This hotel originally opened as a love hotel in 1975. Later, the building was repurposed as a restaurant, known as KATSUGYO. In December 2004, a tragic incident occurred when a high school girl was murdered at this location The culprits, five men, strangled her with an electrical cord in this abandoned place. Rumors suggest that her body was abandoned in a refrigerator. That sounds like a gruesome murder case
