【京都鴨川に昭和の原風景】毎朝高齢の皆さまが集まるラジオ体操会に参加してきた！

This time we will be showing you the spring scenery of the upper reaches of the Kamo River in Kyoto and the local radio calisthenics event that is held every morning. Please turn on the subtitle setting. Early morning on a winter holiday, heading towards the Kamo River in Kyoto, you can see to your right the remains of the Odoi wall built by Toyotomi Hideyoshi. The morning sun rises from Mt. Hiei . I cross the single bridge that circles the Kamo River from Kamigamo Shrine to Kitaoji Bridge . Looking upstream, the cherry blossoms are beginning to bloom. I head north along the eastern bank, turn right at Misono Bridge, and head to Kamigamo Shrine . I pass under Kamigamo Bridge and there is a shrine beyond the large torii gate, but I won’t go there today. I hurry to the radio exercise venue . I cross Misono Bridge once more, and the morning sun heading south and the cool air are pleasant . I feel excited as I pass under the bridge . I clear my mind and breathe in the morning air. I arrive at the radio exercise venue. It’s a little embarrassing, but I try to join in the circle . I think I can experience Japan’s four seasons in the same place at 6:30 every morning throughout the year. I like the second start of radio exercise, which makes me feel like I’m traveling as if I’m living there. Bend and stretch energetically. Deep breathing is important. Hey!
