27:27 When you haven't finished the expedition, the icons are really distinguishable. You have grey/silver hexagons for normal fights, a big gold chest every 5fights and the fights, were you get the Ethelfleda-sculptures are red and green towers

Man it’s going to be so boring if the expedition shop update is only just another free peacekeeping commander… why they haven’t incorporated a way to spend expedition coins on season 2-3 commanders is insane to me.

My thought would be a release of the new "expedition" commander during the next commander release right after Archer.
Tremors is a buff because smite commanders can use this inscription now. Previously, only direct damage triggers the effect, now it’s an active skill that triggers the effect.
They want old players to come back, to what? There is a reason the retention rate of players is less than 1%. 1 bringing back old account will be WAY behind so almost better for most people to just start over. 2 being way behind no kingdom will want you and chances are the kingdom you are in will zero you non stop to make you quit again because you will be hurting their matchmaking. They really need to find a way for players to actually come back and or stop talking about fixing the gap between new players and old kingdoms and actually do something. But reality is new kingdoms are a min of 20k cities by the time kvk 5 happens most of those kingdoms are down to less than a full alliance. The name of the game is have as few players as you can and still battle it out and compete.

Greatest way to look into the aethelfled, canute, aethelstan dynamic would be to watch the series. 'The Last Kingdom' . which is probably what lilith are basing hype on
They can’t get rid of Aethelfled from expedition, how else am I going to buy all my tp’s from the alliance shop every kvk?

if you read what the commanders say when you click on them in your city aethel sometimes talkes about aethelred, her sister i feel like lilith needs to add aethelred.

i'd pay 50 gems for a trash yellow. 180 of those is an inscription shard, and 8 inscription shards = legendary inscription (72,000 gems). I'd pay that any day

The new commander in the cinematic is Anglo Saxon. So an English king
maybe we get something like expedition part2, or some viking side expedition, we had cao cao ysg gengis khan on this one, maybe we get something like when you complete level 80 you enter the castle and move somewhere else to play another type of expedition
A season of conquest expedition would gooo hard new rewards and fun mode
It would be nice if they added a viking style soc which is snowy map
