Welcome to Stage 7 of the Tour of Japan 2026 in Sagamihara!
Starting from Hashimoto Park, the race passes through the historic Old Ogura Bridge before entering the intense 13.8km circuit around Lake Miyagase (Toriihara Fureai-no-Iekata).

With a total distance of 107.5km and 1,922m of elevation gain, this stage serves as the final real opportunity for GC contenders to shake up the standings before the grand finale in Tokyo.
