Speedy evening commute through Nishi-Tokyo. Motor pacing is fun (if you have disc brakes) 🚛🚴💨
00:27:10 – motor pacing
This ride was a speedy one. I was feeling pretty good after pushing myself quite a bit this morning along the Arakawa River. My legs felt like diamonds (as they say in Belgium), and pedaling felt effortless. I also had the opportunity to draft behind a lorry and do some “motor pacing.”
I know motor pacing can be risky, but I think it’s manageable as long as you keep your distance and have disc brakes. After all, the risks in the peloton are much higher.

See you next time.
Stay safe, stay strong, stay healthy.
Get on your bike and be AWESOME !!
