036 (新潟) 国道405号 山源木工から津南町[ルート紹介]
苗場山の裏側（西側）にあたる場所にある秋山郷唯一のお休み所が山源木工です。アイスクリームとかお蕎麦が食べられます。この道は夏場は志賀高原から津南町まで抜けられる場所ですが、道が悪くクルマがこの道を抜けることはほとんどありません。地元のライダーがちらほらいますが、道が悪いので多くはありません。秘境を体験したい方は一度だけ行ってみてもいいかもしれませんが、何度もとおる必要はありませんね。
Yamagen Woodworking is the only rest stop in Akiyamago, located on the western side of Mt. Naeba. You can enjoy ice cream and soba noodles here. This road connects Shiga Highlands to Tsunan Town during summer, but the road is rough, so cars rarely pass through. Local riders occasionally use it, but not many due to the poor condition. If you want to experience a remote area, you might visit once, but there’s no need to go through it repeatedly.
