2024/04/21。把長課排在町田站到多摩中心的直線路線。出門不急,沿途把幾個地標串起來:菅原神社、本町田、藥師池公園、鶴川、青學、溫水泳池、唐木田,最後進多摩中心站收表。
這趟重點是配速穩住、別爆。16.08 km|2 小時 1 分|配速 7’31/km(Strava)。路段大致平順,有幾處緩上;公園與校園旁邊風比較大一點。補水我抓在藥師池公園與唐木田附近的販賣機,鞋選偏緩震,讓腳在後段還能維持步頻。

不是攻略,就是把一次從町田跑進多摩中心的長課記下來:路況ok、補水方便、收在商場旁邊很好找吃的。
Apr 21, 2024. A point-to-point long run from Machida Station to Tama-Center. Kept the pace steady and linked a few landmarks on the way—Sugawara Shrine, Hon-Machida, Yakushi-ike Park, Tsurukawa, Aoyama Gakuin University, Tama City Warm Water Pool, Tsurumaki/Tamakita area, then into Tama-Center Station to stop the watch.
Stats (Strava): 16.08 km • 2:01:00 • 7:31/km. Mostly gentle grades, a couple breezy sections near the park and campus. Vending-machine water at Yakushi-ike and near Tamikita; cushioned shoes to keep cadence in the back half. Just a simple long run across the suburbs.
