2023年の瑞城市を5分で振り返る

2023 Mizuki City Distribution Look Back 2023 was another year with a lot going on. In particular, the release of the “Railroads of Japan” DLC by Ryuichi Kaminogi and the Subsequent Cities: Skylines sequels are released, etc. I think it’s been a year full of topics to talk about.

In this hour, we would like to look back at the archives of the 2023 distribution. The first tower condominium development in front of Mizuki Station has begun at the beginning of the new year. The tower condominium later became a commercial complex called “Gran Shario Mizuki.

It will reign as one of the symbols in front of Mizuki Station. In this development, the chain stores concentrated in the low-rise area of the tower block are completely reproduced. Together with HANNO, the exclusive creator of Mizuki City, we incorporated more than 30 different stores into the project.

Thus, a new landmark was born in front of Mizuki Station at the end of February 2023. Developing a residential area around the townhouses since March.

We created a town based on the concept of a residential area where land has always existed and will continue to exist even if the area around the station develops. As in a residential area where time has passed, rebuilding and land division due to inheritance, etc.

Each house and lot had a story behind it, and we all worked together to make it unique. In April, we began work on “Jonan High School” for the prefectural government.

This school is a public integrated junior and senior high school, with the junior high school in the city and the senior high school in the prefecture, all on the same site. Once again, the school’s assets were combined, and the parking lot and club buildings were also combined.

The final product was completed in mid-May, as it was a combination of various facilities and equipment. With this, the development project on the south side in front of Ruicheng Station has been completed in its entirety. In “Golden Week”(Japanese holidays),we also did a 10-hour stream

In this 10-hour stream, we completed the centrally located, but long untouched, “Mizuki Castle.” Matsumoto Castle and Odawara Castle were used as models for the full-fledged castle parks. This time, we put special emphasis on the night view, and we made a lot of effort to make it look good when lit up.

Mizuki Castle will continue to be the pride of the citizens of Mizuki City. And finally, May 27! During the week, we unveiled the “Railroads of Japan” DLC produced by Ryuichi Kaminogi. This DLC focuses on “Railroads”, with Japanese style stations and rolling stock that can be easily used in vanilla!

It also includes a wide range of buses, commercial facilities, parking lots, etc. Thank you so much for the many people who have bought it, even though a sequel has been announced for release. If you don’t have it yet, please check out the official website and trailer!

Now, at the end of May, we started work on TOYODEN’s “Jonan Koukoumae” station. TOYODEN is a fictional local private railway company owned by Tokyu Corporation that runs in Mizuki City. It is an old line loved by high school students and other local residents.

With the opening of the Jonan High School Station, it has become even more convenient and more community oriented. In July, we will start development around the Komori River, which runs through the northern part of Mizuki City. From the 160th to the 165th, we steadily built a mixed residential and agricultural neighborhood

And from August 26, the end of the summer vacation, we will create “Komori Sports Park” along the river.

It used to be a place for citizens to relax and improve their health, but due to the aging of the facility and the bad administration of the mayor, it has become a place where people can relax and enjoy themselves.

The urban planning road runs right through the middle of the park, a scene that would be the subject of a court case if it were done in real life. From October, we will build prefectural “Komorigawa Housing” in the Komorigawa River area. Motifs include Takashimadaira in Tokyo and Misato Danchi in Saitama.

The complex was built in the mid-Showa period and has been remodeled repeatedly, but the aging of the population is becoming more serious. As an effort to ensure the survival of the complex, In some settings, a nursing home and a daycare center are located in the same building to promote intergenerational exchange.

We are making a lot of efforts to make it a cozy apartment complex. When you move to Mizuki City, please consider our apartment complexes! Starting in November, the “Mizuki Honmachi” area north of Mizuki Station will be developed. This is an old artisan town that has been commercialized in this setting.

The town is a combination of small factories, back alleys, and large facilities such as universities and bathhouses that have been redeveloped from these factories and alleys. We created a town with a miscellaneous townscape in mind. The area is also home to Mizuki Institute of Technology(MIT), so high school students are encouraged to apply!

In December, we began developing along the Komori River, the last development in the area. The course can be used for cycling and walking, which is rare in Mizuki City! The dense residential neighborhoods in between create a convincing townscape. This completes this year’s development.
