Join us as we tour New Premier Homes in The Villages Florida – Eastport – Street of Dreams – Part 1

Today we’re continuing our search for the  best 55 plus community in our own backyard   The Villages Florida this video is part one of a  two-part series we’ll ride the trolley bus down   to Moultrie Creek the most southern part of  the Villages to tour the new model homes The  

Villages is a very large master plan development  located in Central Florida they’re known as one   of the largest golf cart communities with miles  of pathway [Music] they have over 68 golf [Music] courses dozens of recreation  centers with pools pickle ball   and tennis [Music] courts there’s nightly  entertainment at four Town [Music] squares On the way we’ll get a closer look at Eastport  and Boosters. Stay with us as we explain what   the bond is! Here in The Villages we received  an email announcing you could now sign for a   self-guided tour. We’ll ride the trolley bus down  to Moultrie Creek the most southern part of the  

Villages to tour the new model homes so come  along with us as we take a trolley ride down   to The Street of Dreams we’re starting at Sawgrass  Grove we’ll go over the new Southern Oaks Bridge   past Eastport and to the Moultrie creek area which  is across from the new high school near Middleton.

On the way we’ll get a closer look at Eastport  and boosters stay with us as we explain what the   bond is here in The Villages. In Part 2 we tour  more new homes with some great pools. [Music] It was a quick ride approximately 7 minutes down  Central Parkway most everything is still under

Construction. This is Eastport which  will have a Rooftop Bar overlooking   Central Lake they’ll have retail shopping and  restaurants it will have a European feel with   alleys full of small shops and patio space.  There’s both outdoor tennis and pickle ball  

Courts and now there’ll be an indoor fac  facility built for tennis and pickle ball   courts.There’s the Olympia Rec Center where  you’ll find a rock climbing [Music] [Applause] wall. This road is the main  entrance to Eastport that goes   right up to the entertainment venue at Central

Lake. Here’s a dog themed Recreation Center  called the Saluki Rec Center which is named   after one of the oldest dog  breeds dating back to 7,000 BC. Boosters restaurant is actually  across the pond from the model homes.   You can see the new high school football  stadium near the family homes in [Music] Middleton. No free drinks at this place no drinks yet  one of these days you’re going to go pick   one of those up and guess what it’s going  to be real no it’s going to be stuck to that there’s a lot of that’s nice  oh I a little laundry [Music] [Applause] [Music] w ES [Music] [Applause] [Music] SM [Music] like  this pool it’s kind of plain but you know   it’s a little bit deeper I think I’m not sure but  I like the way that comes out a little bit you add  

A little bit of concrete space it must be an odd  shaped lot. In part two we tour more new homes. it [Music] like these light colored floors yeah  I really do oh man okay Kristy do your   think I know you might need another head  on this side too want have to get your

Backside I don’t know you get in at the  same time get things done I I think you   need a heater in there has their own  hamper look at this his and [Music] hers [Music] a very long [Music] hallway [Music] oh [Music] 0:10:29.320,1193:02:47.295 [Music]

Home and neighborhood it is for the roads sewers  street lights and utilities the total cost is then   divided by all the homes in that section and as  the bond portion each home in that section pays  

The same amount no matter how big or how small  the home is in square footage the key is the   newer the home the higher the bond payment all  the bonds are paid with interest being charged   over a 20 or 30-year period and are part of  your real estate tax bill a homeowner cannot  

Pay down a bond they only have the option to pay  it off totally or pay it on their tax bill [Music] annually [Music] [Music] [Applause] he [Music] oh more closet space regular the  closets where they go up there high yeah  

That’s where this room’s high gosh what are  these ceilings I’ll say one thing though you   got a lot of equipment over here like 10 ft away  from your wall I mean the pool equipment the air   conditioning equipment color is starting to  grow on me is this copper well not copper  

But copper you know color is if it’s done  with some other earthy tones and the [Music] if you see furniture I’m not sure if this  one’s but if you see something you like she   said just remember which one like Lazy  Susan Lazy Susan but it’s good use of [Applause] [Music] space [Music] he

[Applause] H back here okay take a Shower [Music]   got a dead cow rug [Music] yeah [Music] surprise back [Music] here look at this kind of a surprise a guest  room well yeah but it opens to the other room   don’t want the door hit you but oh I see so it’s  a Jack and Jill yeah without the pocket door yeah
