“Akiya Bank”? What’s that? How do I use it?! / 三条市空き家バンクの紹介、空活燕三条の熊谷さんのインタビュー
Did you know that Sanjo City has an “Akiya Bank”, an online database for the vacant properties (akiyas) within its city limits?
Kumagai-san, an Akiya Specialist at city hall and a director of Tsubame-Sanjo’s Vacant House Project Inc., (“AKP”,一般社団法人燕三条空き家活用プロジェクト) joined Tori and I to help us introduce the Akiya Bank from a buyer’s perspective.
