Riding a Brompton around Nakano Ward. Nakano City’s retro Showa-era streetscapes, new buildings, places of interest known only to those in the know that retain vestiges of the Edo and Meiji eras, the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line depot, and a festival we happened to stumble upon.
