Essential cycling food. Ice Seventeen is chain of vending machines full of, yes, 17 different ice creams. Usually, I go for a more digestible sorbet but hey, went for vanilla and caramel today. Also topped up with water and sports drinks. During the summer I can easily drink a 600ml bottle every half an hour. Note that my bike doesn’t have regular drink bottle containers, instead they hold vending machine bottles.
