【2025】SEROW 250｜春の光と野原城址。岐阜県加茂郡白川町の風景を駆ける。 Exploring Nohara Castle Ruins on a SEROW 250
April 9, 2025. On a beautiful spring day, I rode my YAMAHA SEROW 250 to the “Nohara Castle Ruins” in Shirakawa-cho, Gifu Prefecture.
Located at the summit of a mountain (approx. 600m elevation), these ruins are said to be a branch castle of the Naegi-Toyama clan, who once ruled this region. While now a quiet forest, the ride up the narrow mountain paths on the SEROW led me to a space where time seemed to stand still, filled with the echoes of history.
Enjoy this adventure blending the scenic nature of Shirakawa-cho with a historical exploration that only an off-road bike can provide.
