We recommend stopping by Lake Ippeki on your trip to Atami/Ito.It has a relaxing atmosphere from beginning to end, with dog-friendly cafes and ducks taking naps by the lake.A stylish cafe popular for its free footbath and terrace seating. It is popular with a wide range of people, from people who just stop by to people who want to spend the day relaxing! There are three free parking lots for one hour by car from Zen-no-Yu, but we recommend the “Tourists Only” area, which is close to cafes and other facilities, as it is spacious and easy to park.It is also relatively easy to access by bus, about 30 minutes from Ito Station. 10 minutes from Izu Kogen Station It is a beautiful lake called “Izu no Hitomi” where you can enjoy the scenery of each season.The weather was nice that day, and the reflection of the trees and clouds on the lake was very beautiful! There are two stylish cafes right next to the lake , and TERRACE CAFE IPPEKIKO is pet-friendly.You can relax on the terrace while looking out at the lake.They have a wide variety of menus, so it’s perfect for lunch! We also accept rentals of boats and other equipment here.We also have some fun things! 😀There is a pier in front of the cafe, and it feels really nice on sunny days! The other one is ITONOWA, whose popular footbath is inspired by the seaside and has a wide selection of Japanese-style menus.The footbath is open during business hours, so it’s easy to stop by and relax when you’re tired from walking around. hey! ! Lake Ippeki is about 4 km long, and you can walk around it in about an hour at a leisurely pace.The footing is paved and easy to walk around.You can enjoy the autumn leaves from late November to early December every year.Izu Peninsula has a mild climate. is said to be the slowest place in the country for the leaves to change color.This photo was taken on December 6th, but due to the strong winds that continued until the day before, a lot of the leaves seemed to have fallen away.However, there were still some leaves left. So I’m glad I was able to finally enjoy autumn at Ippeki Lake ☺️ Ichipeki Lake, which was created by an eruption 100,000 years ago, is rich in nature and feels great just walking around. It’s also a relaxing spot for dogs to take a walk. I’m feeling the atmosphere Whoa, there’s a duck! It doesn’t run away even if I get close to it. I’m also concerned about the feathers scattered around… Maybe it’s sleepy? Anyway, there was a peaceful atmosphere ☺️ There’s a large cactus zoo around Lake Ippeki. There are several popular sightseeing spots such as Muroyama, Komuroyama, and the Jogasaki Coast suspension bridge.It is recommended in any season, so please be sure to visit it at the same time♩
