My last trip this year was to Tamba Sasayama in Hyogo Prefecture. Before going to my favorite hot spring, I will eat something delicious in Tamba. That’s why I was so excited to visit a bakery in Tamba Sasayama that has delicious side dish bread. I will eat breakfast here. Delicious dishes overflowing from the bread. There are also plenty of vegetables. I want to eat bread like this every day for lunch at work. I was having a hard time deciding on a Wiener dog with lots of cabbage and crispy chicken curry stir-fried with plenty of green onions, but a local madam recommended a sandwich, so I decided to take home the deli bread. I decided to try the sandwich recommended by Madam. It’s an egg and ham sandwich. Looks hearty and delicious! A sandwich that is thicker than a hamburger. I’ll enjoy having this. You can’t reach the egg with one bite. delicious! There are pickles in the egg salad! ! Fluffy egg salad with the crunchy texture of pickles! ! The sourness of the mayonnaise complements the sweetness of the pickles, making it an addictive flavor. As I continued to eat, there was also shiso in it. It feels refreshing and good. The side dish bread I brought home also contained pickles and shiso. Is it the store’s particularity? I like it very much. The coffee I ordered together went perfectly with the bread. We arrived at Chisana Panbatake, a small bread farm.As the name suggests, this is an unusual bakery that sells small breads. There’s a line, but it’s a short one, so I’m excited as I wait. I entered the store in about 5 minutes ! cute! ! Many showcases in a small store. There are some cute looking breads inside. It’s like a play house set. It feels like an adult is intruding on a child’s playground. Starting from 60 yen per piece. Although it seems difficult to mold to this size, it is cheap. Inedible toy bread is also sold on the upper shelf. Some customers unknowingly bought items and returned them at the cash register. The inside of the store is very cute and has a fairy tale feel to it. Honestly, I thought it was just cute looking bread, but it turned out to be really delicious! It was an interesting bakery that made me want to tell people about it. Now, I took a walk until my lunch reservation time. Tanba seems to be famous for dinosaurs. I came to Tanba Dinosaur Park. Dinosaur fossils are being mined in Tamba. Tamba Namikido Central Park. There are many dinosaur-related facilities scattered around this area. A dinosaur that seems to move when you get close to it. I came to see it excited. But it didn’t twitch. Are you on vacation? However, I felt hungry after walking around the park. So, this is the most fun part for today. We went to the lunch restaurant we had reserved from 2pm. Furthermore, it is a place with a satoyama-like atmosphere. Onigiri and vegetable restaurant Senka. Reservations are recommended. This is a farm restaurant where you can enjoy delicious rice balls and dishes made with vegetables picked in the morning. excuse me for disturbing you. From the entrance, you will be excited by the wonderful atmosphere. Although it has been beautifully renovated, it is a 100-year-old traditional house. We were guided to the annex. The view of the winter fields from the window is nice. The main lunch looks like this. It seems to come out in course format. I’m looking forward to it. It was brought from a salad of vegetables picked in the morning. The vegetables are fresh and delicious. The refreshing jelly dressing also goes well. Especially this kumquat is really delicious. It’s not bitter and it’s very refreshing. Rice potage also arrived. It’s cold today, so I’d appreciate something warm. Gooey. I’ll enjoy having this. ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! Wow, it’s shockingly delicious! This is the ultimate gentle radish potage that wraps your stomach. I’ve never had such delicious potage even at a Western restaurant! It has a creaminess that milk doesn’t have and it’s so delicious. The onigiri arrived just as I was at the peak of my mood with the delicious soup. Shiny and absolutely delicious. Fluffy fried white fish lunch. This is 2300 yen. Miso soup has a lot of ingredients. It has a heartwarming taste, similar to miso soup from the countryside. Onigiri is new to me now. Yes, I want to eat this rice every day , and the fragrant roasted seaweed brings out the deliciousness of the rice balls. The salt on the seaweed was delicious, and the rice was simply delicious. The fries are so crispy that you can’t stop eating them with chopsticks. All items are really delicious. 2300 yen is good cost performance. I had a chance to talk to the staff on the way home, so I asked if there was a cook there. When I asked about it, I was told that the menu was created by the farmers themselves through trial and error, which I thought was amazing. This loach? The fish was also crunchy and delicious. I forgot about the scenery and kept eating, eating every single grain of rice. Thank you for the meal. It’s already 3:30pm. In winter, the sun sets early. Finally, I will go for Tamba dessert. I’m planning on going to this patisserie, but the elementary school I wanted to visit will be closing in 10 minutes! The elementary school is a 1 minute walk from the patisserie, so I hurried to the building because my plans had changed a bit . I came to an elementary school that was built in the Meiji era and is a tangible cultural property. It exudes dignified elegance and is very beautiful. It is said to be one of the top five educational facilities in Japan from the early Meiji period. It is said to be an architectural style that is highly praised by experts. By the way, it’s a former girls’ school, but you can feel its gorgeousness even without being told. It is now used as a community space rather than an elementary school. The inside has been thoroughly renovated, but traces of the past remain, giving it a somewhat nostalgic feel. And then I returned to the patisserie. Nakajima Taishodo Tamba main store. It has a thatched roof. You can see the garden from the window. Today might be a lucky day. DJI Poket, which is running out of power and is running out of power, is also doing oven-baked pizza. looks delicious. The cake lineup is centered around chestnuts, which I wanted to try. I chose the standard Tanba chestnut Mont Blanc. 800 yen. Of course, there’s also black coffee. 500 yen This is a Mont Blanc that is not too sweet and the cream is light. The base was meringue coated with chocolate! You might like this as it melts in your mouth. Thank you for the meal! My sweet desire was fulfilled. The baked sweets I bought on the way home had a lot of chestnut flavor and were very delicious. I should have bought more. Ah, it’s quite late. I was supposed to have come to Tamba for the hot springs, but it turned out to be my usual gourmet trip. After dark, we finally arrived at the hot springs. I really like the hot springs here because the water feels so good. I will return home after healing the fatigue of my journey. So, the journey ends here. Thank you for watching until the end.
