【Farm inn Guesthouse INASHIKI NEST】

Located in Inashiki City, Ibaraki, about 90 min from TYO and 40 min from NRT AP, our guesthouse sits in a rural area with endless rice fields. Ring-Ring Road cycling route along Lake Kasumigaura is also nearby.
In front of the guesthouse, we have a diverse kitchen garden where we grow vegetables and herbs. We cultivate food not for sale, but for enjoyment, appreciating nature’s gifts.
This is a quiet, spacious place, perfect for escaping the city. Wake up to birds singing, experience a traditional Japanese house with Tatami, and enjoy a comfortable stay with the host nearby.
This is not a typical tourist spot. Instead, it’s a place to slow down and reconnect with nature. We highly recommend longer stays—two, or three nights—to fully enjoy the countryside’s charm 🙂
About the Host
From Tokyo, I’ve traveled to 20+ countries and lived abroad. In 2019, I moved to Inashiki, renovated an old house, and now enjoy country life with my husband.

茨城県稲敷市は、東京から車で約90分、成田空港からも40分ほどの場所にあります。
INASHIKI NESTのある稲敷市の四箇地区（しかちく）は「村」と呼ばれるほど自然豊かで、どこまでも広がる田んぼの風景が広がっています。すぐ近くには霞ヶ浦の「りんりんロード」もあり、サイクリングにも最適なエリアです。
少量多品目な野菜やハーブを育てているキッチンガーデン/畑が宿の前にあり、ウッドチップや落ち葉をたっぷり入れた自分たちが美味しく感謝して食べるための作物を育てています。
関東平野を彷彿とさせる田園風景が広がる静かな場所。
空が広く、心が落ち着く環境の中で、季節を感じる音、カエルの合唱や鳥のさえずりが響きます。
朝日で目覚める寝室、畳の広がる落ち着いた日本家屋、そして同じ敷地内の別の家にホストが滞在していることで安心感のある滞在をお楽しみいただけます。
ここは、ただの宿泊施設ではありません。最寄駅がなく、いわゆる観光地でもありません。
そのため、静謐な環境の中、自然と切り離された暮らしではなく、自然と共に生きる豊かさをじわ〜っと感じることができる場所。
土地の魅力をじっくり感じることができる長期滞在がとりわけおすすめです。
