For this stop in our city tour series, we’ve come to Dali, Taichung. This time, we’re specially using bicycles to get around, exercising while exploring the streets and alleys, getting closer to the local pace of life. We have a packed itinerary, checking in at many highlight attractions. From fun and photogenic tourism factories and super popular souvenirs, to traditional soap-shaped ice cream even a president loved, we’re not missing a thing. There’s also an exhibition hall we initially thought would be boring, but it turned out to be full of surprises. The artworks are both beautiful and fun, leaving us wanting more. But what amazed us most on this trip was the Bodhisattva Temple tucked away in a city corner. It’s as beautiful as a painting. Just standing there quietly is so therapeutic, and every corner is worth stopping at for a photo. And finally, of course, we can’t miss two of Dali’s specialty food spots. Let’s go! Ride slowly, eat slowly, and slowly experience the warmth of this city. Hello! Today we’re in Dali, Taichung. We’re going to challenge ourselves to a YouBike city cycling tour. Today’s content, as usual, will feature attractions and food. And in this video, we’ll also show you how to use an app to collect points and redeem them for store discounts. First stop, we’ll start from the Dali Art Plaza. Here, they often have art installations on display. And on weekends, there are occasional markets. Most importantly, inside, there’s what’s claimed to be Taiwan’s largest indoor parent-child amusement park, covering 3,000 ping (approx. 9,917 sqm). It’s an indoor parent-child amusement park. However, we won’t be taking you there today. Down here is the aforementioned parent-child amusement park. The entire floor is dedicated to it. However, we have a more interesting challenge today. Let’s go rent our bikes! First, open the “Let’s Ride!” app. Today, we’re taking on the “Dali’s Aesthetic and Cultural Heart” route. It will navigate us along the way, guiding us to the attractions. And today, we’ll also use it to accumulate carbon points. Later, when we buy souvenirs at the attractions, we can use them for discounts. Let’s quickly check in and set off! Our journey has just begun, and we’re already sitting down to eat again. This place is right on our route. It’s called Mei Fang Taro Ice City. It’s super famous. Why? Because President Chiang Ching-kuo visited it 12 times. So, it’s a favorite of President Chiang. If you follow his footsteps, you can’t go wrong. Hey, the places he’s eaten at, every time I try them, I find them super delicious. He was truly a foodie. Very high taste. We ordered three flavors of taro ice cream. Let’s start with the taro. Hehe. This looks like the one we had last time. It looks like soap, doesn’t it? Turns out, I told my dad about this, and he said when they were kids, they used to call this “soap ice cream.” It is “soap ice cream.” Because it looks just like a bar of soap. So delicious! It uses Dajia betel nut heart taro. It’s chewy when you bite into it, very fragrant and sweet. You can taste the taro chunks inside. That chewy feeling. Next up, this is the red bean flavor. Oh! You can already see the texture of the beans on the surface. It’s like red bean paste, mixed with milk. It’s a very harmonious blend. It has fine particles and also coarser ones. Mixed together, the texture is very rich. And with the milk, it makes the whole mouthfeel very, very smooth. I love it. Smooth. If there’s longan, we always order it. Their longan has a faint hint of alcohol. You love this kind. Yes, my favorite kind. Their sweetness level isn’t very high, but it’s really enjoyable. No wonder President Chiang came to eat it 12 times. We also bought two bottles of grass jelly tea to drink on the road. Let’s try it now. The grass jelly tea has a bit of sweetness. And its concentration is quite high. The aftertaste has a bit of a bitter-sweetness. They must have used plenty of ingredients. I think it’s a very distinctive grass jelly tea. If you put several grass jelly teas side by side, I think I could take one sip and identify which one is theirs. Me too, me too. This shop uses very genuine ingredients, and emphasizes no additives, including the ice cream and this grass jelly tea. We’ve now arrived at the app’s second attraction. Let’s check in first. A reminder to everyone, for the subsequent stops, you must follow the app’s route and check in sequentially. If you skip a stop, you won’t be able to check in successfully. Check-in complete! Let me introduce this attraction. This is the Caohu River Bikeway. It’s said to be Taichung City’s bikeway with the most flowers. The scenery is very beautiful. And it has separate paths for pedestrians and cyclists. Look, like this green pavement here is the pedestrian path. And the red pavement is the bicycle path. They’ve also set up a heart-shaped arch here. It lights up at night, and many people take photos and check in here. Woo! Hey, the scenery here is quite nice. It’s very comfortable riding here. Cool. And it has a lot of tree shade. It’s beautiful alongside. The gardenias are blooming so beautifully! They’re everywhere. And they’re so yellow. Nice, they even have a ramp. So we don’t have to struggle to carry them down. Everyone, please note, on the Caohu River Bikeway, there are two check-in points. This is the second check-in point. It’s located approximately near the Meiqun Painted Sika Deer Lane. Next to it. Look, over here, next to the houses, there are many cute sika deer. This is the spot. Okay, check in! Let me tell you something super tragic. We forgot to check in at the previous stop. If you skip a stop, you can’t. Right, you forgot at the second stop. Please check in sequentially. Otherwise, you’ll have to ride back. Just a reminder for everyone! We’re now leaving the bikeway and heading towards our route. Further along this bikeway, at the end, there are actually some beautiful places. Like Zhuzikeng. There’s a green tunnel there. If you’re interested, you can go check it out. Wrong way! So funny, so funny. Go back, go back. You don’t get it. It’s because we took the wrong way that we get to see such beautiful scenery! Let me tell you, you don’t need to take the wrong way to see beautiful scenery. Okay? Are you badmouthing me again?! I finally understand why whenever others ride YouBikes, they’ll inexplicably ring the bell. Because you accidentally turn the bell ringer. That bell thing. I… I just inexplicably rang it about 20 times. You’ll see when you watch the video. See, accidentally. We’ve now arrived at an indoor attraction. Time for a short break, and to walk around a bit. This place is called Wan Wen Foods Tourism Factory. It’s also one of our check-in points. So, in a bit, we’ll check in first. Later, we can use the points to get discounts on souvenirs. We’re now up on the second floor. As soon as we came in, we saw so many fish products. Actually, when we just entered the main gate on the first floor, we already smelled a strong, fresh aroma of fish. And upon asking, we found out that their first floor is actually where they make their fish floss. So this is also where the tourism factory and the actual factory are actually together. The shop owner told us that their best products are these two. And this one. Their products don’t have any added soy flour. Because soy flour is actually very common as an additive in fish floss. Its purpose is, one, to improve texture, and two, to increase volume. After adding it, hey, what was originally one bag’s worth can become two bags. So their costs are significantly higher. Real ingredients. And not adding it has another benefit. Because it’s truly all fish, the aroma will be especially fragrant. Let’s try some of their fish floss. This is salmon. Yes, they have four flavors. Is it really as fragrant as they say? Their fish floss is really fine and fragrant. I want to try another one, then I’ll tell you hey, what’s the difference between the two fish flosses. This is cod. Their fish floss tastes very fragrant, but not too salty. Whereas others outside, because many use different types of fish mixed together, sometimes the fishy smell might be stronger, requiring heavier seasoning to mask the taste. But their company uses good quality fish to make the fish floss, so just a little bit of seasoning is enough. Yes, their fish is categorized. For example, this fish floss is what? Marlin. Ah, it’s salmon. Each one is different. We’re going to buy some fish floss now. Using the points we just accumulated for a discount. And it’s all because you forgot to check in just now. Otherwise, we could have bought more bags and gotten more discounts. You don’t need points, you can still buy more bags, okay? You made a mistake and you dare to talk back? Okay, I’ll shut up. Let me show you how to do it. We press this stop. Then, if there’s a redeemable icon, you press it, ask the shop staff to help you enter the redemption code, press “I want to redeem,” and it’s done. Thank you. Let’s add something here. Besides accumulating carbon points yourself, you can also transfer them to friends. After accumulating points, even when not on a trip, you can still redeem them with merchants using the app. Okay, let’s go in. Cover the number. Alright, let’s redeem it! How much ice cream are we going to eat in one day? This one, is very special. It’d be a pity not to try it. It’s swordfish ice cream. First time seeing this. Well? Does it taste fishy? Faintly. Very, very faint. And it’s mostly milky. So actually, eating it doesn’t feel scary at all. I was wondering if it would be like that sea salt ice cream flavor. It’s actually quite good. A bit like it, a bit like it. Oh, it has fresh fish soup as an ingredient. So it’s really as you said, it tastes a bit like sea salt milk. Over here, they display some of the fish floss making process. Actually, usually in the market, if you see a meat floss stall, you can also see that stir-frying machine. They’ve set up many interactive installations here for children to understand hey, what these stir-frying actions are like. And also, there are DIY activities. We saw many parents bringing their children for DIY. Yes, because later at 2 o’clock, there’s a session. And then, when we were filming, this is a swordfish. Its… it’s cut from its body, straight down the middle. So you can see four large pieces of fish meat. When we were halfway through our tour, the DIY session started. And before the DIY officially began, they actually gave a guided tour first. So we learned that, oh, this brand originated in the First Market, and has a 70-year history. It’s currently in its third generation. From a small market stall, it has developed into such a large factory today. Okay, so in a bit, the master will demonstrate the correct hand gesture for squeezing fish balls. But of course, everyone can also use their own creativity to make all sorts of shaped fish balls. Later, after we finish making them, we can eat the fish balls we made ourselves! Just now, both of us were busy making fish balls, so we didn’t record the process. Our fish balls are cooked! Now we can try the fish balls we made ourselves. First time in my life eating fish balls I made myself. Hey, they’re actually quite round. Bouncy and springy. A bit of pepper flavor. Delicious! The fish paste is really especially fresh and sweet. The soup too, you can’t taste any MSG. It’s really made with vegetables and fruits, and then the fish balls. If you drink it at first, you might think it’s very light. But actually, that freshness of the fish balls is all in there. Yes. Everyone also gets to eat tempura (fish cakes). And this one, the fish cake (kamaboko style) is a “camera perk.” But, we can buy it in their shop. Got it. I just thought I ate a croquette. Because its sweetness is really similar. Like the sweetness of potatoes. This trick is really smart. Because after you eat it, you’ll go look in the fridge and buy a few bags to take home. Let’s try this exquisite fish cake. A camera perk! I didn’t expect this fish cake, thickly cut, to be so delicious. It tastes different from regular fish cakes as well. When we were listening to the tour guide, we heard an interesting little story. The guide said that in the past, when they harpooned swordfish, the swordfish they caught could be very large. As tall as this one-story building! 300 to 350 centimeters. As tall as this now. That’s right. But now, at most, they are only 220 centimeters. Because, in the past, the population was smaller, and fewer people were catching swordfish. So swordfish could grow in the sea to such a large size. But now, because everyone knows swordfish The fishing techniques are too good. is delicious. Yes. So, swordfish don’t have the space to grow that big anymore. This story is actually saying that ocean sustainability is very important. Otherwise, in the future, we won’t be able to eat such delicious fish. And I think this place is really suitable for bringing children. It’s quite fun. And children can also learn this knowledge. Oh, let’s keep riding, keep riding. Come on, let’s ride, let’s ride. Only in life when you’re [???] do you like [???] What did you say? In life, only when you’re riding a bicycle do you like going downhill. We’ve now arrived at the Fiber Crafts Museum. It’s Taiwan’s first museum themed around fiber. It’s also a check-in point on our itinerary. From the last place to here, the riding distance was a bit longer. So this time, we’ve accumulated more carbon points. So don’t forget to check in. She remembered. I didn’t remember at all. Let’s first understand a bit about this Fiber Crafts Museum. It has two floors in total, four exhibition rooms. We’ve now come to one of the exhibition rooms, which currently has a special exhibition on Taiping Blue. What it’s about is this place called Toubiankeng, which is a mountainous area in Taiping, and some of the indigo dyeing stories that happened there. Toubiankeng is a predominantly Hakka farming village. After the 921 earthquake, during the reconstruction process, they unearthed some old cultural documents and discovered that, hey, in their past, this place had a very prosperous indigo dyeing craft. But later, due to the introduction of modern dyes, this craft seemed to have disappeared. So they decided to engage in local revitalization, to revive the operation of this indigo dyeing craft. Actually, it’s not really about operation, it’s more like developing it into a local characteristic. The indigo-dyed works here kind of overturned my impression of indigo dyeing. I originally thought, hey, it would be that kind of very traditional look, or just geometric patterns, and that’s it. But it turns out, it’s very modernized. Hey, it’s very beautiful. Like when we go to Chiang Mai, and see their markets, very beautiful markets, the clothes people design there are very beautiful. Like those clothes, I think if I were a bit slimmer, they would look great on me. This clock, uses a blue gradient divided into 12 color blocks, symbolizing, hey, one o’clock, two o’clock, three o’clock, four o’clock, like that. This clock is very beautiful. I like it a lot. Over here too, there are some interactive installations for children to play with. And the tour guide lady just told us that on weekends, there are also DIY activities here. So it’s also very suitable for family outings. Hey, this fan looks great too. If it were for sale, I’d buy one to keep in the car. Not bad. It says here, Loquat Yellow, Lychee Red, Longan Brown. We never thought that these plants could also be used to make dyeing materials. Including, recently, we just went to Hsinpu to experience persimmon dyeing as well. Withered branches and fallen leaves, in the past, could only be burned. But now, after boiling and extraction, they can be transformed into natural plant dyes, reducing carbon emissions. Displayed here are nine types of plants that can be made into dyes. And we’re now looking at loquat. I initially thought the part that could be made into dye would be its yellow fruit skin. But it’s not. It’s all branches and leaves. And it says above that both branches and leaves contain pigment. So we’ve looked at several kinds, like lychee too. They all use branches and leaves as the raw material for their dyes. We’ve now come to another exhibition room. Each special exhibition here is quite worth seeing. Like what we’re seeing now, rattan weaving, which often appears in our daily home furnishings. And in the past, people’s impression of it was rather limited to home furnishings. But now, actually, many are applied to everyday apparel. Like now, many women carry rattan-woven bags. These are various rattan-woven utensils from ancient times. Hey, they’re beautiful. Really, each one is a work of art. A suitcase! Yeah! Very interesting. If we introduce everything, the video would be too long. So we’ll leave it for everyone to see for themselves. Let’s head to the next spot. This is the most I’ve ever seen him exercise in a single day in my life. We’ve now arrived at our final stop, the Bodhisattva Temple. Later, remember to check in first. This place, we almost missed it just now. Because from the entrance, it really doesn’t look like a temple. And also, you can linger at the entrance for a long time. Every corner is so photogenic. But why did I find it later? Because I rode past and thought, hey, this tea house is too beautiful! Then I looked, and hey, it’s the place we were going to. Hey, it’s really beautiful. Wow, they’re even running water now, like this. It’s super beautiful. I’ve already been taking photos for 20 minutes. A momentous occasion. Let’s complete it! Check-in complete! Yay! Oh, if you hadn’t said it, I really would have forgotten about this. I completed it, you didn’t. I only remembered that this entrance is very beautiful, really. Every corner here is so beautiful. Full of Zen. The environment here is truly evocative. Dotted with various sizes of different plants. We initially thought this beautiful environment must have been deliberately created. But unexpectedly, like this climbing plant, it actually grew naturally. It was a chance occurrence. Everyone, pay attention. You have to take off your shoes to go upstairs. At the corner of the second floor, there’s a large bell. In contrast to this bell, below it, there’s a small stone in a pious posture. It’s really very cute. Before coming to the Bodhisattva Temple, I thought this was a vast and expansive place. Unexpectedly, inside it’s small and elegant. This building is really very beautiful. It was once even nominated for an architecture award. And now we’ve come up to the second-floor space. It’s mainly a place for worship and meditation. And because inside it’s very quiet, we felt it wasn’t appropriate to go in and disturb people. So we’ll just talk outside. When we were just capturing footage, a monk happened to be ringing the bell and chanting. My agitated mood from the whole day of activity just calmed down with those few sounds inside. It quieted down. Oh! Just heard it. Really, now my heart also feels calm and refreshed. These paintings are very exquisite. Every corner, every display, is like a work of art. And none of it feels ostentatious. It really fits the atmosphere here. We’re now on the third floor. It’s a scripture writing hall. And because inside, you’re not allowed to bring photography equipment in, so we’ll just talk outside. And as the name suggests, it’s a place for everyone to copy scriptures inside and calm their minds. Actually, copying scriptures is really quite suitable for self-cultivation and practicing calligraphy, a good method. Around me, I often see people copying scriptures. I wonder if anyone around you uses this method? This place is truly a “film killer” (very photogenic). Although nowadays there’s no film to kill anymore. From the second floor, looking towards the entrance, this angle is already impossibly beautiful. We’re now back on the first-floor space. It’s very special here. As soon as we walked in, we smelled the scent of burning incense. What’s quite special is that from the 3rd floor down to the 1st floor, we didn’t see a single stick of incense burning. Down here on the first floor, they also sell handmade Nepalese singing bowls. Actually, these things are quite valuable. It seems the larger the volume, the more expensive they are. And I’ve heard that the trick to choosing a singing bowl… you can listen to its sound. And if its sound resonates with your soul, with your heartbeat frequency, you’ll know it’s the right one. Of course, this is just what I’ve heard. If it’s not correct, please don’t be too strict. This sounds like choosing a wife. Just like you are my singing bowl. That’s quite a line! Very smooth. I really, highly recommend coming to this place. Because just now, no matter how I tried to capture it inside, I couldn’t convey the beauty I saw in person. Are you trying to make excuses for your skill level? Alright, yes! Wow, after riding all day, we can finally eat! We’re now at Lin Ji Rice Diner. This place is in the Dali area, a very popular spot. Today we’re eating at the Dali main branch. It has already branched out to Nantou, Taichung, and other places. There are several branches. First, let’s try its most famous braised pork rice. Actually, their braised pork rice comes in two types. This is the signature. There’s also a lean meat option to satisfy different preferences. That lean meat is really just completely like minced pork with pickled cucumber rice. That kind of lean meat. Wow, let’s try it first. Starving all day, right? So it must be delicious. Even if not very hungry, it should still be delicious. Their braised fatty pork is really braised until it’s very tender. Is it sweet? Not really, just a little. It’s quite sticky to the lips. And the fat, it’s almost all fat. Very, very little lean meat. Let’s try it with their pickled vegetables and see how it is. Well? That good! Let me tell you, I’m so tired I can’t even tell if it’s preserved mustard greens or pickled vegetables. But it’s very delicious. We initially thought it was pickled vegetables, but after eating it, we both thought it seemed like preserved mustard greens. Or maybe pickled vegetables. We really And it’s the really delicious kind of preserved mustard greens, really. And that preserved mustard green, the aroma it carries is very strong. And it’s not too heavy in flavor. So they give plenty of braised pork, but it’s not greasy at all. This dish is “ganlian” (pork diaphragm muscle). But on the menu, it’s written as “gejian rou” (diaphragm meat). Actually, these past two days in Taichung, if we’ve eaten snacks and ordered this, the menu always says “gejian rou.” Are there any friends from Taichung who can clear up our confusion? Why do you all write “gejian rou”? Let me tell you, they probably go to Taipei and wonder why you all write “ganlian.” Really. Because we rarely film in Taichung. So seeing this, we’re really full of question marks. But really. Yes, yes, yes, yes. Quickly correct it, otherwise we’ll get scolded. This is called “gejian rou.” Not “jiangé rou” (interval meat). When you say “gejian rou,” I think of your roommate and you living next door like that. Partitioned rooms, like that. “Gejian” (partition). I just confirmed with the owner that this is indeed “ganlian.” And the owner said that in the Taichung and Changhua area, it’s really called “gejian rou.” But in Taipei, Kaohsiung, it’s “ganlian.” Yes, because I’m from Taipei, and my parents are from Tainan. So we often travel to these places. And I also went to Kaohsiung for university. So what I’ve heard is always “ganlian.” Yes, that’s right. This is really the first time in my life I’ve heard “gejian rou.” It’s cut so thick! This portion, this plate for 65 NTD, we Taipei folks think it’s okay. I don’t know about central Taiwan. It’s the first time I’ve eaten such thickly cut “ganlian.” Yes. Wow, this is braised tofu. Also one of their specialties. Let me show everyone. Woo-wah! Wow! Let me try it, try it, try it. From our experience eating so much braised pork rice, wherever the braised pork is good, you absolutely must order the braised tofu. This is so delicious, I have to say something. Their braised tofu is super tender and fine. The bean flavor is rich. And the braising liquid has penetrated it well, but it’s not too salty. You can just eat it for fun. That kind. Their tofu is very, very delicious. And also very, very thick. Look. Basically, I think it’s probably four or five centimeters thick. Should we get a ruler to measure it? Just like their “gejian rou.” Thick cuts are popular here. Yes, yes. I was going to skip the braised egg, but after biting into it, the inside is moist. I have to mention this. It’s amazing. This plate is their braised items. We ordered dried tofu, pig’s blood cake, and pig ears. And I think their braised items are quite interesting. Braised very deeply, almost like iron eggs. So the dried tofu has a bit more texture when you eat it. The pig’s blood cake too. But it’s not tough to chew. It’s very chewy. It has a very good flavor. As for the pig ears, they’re sliced like Yunnan “da bao pian” (thinly sliced pork). That kind of texture. But although it’s thinner, the texture is particularly tender. Hey, I think they did it on purpose. Because their other items are all super thickly cut. And then this one, they made it very thinly sliced. It’s also great. This is delicious. We ordered two types of vegetables. Drizzled with their braising sauce, it’s especially fragrant. This place is Quan An Tang Sesame Oil Chicken. It’s a Chinese medicine hall run by the second generation. And their dishes are quite special, combining tradition and innovation. Like what we ordered today, is pickled chili chicken. And this one, is pan-fried vermicelli. But it’s made to look like okonomiyaki. It’s really quite unique. Quan An Tang’s signature dish is, of course, sesame oil chicken. But because today it’s not convenient for me to eat it, so I ordered pickled chili chicken instead. This is also a very popular item. An item. Let’s try its chicken first. I heard its chicken is free-range chicken. It looks very delicious. This chicken skin has a very gelatinous texture. And the meat is Q-bouncy (chewy and springy). Quick, try a sip of its soup. Its soup seems very delicious. Sweet, right? Surprised, right? That sweetness comes from the sweetness of the pickled chilies. So when you drink it, there’s a little bit of spiciness. A spicy feeling. When I ate the first piece of chicken, I hadn’t drunk the soup yet. The chicken had already absorbed the flavor of the soup. So at that time, I could already imagine what the whole soup would taste like. This bowl is packed with ingredients. The original pickled chili chicken is 180 NTD. It already has pig’s blood cake in it. And I spent an extra 20 NTD to add cabbage. Wow, the whole bowl is full. And the cabbage looks very crisp and sweet. Let’s try it. They give about 40 NTD worth of cabbage from outside. Crisp and sweet. The sweetness of the cabbage, plus the pickled chili soup’s sweetness. Expert! Seeing the look of this pig’s blood cake, you should already know it’s delicious. Its rice grain texture… Nodding like crazy! …is very distinct. It’s that kind… Oh, it seems when you go to central or southern Taiwan, it’s especially easy to find this kind of pig’s blood cake. With a lot of rice component like this. Especially Q (chewy). If you say that, Taipei shop owners will protest. You try it. You don’t dare to eat it, right? Actually, it’s not very spicy, really. Okay, I’ll try. It tastes more like pickled cucumber. Right? Not very spicy, right? Mmm, really. This is the Okonomiyaki-style Pan-fried Vermicelli. It’s a creative version of pan-fried vermicelli. Actually, they also sell a more traditional version of pan-fried vermicelli. And also, vermicelli egg crepes. Very special items. However, if I order all of that, I won’t be able to finish it today. Let’s try it first. I think just pan-fried vermicelli is rarely seen in Taipei. Yes, that’s right. No matter how you look at it, it feels like you’re eating pizza. Like this. It really looks like pizza. The sesame oil flavor inside is actually still quite strong. And the mayonnaise on top isn’t very cloying. Instead, it adds a hey, slightly sweet taste. It’s quite novel. I think it’s a great match. This dish is quite outstanding. Amidst the creativity, you can still taste the traditional flavor. Recommended! This is what I ordered, sesame oil fried egg. It looks like the back is fried very crispy. Oh my. Mmm, looks delicious. Let me try it, and then I’ll tell you. The most special thing about this is still that sesame oil. That sesame oil brings out that crispy flavor. So when you eat it, it’s crispy, crispy, with sesame oil fragrance. It’s delicious! Let’s try their herbal tea. This second-generation Chinese medicine hall, with the backing of a Chinese medicine hall, this must be good. We’ve drunk so many herbal teas, and this one really has a high degree of recognizability. It’s not the type that’s very refreshing. Slightly bitter, hard to describe. But it really tastes different from others. There’s a slight difference. A slight difference. We all know that actually herbal teas usually have mint in them. And most of them add quite a lot. And I like, we’re increasingly liking those with a faint mint flavor, not too much. This is it. To sum up, today’s Dali cycling trip: We started from Dali Art Plaza. Along the way, not only did we enjoy the green scenery of the Caohu River Bikeway, we also visited museums and tourism factories, and bought some souvenirs. The final stop, Bodhisattva Temple, was also very impressive. Because its environment is truly very beautiful. It’s a good place to calm your mind. As an end to the day’s itinerary, it couldn’t be more suitable. After finishing our ride, we found two local eateries with good reviews to help us recover our energy. Throughout the day, although our bodies were constantly moving, our hearts felt truly satisfied and relaxed. It turns out you don’t have to go far; just rent a YouBike, and you can experience the city’s scenery and delicacies in the most relaxed way. Let me share some information. 1. Dali in Taichung offers a perfect blend of serene temples and local delights. The peaceful atmosphere of Bodhisattva Temple is stunning, and the bike tour is a fantastic way to explore. Don’t miss out on the local food and unique attractions! 🚴‍♂🙏🍜
