinerary that was not part of the Himalayan trip, but I was very happy that I was able to complete it without any problems. I didn’t get to visit the Gurung Museum. I rode a horse down from Tadapani for 4 hours, and

The Korean and Nepalese guides arrived an hour before me on horseback and toured the museum. Thank you , Mr. Pony, for taking us here safely from Tadapani for 4 hours . With this, we move to Pokhara. This is Pokhara, called the Traveler’s Tomb.

Trekkers from all over the world call this place a traveler’s graveyard because the price is cheap, you can enjoy all the activities, and there are many Himalayan trekking courses. I couldn’t rest while filming Human School and tracking twice for 10 days in Nepal .

Today, we will take a walk to Daehwa Lake, the symbol of Pokhara, and enjoy some sweet leisure time. We live in a harsh world, a fierce and cut-throat world. However, the people here have leisure and happiness written on their faces even though their salaries are low. They looked so beautiful and

I was envious of their leisure. Korean food that we needed when we were tired. We went to a Korean restaurant for dinner. Pork ribs, soju, and kimchi stew. A perfect dinner shared with the owner of the hotel we stayed at and the owner of the Korean restaurant.

This night will be remembered for a long time. Today, I will stop by the Barai Temple at Lake Pyeonghwa and then go see Pujja, one of the Hindu rituals. You have to take a boat to get to Barai Temple. The dock is crowded with people going to Barai Temple. Barai Temple

Is said to be a place visited by many young lovers, as it is said that love will be fulfilled if one sacrifices a goat or a duck as an offering. We decided to go see the temple on the island. We arrived at the island and kept looking around looking for a temple.

However, the image of Barai Temple seen on YouTube and broadcasts could not be found. We thought it wasn’t this island. It turned out that Barai Temple was being remodeled. I went on a difficult boat ride with my brother, but I am left with only regret.

The place where we take the boat is the lake dock. This is a place where the Hindu ritual, Pujja, is performed every evening at 5 p.m. Many Hindus gather here. Pujja is said to be a ritual in which Hindus pray to God for their happiness and wishes.

A ritual is performed to heal one’s bad energy using fire energy. The ceremony begins with blowing the conch flute. It is said that the sound of the conch flute is meant to awaken God. The Korean guide said: I don’t have enough knowledge about religion to say

That it is similar to the Korean exorcism . However, this was also the culture of those who inherited a long history and tradition, and I envied their ability to turn this into a festival. We complete our Pokhara itinerary and return to Kathmandu. The flight time from Pokhara to Kathmandu is 25 minutes.

If you are flying, we recommend a window seat on the left. The snowy mountains of the Himalayas visible from the window seemed to provide an elixir that made me look forward to the next time, rather than comforting my regrets. We arrived in Kathmandu and are going to a hotel located on Thamel Street.

It is said that all the believers participating in the Hindu procession I met on the way to the hotel were Westerners. We are heading to Kathmandu’s landmark Budhanath Stupa, a sacred site of Tibetan Buddhism. Many people are walking and praying around Boudhanath Stupa. Boudhanath Stupa is the largest Buddhist temple in South Asia.

It is connected to the terraces of the world, and you can see the lotus shape, which was a sacred symbol in the past Buddhist era. The circular shops surrounding the stupa are said to be a replica of a Tibetan village.

The eyes visible on the circular roof are said to symbolize the eyes of Buddha. The Buddha eyes painted on all four sides are said to mean watching over us from all directions. We listen to Tibetan monks chanting Buddhist scriptures and then move on to the next location. We arrive at Pashupatinath Temple.

Pashupatinath Temple is a Hindu temple located on the Bagmati River east of Kathmandu. It is the temple of Lord Shiva, which is considered the most sacred by Hindus, and is always busy with devotees coming from all over the world. There was a crematorium for Hindus here, and

It was a meaningful place to understand the Hindu idea of reincarnation. When I saw this scene, I was extremely shocked. A person with his head bowed and his hair shaved is called a sangju. In Hinduism, it is said that when a deceased person dies, the mourner’s head is shaved.

It is said that there is a custom of shaving one’s head on the anniversary of the deceased’s death. After staring at it for a while, I looked for a Nepalese guide and a Korean guide. The two of them are sitting and reading their palms. great. I think I will do much better.

The sun is already setting. We are invited to a local restaurant run by a friend of our Nepali guide. Namaste Tomba~ Tomba Tomba~ Tomba Tomba~ Tomba is my favorite traditional drink. It is a traditional Nepalese liquor made by fermenting millet, a grain, pouring hot water over it, and drinking it through a straw.

The taste was similar to Korean makgeolli, and tomba washed away our fatigue. It’s so delicious. I thought it would be nice to eat it in the mountains. I think I will remember this a lot when I go to Korea. This is Bhaktapur.

Bhaktapur was much larger, more relaxed, and more organized than Kathmandu’s Durbar Square. It has been designated as a World Cultural Heritage site, and preservation and restoration are being carried out well with UN funds.

Bhaktapur is said to be of great historical and cultural value as it has preserved the appearance of the horse era. When you walk through the narrow alleys of Bhaktapur, you will feel like you are walking through the Middle Ages. We leave the medieval buildings behind and move to Swayambhunath Temple.

Swayambhunath Temple is also called Monkey Temple. As you climb the 385 steep stairs, you must receive the passionate gazes of the monkeys you encounter. We had a hard time climbing the stairs so we entered the back of the temple. In Nepal, where there are 330 million gods, Hinduism is the state religion.

In Buddhism, Monkey Temple is said to be the second most sacred place after Lumbini, where Buddha was born. The Monkey Temple here was damaged by the 7.8 earthquake in Nepal on April 25, 2015, and is said to be still in the process of being restored. This is the stupa at Monkey Temple.

If you look at the middle of the stupa, you can see Buddha’s eyes drawn. It is said to symbolize insight into the essence of things. In the middle of the stupa, the Buddha’s eyes looked down on the city of Kathmandu and gave the impression of protecting the city.

The Monkey Temple we felt was a place where you could feel human life through the gestures and expressions of monkeys. Our bucket list trip to Nepal is coming to an end. When I think about it now, I still don’t know what kind of courage I had to come here.

When you feel out of breath, you just have to stop for a moment and catch your breath. When your head hurts, you just have to stop for a moment and empty

Your head. This challenge was a time to reflect on ourselves, this journey was a time of abandonment for the second half of our lives, and this journey was for me and everyone I know. It was a time of fulfillment. I would

Like to convey the good energy I received from the Himalayas to everyone. I wish you a Happy New Year and hope that happiness and health will always be with you. thank you
