The engine of the “Fukuryu Maru”, which was exposed to the nuclear test, is on display. Origami serves as a symbol of remembrance and mourning. Ride along the quay of ”Yumenoshima Marina”. Ride along the “Yumenoshima Greenway”. The road passes under the Bayshore Road and “Keiyo Line”. Once you enter “Shinkiba Greenway”, you can see the “Arakawa Estuary Bridge” and “Kasai Rinkai Park”. The “Tokyo Heliport” is located on the adjacent site. We are approaching the anchor deck. We can see the observation deck at “Wakasu Park” on the opposite bank. We cross “Wakasubashi Bridge”. Run through “Wakasu Park”. The road next to it has a blue whale painted on it. The Tokyo Gate Bridge gradually comes into view. This is one of my favorite views. It is a cliff made of large stones piled up. It’s the path of marine mammals. Leaving “Wakasu Park”, turn off halfway along the “Shinkiba Greenway” and go up the overpass. The overpass has train tracks and train seats marked on it. We can see the marshalling yard. Cross the “Arakawa Estuary Bridge”. We can see the upper reaches of the “Arakawa River”. Crossing the “Rinkai Bridge” and enter “Kasai Rinkai Park”. The “Diamond and Flower Ferris Wheel” is the symbol of “Kasai Rinkai Park”. “Kasai Nagisabashi Bridge” gradually comes into view. Park our bike, cross “Nagisabashi Bridge” and head towards “Nishi Nagisa”. “Kasai Rinkai Park” notifies ships anchored in the waterway. Unauthorized vessels are prohibited from navigating and mooring in this waterway. We walked to Crystal Cafe for lunch. This is a picnic set. Picnic sheets are also available to rent for free. Stop at the ferry terminal of the “Kasai Rinkai Park”. Pass under the Bayshore Road and “Keiyo Line” then leaves “Kasai Rinkai Park”. The old “Edogawa River” stretches out before our eyes. We will stop by the Magical Literature Museum. This is a literary museum dedicated to “Eiko Kadono”, the famous author of “Kiki’s Delivery Service”. There are lots of “Kiki” from “Kiki’s Delivery Service”. We can take a break at the cafe. After leaving the Literature Museum, we head towards “Nishikasai Station” via the “Sakongawa Waterfront Greenway”. We arrived at “Nishikasai Station”. This concludes the course. We’ll go back to home by bike transport on public transit. I also introduce various courses on our blog. I’ve included a link in the description section, so please take a look.
