Welcome to Stage 4 of the Tour of Japan 2026, held in the breathtaking village of Ooshika, Nagano, at the foot of the Southern Alps!
Teams will face a 11.4km Team Time Trial (TTT), consisting of three laps of a 3.8km circuit starting from Onishi Park.

With an elevation gain of 312m over a short distance, this technical course demands perfect synchronization and tactical precision. It’s not just about individual strength; it’s about the collective power of the team.
