Hello, I am Zundamon. It has been raining in Aso since early in our departure. Best regards. This time, they will embark on a trip around the Seto Inland Sea. (This time on Day 1) This year’s theme is the sea and bridges.

I’m looking forward to it because it’s my first long motorbike trip in a long time. Enjoy watching this video, as you will see many spectacular sights. Let’s go! A light rainbow was visible as we passed through Aso. It was unfortunate that it rained, but we were lucky to see a rainbow.

I am leaving Kumamoto today and will arrive in Hiroshima by the evening. About 400 km down the road, I do my best. We were told it would be sunny today, but it looks like it might rain from time to time. Anyway, I hope it continues to clear.

I left Kumamoto and entered Oita Prefecture. This is a Scenic Area called Yabakei. This is the location of a long canyon, with unique rocky cliffs. It is also famous for its autumn foliage and I hope to return in autumn. These cliffs are sure to be spectacular in autumn.

Now I will head for Fukuoka Prefecture, imagining Yabakei in autumn. Oita Prefecture Shin Yabakei Line Oita Prefecture Hita-Nakatsu Line Oita Prefecture, National Highway 10. Fukuoka Prefecture　Moji Station It is hard to believe that the changing weather is the same day.

I have arrived at the “Kanmon Strait”, which connects to Honshu.（Hoshu is the large island between Hokkaido and Kyushu.） I’ll take a break here. Five and a half hours after leaving home, The distance was half the distance to Hiroshima. I was tired because of the rain on the way.

However, my fatigue was eased by the wonderful bridge, which I hadn’t seen in three years. Rest for a while, listening to the sound of cars travelling echoing off the bridge. The elation of being able to visit the Honshu for the first time in a long time is growing.

Now let’s start with the other half. After a break, the weather started to improve. I love the thrill and exhilaration of the bridge looming right in front of me. The breeze is pleasant to blow through. Yamaguchi Prefecture signs are now visible. This is the start of the best Honshu motorbike trip.

Shimonoseki, Yamaguchi Prefecture The Seto Inland Sea can be seen on the right. A six-day, five-night trip is planned around this Seto Inland Sea. I will run along this blue line. This is the first time that motorbikes have been used to travel to Hiroshima, Okayama and Hyogo. Sanyo-Onoda, Yamaguchi Prefecture

This road is National Route 2. It continues all the way to Osaka. Hiroshima is also on this road. Ube, Yamaguchi Prefecture Guardrails in Yamaguchi Prefecture are orange. It is the colour of summer oranges, a speciality of Yamaguchi Prefecture. This gives you a real sense of being in Yamaguchi. Shubo-Bridge

The sun is setting a little. There will be a beautiful sunset today. I haven’t passed a motorbike in a long time. Today is cold and a weekday, so there are not many bikes on the road. I saw a beautiful rainbow again on my way. In other words, it is raining over there.

I’ll put up with unstable weather if I can see such beautiful rainbows. Just one more step to Hiroshima. I’ll do my best. 100 km to Hiroshima. 90 km to Hiroshima. 70 km to Hiroshima. 55 km to Hiroshima. 15 km to Hiroshima. Peace Memorial Park, Hiroshima

Twelve hours after my departure, I finally arrive in Hiroshima. I will stay near here today. My buttocks and back are sore because I have been on the bike all day. However, it was a good day with many different landscapes.
